Unseen, maybe, unheard however was something quiet different. And untrained paws scattering across the stone floor of the clan camp was a notable sound that made the leader twitch his ears back. Sussing the situation fairly easily; for there weren’t many tiny habitants in camp unless they were being attacked by the worlds tiniest foxes, Shadowstar knew more than he let on. But then he was never the type to be a kill joy. Thus the lithe leader waited, his facade unchanging and quiet, though a slight smile twitched across his features. Skidding paws sounded, a high pitched yowl that wouldn’t have intimidated a newborn mouse, and the sensation of a tiny creature thudded into his hindquarters with a squeal, and he soon felt tiny prickling teeth embedded into his plumed tail. Fortunately the youngsters teeth weren’t too sharp just yet, but the leader yowled with playful surprise as he launched upright. “By the stars, kit, you scared me!” He scolded, but the amused light in his gaze demonstrated an utter lack of annoyance. He soon straightened, however, drawing his tail around his paws neatly, as he considered the kitten with a twitch of his pale brown ears. ”is it a good idea to be out here without your mother?” He queried, gaze flickering towards the nursery in a contemplative means, knowing Dustberry to be one of the clans laxer queens. “Does she know where you are?” He added with not quite restrained amusement.

Littleglow. Link Her fur is short, with white running up stomach to just below her muzzle and on her paws. The rest of her pelt color is a grayish brown with darker tabby markings on it. She is small in stature, not reaching much higher than the average six moon old apprentice. Her frame is also slim, making her look small and unassuming to most of her fellow clanmates. Though they tend to know better, when she gets really heated about something she is prone to outbursts, lashing out at any cat who dares to be near. She tries to remain neutral but it seems all the moons of her voice being squashed by her former mentor finally caught up to her. When she isn't getting angry, she's rather calm and collected, spending most of her time on her work. She tries to not speak to many, just those she finds necessary for her day to day clan life to go smoothly. She had started out as a warrior apprentice but over time she found the draw of the medicine cat den to become more overbearing. After only a moon of training, she took her paws onto a different path. ☾ѕησσzє☽ Medicine Cat. She could be related to Oddeye probably? An unlit Path.
Lochsight. Link. He is a large tom with mainly black fur that has streaks of orange throughout it. He also has white around his muzzle and paws. Lochsight is as odd as his fur color, his opinion on certain things always flip flopping back and forth. He tries to please everyone by morphing his personality around who he is surrounded by, his thoughts follow the same pattern. He isn't manipulative by choice, he doesn't know any better and just desires to be everyone's friend. Many could describe him as a gentle giant, careful to not step on any paws and certainly great with kits. Besides all that, he isn't the best hunter for the clan, tending to be too loud with his pawsteps and scaring off most of the prey. Same goes with fighting, he struggles with developing a mean streak. He can't even bring himself to harm outside cats when they're trespassing, instead trying to intimidate them into just running away. ☾ѕησσzє☽ Warrior Any of the calico cats? lol The path, that is, in fact, unlit. Also I know these cats are extremely rare and whatnot but he's following all the rl guidelines for a male (: he's infertile and whatnot lol.
I feel as though these aren't good but hey! Just gonna shove them out there and hope they look decent :p

Hawkkit / Shadowstar 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ : SladeClan Camp
Hawkkit was overwhelmed with pride that he had made contact with his target, so much so that he leapt away to face Shadowstar, and give him a fighting chance. The older tom, it seemed had indeed been startled by his sneak attack, excellent news for Hawkkit's ego. His scruff was still bristled, small white fangs bared. Shadowstar didn't look like he was prepared for a counterattack though, and his next question made the kit's ears flatten with disappointment as his pelt settled. He had imagined Shadowstar wouldn't be so quick to bring up his absent mother, but unhappily it seemed he had been wrong.
"What choice do I have if I want to be as strong as a warrior by six moons?" he mewled in what he had intended to be a bold voice, but instead carried over as more of a whine. Hawkkit hadn't truly experienced enough moons to understand how possible his regiment was, but nevertheless it was his first aim. The momentousness of speaking with the clan's leader crept up on the little tom, and he bowed his head in shame. "Dustberry is asleep, like she always is. No one wants to help me practice, and I don't want to wait until Fawnskip's kits are old enough. I want to fight now." He solemnly hoped he wouldn't be blamed for escaping the nursery. If there were no playmates about, was he not obligated to seek them out for himself?

