Hey, Sparkly! I’m at work right now, but I can still kinda post here and there ^.^ I’ll post some starters here in a sec.)

I don’t quite remember where all my characters are, so I’m just gonna make all new starters.)

Echo and Kumiko were at the lake, sitting at the pier as they chatted with each other. Echo was cleaning one of her swords while Kumiko was messing with one of the guitars she had brought with her, tuning it up and strumming a few chords.

Phoenix was working in the forge, fixing the wiring in a new automaton she had been working on for a while now. She cursed as it suddenly sparked and gave her a light shock.

Cat was sitting under a tree, her legs crossed with a heavy book in her lap, her fingers running delicately over the pages as her unfocused eyes stared blankly ahead. Jinx, her raven, was perched on her knee.

Kyo poked his head curiously into the forge, the weight of the metals in his arms making him stumble ever so slightly. He found himself getting caught in attention at the sight of Pheonix working on her next project. Dipping his head a bit, he made his presence known.
"Sorry to intrude, Pheonix. I brought more materials. I didn't know if you wanted any of these."

Mathias napped lightly on the porch of the Ares cabin, hands tucked almost lazily behind his head as the beginnings of the fall winds swept comfortably through camp. He thought back to the Capture the Flag, trying not to get cross over the sour interactions with Hunter, and that Nathanial had left the leadership of the team to him. Something still pulled at him about that, though he assumed he was just aggravated about it.

Lloyd and Rosaline chatted quietly near the lake, talking about gardening ideas for indoor plants, something Lloyd would have to do once it got too cold for gardening outside. Noticing Echo and Kumiko, Rosaline waved her manicured hand loftily. "Hey ladies! Looking wonderful as ever, if I may say." She complimented.

Kyo did as instructed, placing the metals down with a sigh of relief. He stretched his side a bit before he offered a small nod. "I think I'm doing much better. I can hardly feel the soreness now. The scars are not so lovely, but at least they will be hidden most of the time." He mused, moving to seat himself upon one of the work benches as he looked at her quizzically. "What are you working on down here?"

"We were talking about what kind of plants we should decorate the cabins with once the cold rolls around." Lloyd explained, running a hand through his golden hair as he chuckled. "Rosaline here seems to think that roses can grow easily inside houses."

"They should be able to, I need roses to match my style!" Rosaline huffed.

Phoenix grunted as she tugged a panel on the side of the bird and inspected the wiring inside it, “I found this the other day while searching through that pile of old projects that never got done by past campers.” She said, turning the automaton off so she could fix the different wires, “It looked like it had been there for a long time, thought I would fix the wiring and give it some new parts. It’s mostly just something to keep me busy honestly.” Phoenix added, looking back up at Kyo.

Kumiko tilted her head, “What about a greenhouse?” She asked. The daughter of Apollo didn’t know much about growing flowers.

Echo finished cleaning her sword and sheathed it, deciding to mostly observe the conversation.

Sorry, I’m a bit poofy ^.^’ I have just about everyone open except for Phoenix, Echo and Kumiko.)

“Leave it to you to make a project out of a throwaway.” Kyo complimented, looking at the bird with a hint of curiosity. He offered lightly. “I think a few of those wires are sparking because they’re not insulated properly. There’s bound to be rust on the metal too.”

“Oh, that would be wonderful.” Lloyd sighed with approval. “A greenhouse? I’d spend all day there. Maybe we can see if the Hephaestus kids would be willing to help design something like that.” He offered.

Kyo gave an interested look, hopping down from the workbench and slipping over to inspect her project. His eyes flickered over the metals, fingers gracing down the panels with intent.
“Sure, I’ll help you out. I don’t have much else to do at the moment...how thick do you want the plating?”

“I envy their work ethic.” Rosaline sighed. “I couldn’t handle all the rust and soot and dirt down in that forge.” She grimaced, thinking of her skin and hair. “Though, I wouldn’t mind spending time with them for other reasons.” She laughed, a hint of teasing in her sultry tone. Lloyd snickered, tossing his eyes as he spoke.

“She’s doing it again. Honestly, I just want to be able to do something to pass the time. Without powers of my own beyond my almighty ability to be acne-free, it can get awfully boring.” He admitted.

"Ah, I see." Kyo nodded thoughtfully, feeling the metals before he pressed his palms to them. "We could remedy that issue by making the plates hollow on the inside. The metal will have to be strong and sturdy, but light enough to allow for a hollow space in between layers. It will make it lighter for flight...Titanium, perhaps." Kyo murmured.

"That's true. Evelyn puts all her time into cooking and baking, and I like taking my time gardening." Lloyd nodded, crossing his arms across his chest. He glanced over at Rosaline as she giggled.

"I spend my free time designing clothes. Maybe one day I'll be able to go to a design academy for it. I want to make the greatest clothing line on the market." She winked.

Pheonix nodded in agreement as she began taking off the old and rusting plating and tossing it aside. She moved over to give Kyo some room to work, “We can probably do a mix of titanium and celestial bronze.” She suggested.

Echo gave them a slight grin, “I’m sure you will, Rosaline.” She said, leaning back on her hands. Kumiko smiled cheerily, “I have plans on going into the music industry if I have the chance.” She said, strumming the guitar again.

“Now you’ve got the right idea.” Kyo murmured with a nod of approval, slipping towards the metals that could be used for projects. Celestial bronze was always so lovely, and it felt comfortable in his hands. He extended a finger across the metal, focusing intense heat at his finger tip, a trace line beginning to dip into the metal for cutting.

“Music, huh? Do you do just guitar, or do you sing too?” Lloyd looked curiously at Kumiko, always a fan of music. He had only ever learned to play drums, but he enjoyed singing as well.
