Shadow gave a shake of his head, a half smirk slowly appearing on his face. Well, if Kumiko didn't know he liked Echo already, then she probably knew now. Yet, that's what Shadow deserved when he hardly spoke to many people at camp. Sometimes he took pride in staying out of most activities at camp, but that was beginning to backfire. "Ugh... Kumiko stood up from her chair and crossed her arms over her chest, “Well, get used to it.” She said, “Because whether you like it or not, people in camp do care about you.”

Levi stepped out of Herme's cabin and stretched, dressed in dark blue jeans, a red and white baseball shirt, and black vans. He hadn't seen his sister around anywhere so he decided now would be a good time to practice his knife throwing and started heading to the forest to train.

Sutton sat by the beach with her nose in a book. Unfortunately, it had just came to an end. Shutting the book, Sutton stared out at the water, enjoying the sound of the water and the animals around it.
(Hi everyone! Sorry my starter is a little short, I always have a hard time getting myself started haha)

"It's a little hard to accept when my father is the furthest god from showing any type of compassion," Shadow scowled a little. His thoughts weren't directed toward Kumiko, more just venting his frustrations with having the God of the Underworld as a parent. "At least Apollo is a little more friendly."

Phoenix had finished talking to Kyo and said goodbye to her half brother before wandering off, lost in thought as she headed towards the forest. She figured that maybe a walk would clear her head a bit.
Echo finished training with Nat and headed towards the beach, deciding to relax for a little bit after everything that had happened at the training area.

Levi pulled out one of his knives and started flipping it, walking with his head down and focusing on catching the knife so it didn't stab him. After a few minutes, he heard a crunching of leaves. Looking up, he saw a flash of red. Moving to stand behind a tree, Levi peaked around it and saw a girl he didn't really know, but noticed around camp. Leaning against the tree, he called out to her, smirking, "Careful, you might run into some questionable characters if you aren't paying attention."

Sutton decided that the water looked so nice, she should get her feet wet. Taking off her shoes and rolling up her light blue jeans, she stepped into the water. It was a little chilly, but it felt nice on her sore feet. She had been running this morning and pushed herself a little harder than usual.

Shadow's eyes stared up into the ceiling, his face blank as he recalled his only meeting with Hades. "I've met him once and let's just say, my siblings are miles ahead," he muttered coldy. He would do anything for his half-siblings, even if they were too stubborn to admit needing help. Shadow, himself was included in this category. Yet, they still had a better relationship with Hades. "I don't know how, but I found my way into the underworld when I left my home in Chicago. I was immediately escorted to his palace, only to be quickly thrown in his jail. Despite what many people think, Persephone is not a kind and sweet goddess. Hades did not know I was there until he randomly did a check of his prisoners. I was released, but he was livid that I had gotten to the Underworld. Although I know he wasn't truly angry, he did so to please her and her spite of his children. Then I was lead out of the Underworld into Central Park. Persephone hates the Underworld, yet he tries to please her with anything even if that includes being horrible to his children."

Sorry if I’m a bit poofy ^.^’ this week has been hectic so I’m a bit worn out lol.)
Phoenix froze at the sudden voice and looked up quickly, narrowing her eyes at the boy. She recognized him as one of the Hermes kids, but couldn’t quite recall his name, “You mean like yourself?” Phoenix said, arching an eyebrow at him.
Echo noticed Sutton standing in the water and called out a greeting, “How’s the water?” She asked as she got closer.
Kumiko listened to Shadow’s story with a slight frown, “Sounds like you had a tough time.” She said, sighing, “But you know, that doesn’t have to affect your relationships here. I mean, your half siblings don’t treat you like that. And I’m sure they would stand up for you as well.”

Levi chuckled. "Exactly," he said as he stepped closer and held out his calloused hand. "I think I've seen you around, I'm Levi, son of Hermes. And you are...?"

Sutton jumped a little when she heard someone behind her. "Oh, um, it's nice. A little chilly but it feels nice." Turning around, she saw that it was a daughter of Aphrodite. "I don't think we've met. Sutton, daughter of Hermes," Sutton introduced herself.

You're fine Ice! We all have our moments  ) Shadow's focus changed from the ceiling to Kumiko again, listening to her reason. "Children of Hades, yeah I would assume they would. Doubtful about some others," Shadow said with a frown. His mind ran through a list of people who would rather face a thousand hellhounds that help Hades' children. "Thank you for helping me" he said. "And listening, not many want much to do with us children of the underworld." |

“I think I can take care of myself.” Phoenix said, but took his hand before introducing herself, “My name is Phoenix. I’m a daughter of Hephaestus.”
Echo nodded to the other girl, “I’m Echo, daughter of Aphrodite.” She said, turning her gaze to the water, “It sure is quiet today. Normally the beach is filled with campers this time of day.”

Levi put his hands up in defeat. "Oh I'm sure you can," he gave a little chuckle. "It's nice to meet you. So what are you doing out in the forest?" he asked.

Shadow closed his eyes, but a small smile appeared on his face. "It doesn't bother me. What bothers me is how there could be a possible traitor in our camp," Shadow said his smile turning to a frown once more. "Like I said, others may not want to admit it, but something is happening and it's bad."

Phoenix gave a shrug, “Just walking around.” She said, looking away, “I figured going somewhere quiet and clearing my head would be a good way to relax after training. What are you doing out here?”
Echo sighed, “I think most are training, others are probably keeping to themselves.” She said, sticking her hands in her pockets, “I think last nights attack rattled everyone.”
(There was a monster attack on the campers after Capture the flag, it’s technically the day after. ^.^ I just wanted to let you know about what’s going on currently)
Kumiko frowned again and nodded, “Yeah. It’s a daunting thought, and I’m sure some of the other campers don’t exactly want to think about it.” She said, leaning against the wall, “But there isn’t much any of us can even do.”

Shadow shook his head, still stunned to think that someone would betray all of them. "If there is then we really need to find them before another attack comes," Shadow said. He was careful to choose his words as to not alert anyone that he and the others knew. "Now, I'm absolutely not saying this is true, but what cabin or even person would you think might do this? Cause I have no ideas."

Shadow rose his hand, pointing at Kumiko and her expression. "Exactly the same," Shadow said as he lowered his arm to squeeze his forehead. "I just hope that if this is true, they slip up and make a mistake to reveal themselves." Camp Half-Blood didn't not need another problem involving betrayal. Why have the magical barrier if someone was just going to let hordes of monsters in?
