My big three are usually these: Leafpool- I have massive bias and attachment to her. Hollyleaf- I found her and Jayfeather the most interesting in Po3. I love defending her and how she diverged from her path and came back to it. Jayfeather- I have huge sympathy for him, plus his attitude was always my favorite and i love seeing him evolve and grow old.
edit:
forgot to add cinderpelt. i love her a lot just like leafpool.

Brackenfur - he's sweet and loyal, what more could you ask for?
Sandynose - he's a very loyal and hardworking cat, while he may be a bit rough around the edges, he's also shown to be a very kind hearted and understanding cat.
Tornear - I love how he's the perfect balance of aggressive and not aggressive, he should have been chosen instead of Onewhisker to replace Mudclaw...though, Mudclaw should have NEVER been replaced. I also love how he told Firestar, that even though he was young, he'd be a great leader for ThunderClan.
Oakheart - amazing brother and father...BEST RiverClan cat.
Stagleap - This cat is AMAZING! He is kind, willing to listen, level-headed, he is DEF ideal leadership material.

Firestar: Dude's a classic character, so I think I mainly love him for nostalgia heh. I used to be annoyed by him when I was younger and I wanted a new leader to take his place. With AVOS, however, I found myself missing his presence. When Bramblestar just rolled over for Shadowclan and said "Here you can have Violetkit plz don't hurt me" My reaction was "Firestar wouldn't have let them get separated, he might have even given them both just so they could be together."
Alderheart: I found myself relating to Alderheart a lot in TAQ with his anxious tendencies and constantly feeling like he wasn't good enough. I wish they had done more with his character as AVOS went on, he had so much potential.
All three TBC protagonists: Bristlefrost, Rootspring, and Shadowsight are all great IMO. All three of them feel like actual characters with personalities which quite a few POV characters before did not. Looking forward to seeing more of them as TBC continues.
Stonefur: This guy was really cool IMO and I would have liked to see more of him. Given how Mistystar's been in the past couple of arcs I would have loved to see how he would have been as leader in her place.
Skystar: For once we had a compelling villain (If you can call him one), TFB was my favorite book in DOTC and he served as a great antagonist.
Tigerstar I (As a villain): Sometimes it works to have a villain who's evil just to be evil, Warriors tends to give a lot of their villains sob stories and while Tigerstar kinda had one, he didn't let it define him or his motives. His actions in A Dangerous Path gave the whole book a horror vibe, something we really haven't seen again until TBC.
Sandstorm: Sandstorm was one of the best OG characters, and her relationship with Firestar felt natural unlike a lot of the pairings in the series. Unlike a lot of characters she maintained her personality throughout all of the books. I also loved her interactions with Alderheart in TAQ.

Gray Wing: Everyones dad, clan founder, reluctant leader, and just a great character overall
Hawkwing: His SE is the best one in my opinion, as well as him being a big strong, easily fooled dumb guy
Rootspring: I think hes the best POV character in TBC, watching him grow to respect his dad but at the same time still being a bit worried about being weird is awesome
Tree: His novella was the best one in A Warriors Spirit, and he is a great dad that looks out for his family rather than the clan, he also looks at stuff from the outside rather than just being a clan cat
Tigerstar II: Being a spy in the DF, having a fully flushed out and more natural forbidden relationship, and now hes a reluctant chaotic good hero who wants to make ShadowClan great again is awesome
Birchfall: My favorite background character, hes an alright dad, and it was interesting that he was trained in the DF and then rejected by Dustpelt, hes now a senior warrior and I want him to grow old and live forever.

Graystripe - My all-time favorite. I love him and his character. I also was a fan of how he told off and exposed the impostor in Veil of Shadows.
Ivypool - I've been a fan of her ever since OOTS. I liked her arc, and I think she's a certified badass. FernIvy is also a cute ship.
I'm tying together Firestar, Dustpelt, Sandstorm, and Ravenpaw because they were sort of the first characters we really got to know in the series. That, and I like the thought of the og "apprentice gang" (Fire, Gray, Raven, Dust, Sand) meeting together once more in StarClan.

Cinderpelt- I love her personality, how she's simultaneously sarcastic, levelheaded, good-natured, and patient. Her interactions with every character are gold, from her bantering with Yellowfang and Firestar, to her friendships with Littlecloud and her sister Brightheart, to her deep care for Leafpool. While she did struggle with her disability at first, she pretty consistently kept a positive attitude about becoming a medicine cat, and she made the most of the life she'd been given. I love how her character developed to the point where she was offering Firestar sage advice, yet she never lost the original spirit of humor and independence she had as an apprentice-- whether that was telling her leader off for being a mouse-brain, or quietly plodding on without complaint when her leg bothered her on long trips.
Brackenfur- He's a good boy.
Rootspring- He is also a good boy. And very relatable, honestly.

I started reading Warriors from Bramblestar's POV, so he's my favorite, closely followed by Squirrelflight. I also like Cinderpelt, Tawnypelt, Stormfur, Feathertail, Leafpool, Crowfeather, Sandstorm, Firestar. and so many more cats.

1) Leafpool - I don’t have much of a reason, I’ve just always loved her. Maybe because I’m kinda similar to her? But anyway, also bc she is very sweet, selfless and strong. And i understand why she had to give up her kits, and I have a lot of respect for her. 2) Hollyleaf - Hollyleaf is just such a good character. She adds so much to POT and I love reading about her demise and then eventually return. Shes also a bad a$$ b**** 3) Gray Wing - Gray Wing is literally just the sweetest and purest soul. So so so caring and sweet, ugh.