[☾ѕησσzє☽ yes Oddeye and Littleglow would work really well as littermates actually if you'd want because he could have been pushed to be medicine cat given his vision, hence Little being a warrior apprentice for a moon, but he really didn't want to since she wanted to instead? Lochsight is welcome to be related in some way to Larchfire so long as 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ is alright with it as well for Fawnskip]

The young medicine had recounted her herbs about a million times by now it felt. She was growing more and more bored by each passing second, checking the stocks was part of her job though and she wasn't about to let a little boredom stop her from doing her job. She would need more chervil soon. The last of her stock would be used on Fawnskip surely and it would put her in a sore predicament if the clan gained more queens. Speaking of queens, had it been long since she checked on them? The clan at the moment wasn't in dire need of the medicine cat, no cats coming in with scratches or hurt stomachs. The expecting she-cats had grown to be her main focus now, dawdling over them more than the average cat probably should. Letting a small sigh escape her mouth, she picked herself up from her spot. Her muscles felt sore, how long had she been sitting there? She let herself stretch for a few moments, trying to ease the aching that was shooting through her. Finally, she made her leave to the Nursery. It wouldn't be long until even more kits ran rampant among the camp's walls, bringing more bellyaches into her den.
She found herself at the outside of the den rather quickly, listening in on the inside for any cats. She could hear the movement of one restless cat, one she could only guess was Fawnskip. She wasn't taking to be a queen very well it seemed, the medicine cat couldn't offer much than false hope they would be here soon. Even then the poor she-cat will be stuck inside that den for six moons, the first two probably barely leaving due to their need for her milk. She couldn't imagine giving up her freedom to become one of them, it was certainly a job for only the most strong minded. I would grow too bored inside, maybe even insane from just laying in wait. Snapping back from her thoughts, she finally went inside to check on them. She could see Fawnskip in her nest, tail flicking irritably. Sorry I bring no good news, at least I also carry no bad.
"Hello, Fawnskip. I came to check in on you and the kits. May I see your belly?" She felt so weird asking this, she hadn't been doing this alone for long and usually her mentor would take over. Asking every now and then for her to bring herbs or see what he was talking about.

Life had taught him pretty quick not to mess with a queen, and however inept Dustberry portrayed herself as, the young tom knew all too well not to get under ones skin. Even though not a large tom by most standards, the pint sized kitten was all too vulnerable to stepping paws, and he would prefer to complete his morning without a scathed pair of ears. If Dustberry remembers how to unsheathe her claws, he considered briefly, stifling his chuckle poorly. “You have plenty enough makings of a warrior without the need to render my tailtip to ribbons,” he reprimanded, grinning the whole while. ”I know the nursery is boring,” he conceded with a twitch of his tail, genuine sympathy etched into his deep tone. The lithe tabby was young for his position, and remembered those moons of confinement all too well. He had been immediately grateful when the revered 6 moon mark had come, and he could know freedom for the first time. “But your mother cares about you, and you shouldn’t be putting her through the worry of finding you every time you fancy a jaunt about camp,” word of Hawkkit’s explorative nature had reached even the leader. And admittedly he feared the day the kitten adventured too far and couldn’t be found. His laugh was gentle, even the kitten was aware of his mother’s reputation of being closer to a kittypet than she was a warrior. “Little one there is far more to being a good warrior than just being a good fighter,” he reminded lowly. “And there’s more to clan life than just warriors, you should be kinder to your mother,” admittedly not too much of the clan had many kind words for the shecat. “You should treat your mother more respectfully, I can’t imagine carrying for you and your siblings is an easy task.”

The restless shecat had resorted in the absence of sleep to grooming her coat. Her nesting instincts were beginning to drive her mad, and nothing ever seemed right. The past couple of days had been spent lining the mosses with silky bird feathers, though it’s comforts were of no help to the calico she hoped her unborn litter would appreciate her efforts. Unvertainty had never been something she had dealt with well, and the next few days was all but plagued with it. When she could sleep her dreams were dark and littered with tragedy, as though pregnancy wasn’t wearing enough but her lack of sleep was but another annoyance. And the approaching paws at the nursery entrance was just a further one. Normally the warrior would have avoided contact like the plague, except for a small pawful of cats. But between regular check ups, new denmates and the entire clan constantly curious about the new arrivals. Fawnskip was struggling to adapt, though she knew no one meant to distress her, but it only drained her all the more. ”Good morning,” her salutation was quiet, all too aware of her dozing denmate, though that seemed to be a near constant state for the other queen. “Yeah,” she didn’t sound thrilled at the concept of prodding paws and endless questions, but complied all the same. Rolling onto her side to permit the medicine cat to do as she needed.

