Ava looked up as her half-brother approached before looking back at her sketch pad, “Mmhmm.” She mumbled around the piece of toast hanging out of her mouth. She dropped her red colored pencil in exchange for her white one, adding highlights to the character she was working on. “Why are you so late for breakfast?” She asked, setting her toast aside. —————— Soul thought over what he said, not saying anything before she gave a hesitant nod, “Okay, I’ll check it out. But don’t expect to stay too long.” She said. Soul wasn’t one to stay in one place for too long, having always attracting the wrong sort of attention if she did.

Soul blinked in surprise when Ryver suddenly grabbed her hand, feeling a slight blush form on her face as she stumbled after him as he pulled her along. Would this Camp Half-Blood really be okay with someone like her? As nice as it would be to have a place to belong, Soul still had her doubts, and she didn’t want to get her hopes up to quickly just yet.

Soul hesitated for a moment before she took a step over the border of Camp Half-Blood. Was Ryver messing with her or something? She certainly didn’t see any barrier, and nothing kept her from entering. She looked at Ryver, “Okay, now what?” She asked, looking around at her surroundings. She could see a house not too far from where they were, but she couldn’t remember if she had seen it earlier or not.

Kassie blew out a small breath of wind through her lips followed by a roll of her eyes. "Boys and their battle plans," she murmured. Yet, her face creased into a faint smile as she realized hypocrisy she just committed as she was in the training ground practicing her battle skills, "Sorry, I sometimes forget that we all are pretty much the same around her, aside from maybe the more non-war demigods." Capture the Flag was Kassie's favorite activity especially considering some of her half-siblings were more keen to Hecate's other powers. The constant push to be able to control the Mist left Kassie frustrated and cold-hearted toward the ability. Maybe that was her reasoning for picking cryokinesis as her most perfected ability. Quickly, she lifted her hand and the ice dagger twirled into the air above them.

Sadly, his focus was not exactly where he wanted at most times. The whole traitor dilemma has had Blaze working tirelessly to find new ways to prevent issues like this occurring again. Except some of the methods presented weren't morally correct and he hated that those ideas popped into his mind. His face scrunched together with a tireless look at the mention of the traitor. "I agree, but truly what can we do?" Blaze's voice wavered, a small bit of defeat present. "I wish I knew who it was..." His brow furrowed and a frown set in on his face as the dark thoughts of people hurting his family. If he found who it was, they might not leave the camp without multiple major injuries. "We can definitely do that, give me a chance to set up some traps that they might not expect," Blaze said a darker smirk appearing on his face. ------------------------ With a roll of his eyes, Shadow gave the offer some thought as he didn't fully want to just go back to sleep. Napping might be the best option if he wanted to maintain a regular sleep schedule. Yet, that meant spending more time with Frances. Slowly, weighing his options, his eyes shifting back and forth before shrugging his shoulders. "Alright I guess..." he mumbled. "Though I'm warning you now, if I fall asleep and you wake me up. It better be life or death situation or I will make sure this camp loses half of it's strawberry fields." He had turned to glare at Frances, his threat very real as he didn't want to be constantly falling in and out of sleep. If he had to fall asleep, he'd rather endure the struggle once than multiple times. Hearing the waver in Blaze's voice made Josie frown and she turned towards him, leaning on one elbow. She reached out with a hand and cupped the side of his face, brushing her thumb along his cheek as she tried to comfort him. "We all do. It's a huge betrayal for all of the campers, so we can't give up. Not until they're caught and given some justice." Josie gave a small smile and leaned in to kiss his frowning face. Her smile grew when he agreed to check the forest with her, but she got more concerned after noticing his dark smirk. "Blaze..." She spoke his name softly, almost like a warning. "Nothing too crazy, okay? What if another camper gets hurt?" - - - - Frances couldn't contain her excitement when Shadow agreed, her face lighting up and she clasped her hands together, bringing them up just below her chin. He continued on before she could respond, and her expression faltered. "Oh, gods, I would never! I'll be so, so quiet, I promise!" Even Fran, herself, wasn't sure why she was so adamant about getting to know Shadow better. She had a sense of how much he didn't care to be around other people, but maybe that had to come from somewhere. For her, being alone could be incredibly lonely. Maybe it was the same for the son of Hades and he'd just grown accustomed to it. "Only in a life or death situation will I wake you." Frances held a hand up like she was making an oath. After that she turned and started to walk off. "C'mon, I know the perfect spot." A hard lesson he learned when his mother was killed, that Blaze couldn't control situations anymore than the next person despite how hard he tried. Giving into the temptation to utter obliterate someone for their crimes against camp was an intrusive thought to say the least. Blaze eased into her hand and the kiss Josie give him, the smirk disappearing from his face. "I'm sorry," he whispered, his eyes casting down on realization. "The surprises I am thinking of are more traps to keep the person contained." He thought of something similar to his father's mechanical spiders that could shoot web fiber as strong as steel, but the schematics eluded him. A cage might be more effective, but he wasn't sure of the timing. Sadly, he didn't have many other items other than surveillance to catch the identity of the traitor. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ A small roll of his eyes as he tried his best not to look forward to the dreams, but he couldn't help his body's urges to rest. The feeling causing his body to just feel exhausted, almost like he was moving along in slow motion. As he followed, Frances toward the strawberry field, his mind went back to how he resented most days he spent alone. Not even really interacting with his half-siblings, but Shadow was one of the ones who remained out of others lives. "I'm not joking, a god or goddess better be about to smote me for you to wake me up" Shadow grumbled. "How's the fields anyways?"

