Oh yeah, this has been a lot of fun, and tbh, the most I’ve been involved with a general forum thing for awhile, usually I kinda keep to myself but this was a lot of fun!

We can discuss games! I'll come up with some new prize ideas. Perhaps we can limit those?
It honestly has been fun. I know I've been difficult a few times and I apologize for being a butt, but I have enjoyed working with you guys and I'm excited to role-play with you all.
Not to mention you guys gave made ShadowClan and most inportantly WindClan more interesting to where I have the max beginning cats somewhat ready to go.

See I’m trying to figure out which cats to use for this, my goal is to have 1-2 for each clan at the least, I know I’m bringing in my boys Archwhisker and Copperspots, possibly my girl Mistyfur as well

Not sure how I feel about prejoining-- we need the board still and I need to ask Roswell. I'm slow today. also also coding-- we can all put up options and decide?? or work together on something. doesn't matter to me. We can use her form-- I know that any form I'd come up with would look like shit.I think we can include reference images in the other part of the form? or was it in the form... I don't remember. also, I'm not artistic either, Mimi-- so don't worry <3

I already have a number of cats.
Teaseltail, Dizzyfeather, and Snailpaw are going into WindClan
Frogtooth and Applefrost are going into ShadowClan
Lilytail is going into RiverClan
Honeythorn and Gingerstrike are going into Thunderclan
I can't qite decide where or if I want to place Silverstorm, Bumbleberry, and Opaleyes yet because they can kinda fit in almost anywhere. I suppose I will put them wherever I feel they should go after this begins.

I have names for my cats, but some places are undecided. I'm using some old, old characters that I love and/or haven't touched in forever and wanted to use again.
Heads up, I'm feeling a little sick, so I'm taking my time completing things. I'm working on the contest stuff now. Some things may be a bit iffy, but I wanted to suggest them in case you guys liked them. |

I actually took time to make sure all my names fit with the clans they're in too ^^
I considered using some of my old characters, but decided against it, at least for now. Maybe my first rogue one day? She was fun to play.
I did actually use my first OC as a mini cameo with the ThunderClan legacies though. Rosewing! I used her back when I was a lil kid on Roblox.

Some of my names fit, but one I know is kinda iffy. I'm too stubborn to fix it.
I like doing that, too. Cardinalflight is my aggressive boy.
Are we using the colors from the map for the Clan colors? I think if we pick colors, we're going to result in sharing some with each other. The colors on the map are RiverClan, ShadowClan, SkyClan, ThunderClan, WindClan, StarClan. |

I’m awake... finally.
I have some character ideas but I’m not sure where I’ll put the my characters. It’s something I didn’t really think about.
For the colors, I’m good with the ones Rain suggested or we can always change it up.

Clan Games & Contests
The Clan Admin and their staff may have games and contests on their own. Some games will be off-site, but will be on free and safe sites. (Ex. Town of Salem, Online CAH) Members are not required to join in, it is completely up to them. Games held off-site will not hold prizes.
If you join in on game nights, you are not required to join the voice channel on the discord server provided for the role-play. If you do, we ask you at least have headphones. Fair warning, you may be asked to mute if members hear voices in the background and it becomes distracting. You do not have to join the server to be permitted into the games.
Contests will be set up in advance and will have a three day sign-up period for applicants. The contest will be one of the three: art, writing, or Warriors trivia. The contests will relate to the role-play or Warriors. Art and writing contests will be determined by popular vote via poll. The contests will have seven days for a member to work on a piece (a one-day extension can be given during non-busy times and two during busy times like school or winter holidays). Once all pieces are submitted, a poll will be set up and remain for three days to allow all of the Clan members to cast their vote.
Warriors trivia will be determined by whoever correctly answers the questions quickly.
Contests and games will be held every other Friday, alternating or being voted upon by the Clan members.
Prizes for Clan Games & Contests
Winners for Clan Games & Contests will be featured on the front page.
The prizes available will be:
● A pixel of your character of choice.
● A moodboard for a character of choice.
● A clean bust sketch of your character of choice.
● A floating pixel of your character of choice. (Winners that have won four contests)
● A bust drawing of your character of choice. (Winners that have won eight contests)
● A floating pixel badge. (Winners that have won twelve contests)
Role-play Games & Contests
The role-play staff will host a role-play wide contest once a month. An off-site game will be held the week after or the week before. The contests will alternate between art and writing. Off-site games will not be available for awards and prizes.
Due to this being a role-play wide event, the staff have the option to determine if it will be individuals or a group competing. Members do not have to participate. Anyone that is interested must let the role-play staff know during the three day sign-up period.
For groups, the maximum amount for a group is five. A member that is part of multiple Clans may only pick one Clan to be part of. If there are enough members interested to split evenly, then the group size will increase.
The groups will be given two weeks to work on their piece. All members must contribute, so please keep track of who has done what and share evenly. If someone is not being active in helping with the piece, then that member will be given a warning, if they persist, a staff member of that Clan will replace them.
The winners will be decided by vote via poll. If a staff member had to join a Clan, they are ineligible to win prizes.

Warriors Trivia Tournament
Every six months, the role-play staff will hold a role-play wide trivia tournament. Members will be given one full week to study up and apply. After assessing the number of applications, a date will be decided for each Clan. A member that is part of more than one Clan must decide between the Clans they have chosen. The amount of maximum applicants will determine on the average number of members for each Clan and if those members share Clans.
The tournament will began with the Clans, with members facing each other in even numbers. A staff member may join to fill a hole if the number is even. This is to prevent an unfair advancement or knock-out. Due to the amount of Clans being uneven, the staff may elect a stand-in to prevent an unfair advancement or knock-out. If the stand-in wins, they will still not advance. The winner of the trivia will be shown on the front page of the side pages and the Clan page of the Clan they represented. Winners of the trivia will receive a badge and a full drawing of their character of choice.

Unfortunately afaik Town Of Salem stopped being free after they had too much trouble with bots. Shame though, it's a fun game.