This is in no order: Briarlight- I really liked her moral courage. Squirrelflight- Her joy and love of life reflect on my younger sister. Hollyleaf- I totally❤️ her determination and loyalty. Firestar- Look at his warrior name and you'll know. Brambleclaw- Living his life unshadowed by Tigerstar 1's legacy is totally awesome.

Needletail - She just seems like the most real character we've ever had in Warriors. She was a kid who grew up being told that the only cats who showed any genuine regard for her (non-clanborn cats, in particular Tree) had no place within clan life. After seeing how her clanmates then treated Violetkit, due to her not being "clanborn", Needletail's certainty in the clans began to waver. Throughout her character arc, Needletail maintains much of the same personality traits that she had from the start. Watching how her optimism and impulsiveness gets her into progressively more and more dangerous situations as she changes from an apprentice into and adult is really interesting and even a little disturbing. Her reckless, chaotic behaviour also gave off the impression that she knew she was running out of time. (I'm sorry, I just find this girl so interesting lmao)
Shadowstar - I just think she's neat.

I love a lot of the side characters. Mostly because the are mostly the calm pure ones who don't need the attention and gratification from others. There are some main characters (Gray Wing) who are like that too. Unfortunately most of them die and then I get sad a lot while reading. Anyway here is my list in no particular order. - Brackenfur - Gray Wing - Echosong - Firestar - Stormfur - Lionheart - Whitestorm - Sandstorm - Stagleap - And many more!

Brackenfur- mainly because his life is something I'm interested in. Plain and simple Jayfeather- He's pretty much the cat with the most personality in the series. Tawnypelt- I enjoyed her sassy attitude in TNP and I wished we could have gotten a pov of her in that arc Goosefeather- He's the first ever cat in the series I actually felt bad for and his novella is one of my favorite non-series book Thrushpelt- Just a cat that is so sweet and doesn't get enough credit for in Bluestar's Prophecy, which I'm quite upset by. Riverstar- A cat from DotC that just seemed so likable.

scourge - while he was out of left field and i dearly wish he had been built up more, the graphic novel did a LOT to make me enjoy him. i find his character very, very interesting, especially since like all of the main villains up to that point were big brutes with some weaker lackeys to do what they said. scourge is clearly strong, but also oddly intimidating even before you know what hes capable of. and his ability to control so many cats without the foundations of a real clan is interesting.
hollyleaf - i guess this one is a primal urge, haha. i just find her personality and arc very interesting. she has quite a bit of depth as a character and she got absolutely robbed by the series in all regards.
brightheart - an early fave. she has a lot of determination that i really enjoy, and her romance with cloudtail was one of the few romances i had any interest in.

later answer but hmm favorite cats would probably be clear sky, bramblestar, hollyleaf, needletail/alderheart, goosefeather, pinestar, and kindof/sortof thistleclaw but he's a black sheep so i don't talk about him on the forums with clear sky, the reason i liked him so much was that he both gave an antagonists and protagonist's point of view, and that at certain points the book doesn't really say if he did or didn't do something, mainly with bumble but also with misty and her kits i also love how unlike almost any villain he gets a redemption arc that really tears him down (this means you breezepelt) and makes him realize how badly he ****ed up and how many cats he's both directly and indirectly killed path of stars was pretty boring overall but the high points were quiet rain telling off clear sky for killing everybody, that and i love DOTC's main ending holy shit i've said it a million times at this point but it feels completely cathartic when gray wing dies, but it's satisfying none the less and at the same time i'm not really sad about his death, as its been coming for awhile at that point the thing with bumble was that at that point you and presumably all the characters would assume clear sky did it, but the book never addresses this and that's more depth to him just as a villain he changes things up a bit and is definitely my favorite character byfar
with holly it's a lot less interesting but she changed stuff up abit, and her going crazy after learning her entire perception of right and wrong makes her an abomination was an interesting thing to process. i didn't really like her novella much, but a self-imposed exile was a really good thing even if i really didn't like forgotten warrior. brambs is probably my favorite character overall besides clear sky, well in protagonists anyway. an unpopular opinion, but i liked the bramblesquirrel drama in tnp. his dynamic with hawkfrost being the only character to relate to was just about the only interesting thing abt hawkfrost, and the fact that after he realizes he isn't the three's father, he still takes an active role in taking care of them and would cover for them anytime, as in when he covered for holly after she killed ashfur mainly.
goosefeather and pinestar are both my favorite novellas, and I like that the authors humanized both of them when in bluestar's super edition and in most other instances they're demonized with no other background than what whoever is thinking about them wants. pinestar's bit about being ordered to kill his son really resonated with me, being that starclan was more of a mythical entity then, and had much more perceived power; i also liked little bits like mapleshade getting a mention or two, though in GC it felt abit shoehorned in. alderheart i absolutely loved, but he took a huge jump in character in the raging storm that didn't really feel warranted. he's someone i relate to a ton, and i get that that's the purpose of his character, but having a cat that doesn't get everything right the first time is good for a change. seeing him slowly gain confidence over time is a really nice touch. needletail is always great, she grows up from being a kid basically, and i loved her big sister dynamic with violetshine. her death always gets me
