Ryver stopped in his tracks. He looked over as he heard Soul's voice. A smile spread across his face as he heard that she'd be staying for a while. "That's great!" He exclaimed. Ryver's face flushed in embarrassment at how he sounded. "So, is there anything you'd like to do while you're here?" Soul rubbed the back of her neck and gave Ryver a shrug, “I guess I wouldn’t mind taking a look around the camp grounds.” She said, a bit unsure. Kumiko’s reaction hadn’t been what she had expected, but she couldn’t be sure about the other campers here. For now, she would keep her heritage to herself until she felt that she could actually trust the people here. |

Phi just shrugged as he said, "I have no clue, maybe they are just interested when they can actually start to get things out of us. Honestly my old man only ever talks to me whenever he needs something from me, which is fine by me frankly." He then raises his eyebrow and asked, "Why do you care?"

"Not a big fan of being used as someone else's tool I take it," Phi said with a devilish smirk. He then saw the dinning hall and seriously said, "Look I know it sucks, and maybe some day your mom will talk to you, but for now just gotta deal with are reality. Now let's grab some grub and enjoy are more hedonistic sides."

Phi groaned as he looked at Dakota and said, "You wait much longer and it will probably be just as crowded, if not more so. So why don't we just get so food and dip, have are own little feast." His devilish smirk appeared again as his eyes changed color as he said, "Or I could make them have a maddening good time so they would leave."

"If one who I call friend is not happy then I don't find the use of my power the least bit unfair to do so," Phi said without a hint of sarcasm. As they got close to the dinning hall a couple campers here and there stopped talking as they saw him come close. He knew this was this because he had used his powers to make those now silent campers go mad in either capture the flag or because they annoyed him.

Phi just looked at Dakota and just shrugged as he said, “Don’t worry I hardly ever do anyways. Besides some could argue that a few of these stares are warranted.” Placing his hands on his head and asked, “So what ya feeling like eating?”

Horus watched as Kassie caught the dagger and turned it into a snowflake. After she had thrown it, he gave a nod of agreement to what she had said. "That may be true, but we just have to learn how to roll with the punches and to adapt quickly." He said, having to change strategies several times before in battle. "I'll get out of your way, I don't want to interrupt your training." Horus said, knowing how seriously some tend to take their training. Kassie gave him a small acknowledgement, her eyes still dead set on the training dummy she destroyed moments ago. "Thanks," Kassie murmured. Although, she wasn't looking Horus to leave just yet, her adrenaline and emotions unchecked was a horrible thought. She would need an outlet sooner than later and she would rather have no one in the cross-fire until she got the fire inside under control. "Have fun recruiting and strategizing" Kassie called after Horus. ”And you try not to overtrain yourself!” Horus called back over his shoulder, giving Kassie a wave, “You don’t want to wear yourself out too quickly.” He added, moving to leave the training area. He had a few head councilor chores to take care of before lunch, so he shouldn’t mess around for too long. Strategizing for the next Capture the Flag game would have to wait until then. Besides, he was fairly certain he had a pretty solid plan. |

"Alright then," Ryver nodded, "How about a small tour around the camp then?" He still had a smile plastered on his face. "We could take a look around the cabins, the other locations, or just do both," he offered. Ryver was excited that he would be able to show Soul around. Although he hadn't known her for long, he enjoyed her company, even if she was secretive and quiet. ”Uh, sure. A tour sounds nice.” Soul said, letting him lead the way. She did wonder what else this camp had to offer besides just shelter and training. |

Phi shrugged as he said, “Alright then, just don’t complain if you don’t like what I bring for ya.” He then went over to where the food was and grabbed a couple pair of ham sandwiches, four pairs, and a glass of water. With all the in hand he walked back to Dakota and said, “Here ya go Dakota.”

Ryver nodded and, once again, grabbed her hand. It was a bit of a habit with him now. He thought of places to start. "Hm... Oh! We can start at the dining pavilion," he finally decided. "There are a lot of cabins, so we'll save those for last." He quickly made his way over to the dining pavilion with Soul, stopping to wave at a few people along the way. [ Icefire15 ] ---------------------------------- Dakota took the ham sandwiches Phi had gotten for them. Ham sandwiches actually didn't sound too bad at the moment. "Thanks," they nodded, "Now let's get out of here. Too many people." They felt a shiver crawl up their spine as they looked at how many people there was in the dining pavilion. [ bloodrosepelt] |

Phi gave a nod and said, “Alright, but you decide where we are eating then.” He then tossed one of the pairs into a nearby fire as a sacrifice to the gods. With that done he took a bite out of his sandwich and waited for Dakota to move.

“Okay, sure.” Soul said, letting him lead her. If they were going to the dining pavilion, she wondered if Ryver would be okay with her getting some food before they continued the tour. It had been a while since she had a decent meal, and she was fairly hungry.

Dakota took a moment to think of a place to eat and finally decided on the tree they'd been sitting under before Phi came. "Let's just go back to the tree," they responded. They hurriedly made their way out of the dining pavilion. ---------------------------------- Ryver and Soul had finally made it from the infirmary to the dining pavilion. He waved to Dakota as he spotted them and turned his attention towards Soul. "Here we are," he announced, "The dining pavilion where all the campers eat." (Sorry about the smaller replies.) |

With a shrug Phi said, “Alright, that sounds okay to me I guess.” He then started to walk away from the dinning pavilion. As he left he could see Ryver and someone new. With a devilish smirk his eyes started to change color as the idea of using his madness on soul.

Dakota looked over at Phi and rolled their eyes. There was obviously no use in telling him off. Instead, they continued to walk towards the tree, waving as they passed Ryver. A breeze ran through Dakota and they shivered a bit, huddling down into their hoodie. Ryver glared at Phi. "Don't even think about it," he said with a hint of intimidation. He didn't want Soul's first impression of the camp to be somebody making her go insane, especially since she had only just agreed to stay for a while. "We don't want somebody's first impression of camp to be going insane because someone wants to have some fun." Ryver rolled his eyes when he said 'someone'. |

Soul gave Phi a weary look, not trusting his smirk or the look in his eyes. Her guard had gone down a bit since she had met Ryver at the border, but it was quickly rising again at Ryver’s words to the other boy. It seemed she couldn’t quite trust everyone in this camp after all.

Phi’s eyes turned back to normal as he said, “Oh calm down Soul I was only thinking about it, the eyes just do that when I think about things.” That was not a total lie, he just didn’t specifically say that it was when he thought about causing madness. With a smirk he said, “You know I only cause madness with good reason.” He then walked away to catch up with Dakota.

Dakota sat down under the tree as Phi arrived. "Took you long enough," they grunted. It hadn't really taken Phi that long, Dakota just felt like teasing him. "New girl doesn't seem to like other people." They took a bite out of a sandwich as they waited for Phi's reply. -------------------- Ryver sighed. He placed his fingers on the bridge of his nose as though pinching it, but not really. "I'm sorry about him," he apologized, "Phi isn't really the nicest person here." He removed his hand from his face and let it drop onto his side again. "Don't worry though, a majority of the people here are nice people!" |

With a shrug Phi looked at his pear and said, “I guess you might have a point, but let me counter you. Maybe she had a relatively normal or good life before all this.” After another bite of his pear he then further said, “Every once and a while a demigod gets one of those you know. So to go from that to this would make most people terrified.”
