This isn't exactly an original tradition idea but I figured it'd suit RiverClan well: When one cat wants to ask another to be their mate, they search the river for a smooth, pretty stone, and present it to them.
Perhaps similar could also work with the other clans, like SkyClan searching trees for feathers, and...
I'll take a few minutes to come up with the other three.

Seasonal Feasts
When the season changes based on the cycle of the moon, the Clan holds a feast to celebrate the change and hope that StarClan will bless them with an easy season. The senior warriors and deputies are responsible for hosting games and other small events for the younger generations. Elders hold a large story-telling event at dawn and dusk. The leaders recap the special events from the past season after the story-telling event and officiates the feast. Cats are expected to fast the day before and moments before the feast.
Claw-Moon Tournament
Often used to ease the minds of the Clan when times are troubled, the leader, deputy, and senior warriors host a competition held on claw-moon nights. It varies due to season and if one competition has been used recently. The most common time for this little tradition is in newleaf or greenleaf. The rules are made up a day in advance to keep the Clan interested. The competition could even be multiple small contests to keep everyone preoccupied. Climbing, hunting, or even scavenger hunts are used. If there is a spar, claws must be sheathed and any unsheathed swipes will end up in disqualification. The prize for winners also varies on what the leader and deputy permit.
Shadowing
A recently new addition, recently made warriors will be assigned to a mentor and their apprentice to shadow. They are to learn how to mentor the younger generation and get the experience of mentoring themselves. This also is used to determine who would thrive as a mentor and who lacks the patience. The warriors are expected to mentor the apprentices they were assigned to with the supervision of the actual mentor. Even if a warrior has shadowed, they must have their own apprentice before becoming deputy.
Journey to Highstones
Before they become a warrior, apprentices will journey to highstones. They will receive a dream from StarClan about their destiny. They may not speak of the dream to others. On some special circumstances, a newly made warrior will made the journey if they were unable to during their apprenticeship. |

I think shadowing would be beneficial for all Clans in addition to the Highstones. Some people find difficulty role-playing a mentor, some will not, and it also adds fun. Some people having issues role-playing mentors can be fun to use a plot thing, but not all the time. |

Oh, question! Did we say that we're assuming warriors 36 moons and older already having mentored one apprentice unless stated otherwise or did we not? Because that can help with deputies later on. |

Since WindClan is near a farm, perhaps there tends to be a trend with apprentices and/or young warriors going near the farm and daring each other to spook farm animals? Might make for silly moments and more light drama.

That could work! Perhaps with the goal of getting a chicken feather or something? Sort of like in Tarzan with him getting a tail-hair from an elephant in that one scene?
And I just really like the idea of younger cats daring each other to do really stupid or dumb things.

I think that's a good idea, Rain. It would help us weed out possible deputies when we get to that point.
Also, the maps look great! I personally prefer the two older ones because nostalgia + it may just fit better considering we're doing the forest territories? But that's just me.

I like that idea, Mimi. I imagine some may end up injured if they try provoking a farm animal too much?

Yeah, that definitely would happen.
With the other clans and dumb things younger cats dare each other to do:
ThunderClan apprentices daring each other to bolt across the thunderpath
RiverClan apprentices having breath holding contests
SkyClan apprentices trying to see from how high up in a tree they can jump down from without getting injured.
ShadowClan apprentices wandering carrionplace and...yeah haven't thought that far yet.
This is all brought to you by "children do really dumb things"

So, we want to have them share traditions and also have their own. How many shared and how many individual traditions? We also need to be careful not to repeat too many.

Oh, I'm sorry! I wasn't too sure if it was stated. I'm not very good for finding ones for WindClan, it's my least favorite out of the five regardless of if they're at the lake or not.
