“Oh you didn’t do anything wrong, we children of Nemesis tend to be a more sensitive side.” Honestly it was never his intention to make Rosaline feel like she did anything bad. After all she was the one who got them out of the camp. He then chuckled as he as said, “Oh yeah, that and every other major life events. Honestly some days I feel like going down to the underworld and talking to her myself.”

Some starters)
Cat was down at the training arena, practicing some movements with her bo staff on a couple of wooden dummies. Some of the movements were still a bit messy, but Cat wasn’t one to give up so easily. With a few chirps coming from Jinx, the blind girl adjusted her stance slightly and moved through the movements again.
Connor grunted as he moved up the climbing wall, quickly dodging to the side to avoid another burst of lava. He looked up at the top of the wall, eyeing the distance between where he was and the top. The next handhold was just a bit out of his reach, and there wasn’t any other way to move now thanks to the lava pouring down next to him. Frowning, Connor adjusted his body and paused for a moment, gathering his strength. With a push of his legs and arms, Connor propelled himself upward and quickly caught hold of the next handhold. Now that he had a clear path ahead of him, Connor made quick work climbing the rest of the wall, reaching the top in only a couple more seconds.

“What, the food here not good enough for you?” Snapped their foster father, his eyes narrowing at the two girls. “I don’t think so. It’s getting late, and it’s way past your curfew.” “I-it’s just for a little bit! We won’t be long.” Nova piped up, resisting the urge to hide behind her older sister. Why did he have to look so scary? It was even worse when he was angry. “B-besides, it’s only five o’ clock! The sun hasn’t even gone down yet!” “No, but it will be dark soon and I don’t want the two of you out wandering the streets!” Their foster father said lowly, crossing his arms over his chest and glaring at the two. Kumiko walked next to Jacob and gave him a nudge, “This is going to be fun, don’t you think? It’s been awhile since we’ve gone out of camp together.” She said with a bright smile. “You okay?” Phoenix asked, noticing Kyo tense up momentarily and giving him a worried look. “Please.” Rey said softly. “It’s just for a little bit. We want to get out and stretch our legs a bit.” She spoke, hoping Ryder had enough time. “Just 15 minutes.” She lied.
“Until one of these guys does something stupid.” Jacob looked at her. “I was hoping for a more lowkey outing.”

After a few moments of clearing through the contents of the safe, Ryder carefully closed it, shuffling the items in the closet back until it looked as if nothing had been touched. Standing up, he slipped away, poking around each corner as he crept out of their foster parents’ room.

“Absolutely not.” Their foster father snapped at them, crossing his arms over his chest and glowering at the two. Out of all of the children he and his wife had fostered, these three siblings had been the worst. And they had only had them for a year so far! At least the older two would be gone soon, the younger one probably wouldn’t cause so much trouble if the bad influence her older siblings brought weren’t around as much. “You think we’re made of money or something? That we’re so rich that the two of you can just go out and get food whenever you want? You got money of your own to pay for it?”
“What’s with all the shouting?” Their foster mother soon rounded the corner, an annoyed look on her face for having been interrupted in the middle of her phone call with her chatty friend, “Can’t you all lower your voices? Some people are trying to have a decent conversation here.”
Nova flinched slightly at the sharp words coming from the foster parents, having always hated being yelled at. She looked up at Rey, wondering if they had stalled enough for Ryder to get what he needed out of the safe.
Kumiko glanced back at the others briefly before looking back at Jacob, “I suppose that’s true. Your siblings do tend to cause a ruckus wherever they go, but I think it’ll be fun all the same.” She said, always the optimist.

With a scoff he said, "Oh yeah, cause that will go over real well with my revenge prone mother. If I sent her a letter like that then who knows what my "punishment" would be." With a slightly worried expression he asked, "Can you please not tell anyone about my wanting to seek out mother, I don't want people to worry?" Honestly, the only person he didn't want knowing his feelings were Evelyn, just incase he decided to actually follow his desire.