I like to win, so I take my planning seriously.” He said, but not in an arrogant way. He watched as she tossed the ice dagger, impressed with her control over cyrokinesis. Hecate’s children always seemed to have interesting abilities.

Ryver smiled in satisfaction. Soul had been able to cross the barrier. "Now, we should probably take you to the infirmary to get you checked out." Once again, Ryver grabbed Soul's hand and began to lead her to the infirmary. He hoped that Soul, despite an earlier statement she'd made, would stay for a little bit. (There's an infirmary, right? It doesn't say there is one in the "Places in Camp" section, but I'd assume there was one due to the type of training they do.) Soul let Ryver lead her through the camp, her eyes quickly scanning the area as he did. He was right about it not being a regular camp, that was for sure. Then again, she had never been to a camp before, so she wasn’t sure it was normal or not. “Are they sword fighting?” She asked, seeing a few campers training.

Soul stumbled a bit when Ryver suddenly swerved around the sword rack, “That’s normal?” She asked, arching an eyebrow. Now she might not know much about camps and what not, but she was pretty sure battle training wasn’t a regular activity at them. Her attention was drawn to the climbing wall, blinking in surprise when she saw lava spill over it.

Soul paused outside the infirmary, blushing slightly when he let go of her hand. She looked at the infirmary entrance, suddenly feeling anxious as she adjusted her coat. In order for her to get her injuries looked at, she would have to take it off and reveal her wings. Soul has always been a bit self conscious about her wings, “R-right, the infirmary…” she said, looking inside to see how many campers were in there.

Ryver sighed. "It's not exactly your normal camp." He explained. He didn't want to reveal too much information about the camp in case she wasn't able to get through the barrier, even though he had a feeling he could trust her. Ryver didn't really understand why she was being so cautious, it's wasn't like he was going to do anything to her.
"Ugh!" Sarah groaned. She dropped Claude's hand angrily. She stayed right where she had let go of Claude's hand. She turned her back towards him and refused to talk or look at him. Sarah found it rude that he would start calling her such names.
"Fine," Will said begrudgingly. He didn't really want to give the journal back to Juniper, but something had told him that he should. He held out the journal for Juniper to take it. Will then sat back down on the ground, his ankle a bit sore as he put his weight on it. 𝚛𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚢 Wasn't sure if you saw this or not.)

Heyo x.x)
Soul gave a timid nod and took a deep breath, “C-can you lead the way in?” She asked, not wanting to go in first. She struggled to fight down the urge to bolt again. She said she would give this place a shot, the least she could do is keep her word. Besides, she couldn’t leave her injuries unchecked.

Admittedly, I’m not too crazy about the next Capture the Flag, after what happened last time…” He sighed.

Pirithous was just walking around the camps entirety, taking sips from his soda flask. Suddenly he could smell the scent of something being set on fire. Out of curiosity he followed the smell he came across Dakota. Placing the flask in his pocket he called out, "Hey why you startin fires over here?"

Soul nodded again and followed him into the infirmary, glancing around warily. She relaxed a bit once she noticed that there weren’t very many campers inside.
(I’ll throw in my Apollo kid for the healer lol)
Kumiko looked up as Ryver walked in with a girl she hadn’t met before and gave them both a friendly smile, “Hey, Ryver! Who’s this? A new camper?” She asked, giving the white haired girl a curious look.

She had missed the last Capture the Flag game, having been sick with the flu that day. But she had heard about and saw the aftermath of the sudden monster attack. “Whose team are we on this time?”

Ryver returned the friendly smile to Kumiko. "Hello, Kumiko," he greeted, "No, this isn't a new camper, she's just visiting for a little bit." He didn't wanna tell Kumiko that her name was Soul, just in case she was uncomfortable with him telling other people without her consent. "I found her in the woods, she needs a bit of healing, but she doesn't really like many people," Ryver explained.
Dakota jumped as they heard Pirithous. They let out a sigh of relief as they noticed it was only him. "I'm practicing my pyrokinesis," they explained simply. Dakota didn't really know how to feel about Phi. Sometimes, he could be nice, other times he'd ruin their fun.

Phi leaned on a near by tree and raised an eyebrow at the child of Hecate. With a groan he thought of how he always had a hard time with children from that cabin. Pointing his pointer finger at them he asked, "If you wanted to do that then why not see if the Hephaestus kids could use you to help forge things?"