Her head tilted up toward Jinx, a smile appearing through the black and blue locks of hair dangling in her face. ------------- One thing Shadow actually took enjoyment of with his ability to shadow-travel was the use to appear and reappear with the attempt to scare other campers. "So how's the training going?" Shadow asked Connor as he was sitting on the top of the climbing wall with his legs dangling over. He doubted the stoic child of Demeter would give much of a surprised reaction, but it was worth a shot. |

Cat turned her head to face Kassie, having recognized her half-sister’s voice. “Ah, I don’t know about that, but I think I’m starting to get the feel of the bo staff.” She said, pausing her movements to talk to Kassie. “Training is going okay today. I haven’t made too many mistakes just yet, so that’s good. What are you up to today?”
Jinx glanced at Kassie briefly, giving a small squawk and a ruffle of her feathers in greeting to the daughter of Hecate before turning her attention back to Cat.
Connor pulled himself up next to Shadow and sat down next to him to rest for a moment. If he was surprised by Shadow’s sudden appearance, Connor certainly didn’t show it, having never been one who shows much emotion on his face. “It’s going.” He said in his usual serious tone of voice. “The climbing wall is unpredictable, so at least it makes things interesting when I’m climbing.”

James gave a slight nod and as he said, "Thank you Rosaline." With that he laid his head back onto the seat and slipped into unconsciousness. As he slumbered he dreamed of a future where he left the camp in search of his mother. However, all he could hear were the sounds of a hurt and scared Evelyn and a saddened, yes understand, Rosaline. These sounds chilled the boy to his very core, so much to every once and a while in the waking world the boy's body shivered.

"Just let me know whenever you need help with something." Emma really wanted to do something for him to show her thankfulness. One thing that she valued most was gratitude and thankfulness. If she could do anything to help out others, she would. Emma tucked a piece of hair behind her ear as she stepped into the dining pavilion. "Anyways, what do you plan on getting to eat," she asked. She wasn't quite sure what she'd eat herself, although it would most likely be a piece of fruit or a vegetable. [ Moonblazer] -------------------- Noah looked down at the ground from the tree branch he was sitting on. He wasn't too far from the ground, however, if he dropped down he might not land correctly. Being in the trees was something Noah enjoyed, mostly because people didn't usually look in the trees for other people. It was sort of his way of escaping a conversation. Not that he wasn't social, he just didn't want to talk to people sometimes. [Open] -------------------- Ash sat under a shady tree on the beach. She hadn't gotten a lot of sunlight recently and was advised by another camper to do so. She hadn't originally thought of going outside, but needed some inspiration for another drawing. So far, she hadn't really drawn much. Just little outlines that didn't quite make sense. How she hated art block. Ash closed her sketchbook and put that and her art supplies to the side. [Open]
(Decided to post a few starters in case anybody wanted to interact. So glad to be replying again!)

Oof lol that’s okay! I’ll work out some starters.)
Ava sat outside the Hades cabin, her sketchbook sitting in her lap as she stared absently at a blank page. She really couldn’t think of anything else that she wanted to draw and was just now considering doing something else. Perhaps some training would do her some good. Ava had recently been neglecting her training, and it certainly wouldn’t do her any good to be rusty should another attack happen again.
Nakita walked along the shore of the lake, humming quietly to herself. Every so often she would stop and bend down to inspect some of the rocks that caught her eye, picking up the ones that interested her and leaving behind the ones that didn’t leave an impression on her.
(Pretty sure most of my other characters are held up right now, but these two are open ^.^)

Benjamin was sitting on a rock near the lake. The son of Apollo usually liked to spend his free time at this spot where it was sometimes more peaceful and calmer than the rest of camp, the sounds of clashes swords and shields more faint in the distance. He noticed Nakita walking along the river and watched her curiously, smiling when he saw her picking up some rocks to keep. “So, are you a rock collector? Or maybe you specialize in pet rocks?”he asked her as she neared closer to where he sat, smiling.
Christian was taking a walk when he passed the Hades cabin, seeing Ava sitting outside with a sketchbook in hand. He noticed that she often kept to herself and had a bit of an attitude. In fact, it reminded him of his sister. “Hey Ava,”he greeted the younger girl with a little nod of his head as he slowly approached. “You drawing anything interesting?”he asked.

Nakita glanced over at Benjamin with a small smile, “You never know when a nice rock might come in handy.” She said with a shrug, pocketing the few rocks she had picked up. “It just might save your life one day.” She added with a giggle. There have been plenty times when she had thrown a rock or two at a couple of monsters, if anything it made for a good distraction.
Ava looked up at Christian’s voice and gave the older camper a shrug, “Not really. Guess I’m just not feeling it today.” She said, closing the sketchbook and putting it inside her bag. “What are you up to?”