She began to feel along the sides of her belly, the kits were squirming against her touch. She tried to remain collected as she felt for the size of them but it was hard. She still wasn't used to this, surely the queen felt uncomfortable with the movement of her own kits. She dared a look at Fawnskip before stepping away finally. They would be here in no time at least, feeling healthy when she touched. She was unsure of how many but there was certainly more than one inside.
"They are healthy so far it seems, you should consider yourself lucky that they will be here any day now." She forced a purr, trying to bring joy and light to Fawnskip now. Waiting around for anything was annoying but kits? Even she was growing impatient with their desire to stay inside the mother. She'd love to see them, maybe one would even grow to be her apprentice one day. The thought brought excitement to her, she hadn't trained any cat herself and it would be fun to have another body inside her den. Less lonely that way too. She was about to move to the other queen, her kits were already here and she would need to check on them when her own stomach growled. If I haven't ate today, there's a chance that Fawnskip hasn't either. Dustberry's kits can wait a bit longer surely. "Have you ate today? I can grab you some prey from the fresh-kill pile." A thought broke into her mind, something she hadn't even consider. Didn't her old mentor teach her that if a queen was due, walking would help bring the kits along? "Actually, do you want to walk with me to the prey pile?"
{If it's alright, I might claim an unborn kit. Don't know about looks or name yet but we both know I love rping kits lol }

“You’ve been promising me any day now for what feels like a moon,” the queen replied in the closest she’d come to a complaint in her entire life. In the past few days the warrior had felt just about any other word than lucky, so round she was sure she would explode if someone poked her firmly enough in the right place, and so bored she felt like she would explode anyway without much causation. She didn’t doubt anyeone would blame her for her little excursion free of camp, though no doubt they wouldn’t admit that and scold her for it anyway. Straightening when the medicine cat relinquished her grip, she rearranged her nest briefly before sitting up with a flick of her tail. “Is there nothing you can give me to speed this thing up?” She asked, it had been something she had been contemplating for a few days now, but now she was officially overdue it seemed now was a fairer time to enquire. “It feels like I’ll be giving birth to full grown warriors if this continues much longer.” Fawnskip considered the shecats offer briefly, her appetite lacking but she knew she would only be scolded for refusing, every decision she made these days which wasn’t to do with sitting quietly like an obedient kit seemed to draw that conclusion. “I could be persuaded to eat,” she admitted after a beat.

Mothkit. Link. Her fur is a mixture of orange and gray tabby markings with white dominating her muzzle down to the beginning of her flank and both hind legs. Her eyes are wide with light green being the prominent color but near the edges it grows into a dark brown. She is one of the larger kits in the litter but her personality doesn't fit that of her size. She is a bit scared of everything, usually tattling on her siblings without even knowing it because she does not want to go out adventuring. She doesn't want to be the follower among her littermates but being a leader also seems to daunting for her. She's more of a loner, hanging around her mother and latching onto her fur. It's unknown if this will continue when she becomes a 'paw but for the time being it seems so. ☾ѕησσzє☽ Kit Fawnskip is her mother ____ is her littermates darkness is among the trail, or as you could say, it's an unlit path.

[Oops yes I should say that Dustberry is open for more kits in her litter, I'll keep referring to it as 'the litter vaguely' just in case hehe]
Hawkkit / Shadowstar 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ : SladeClan Camp
Hawkkit grinned widely at Shadowstar's confident assertion. See? He could tell that Hawkkit had the potential inside of him, and he would know best, as the leader! If only everyone else in the clan could recognise it as well. "But if you're the best fighter, then surely you're the best warrior, because no one else can tell you what to do, right Shadowstar?" The round kit found it hard to comprehend what else there could be to being a warrior. Hunting maybe, but wasn't that just fighting, only more sneakily? Hawkkit listened gravely to Shadowstar's advice, sweeping his tail around his paws just like him, meeting his green gaze apologetically. Perhaps he should treat his mother better, but he didn't agree that raising him or his littermates was difficult. All of Dustberry's prey was brought to her, and she never even had to leave the nursery. His nose wrinkled at the thought of such a life. Before he could press Shadowstar any further, he was swept aside by surprise.
Dustberry / Shadowstar 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
Voices cut into Dustberry's hearty slumber, and she wafted a paw in the air to shush them. They persisted. Grouchily, she opened her eyes to see Littleglow conversing with Fawnskip. She couldn't well complain about that, could she. Dustberry remembered all too well the dastardly uncomfortable moon before her litter's birth, what a dreadful existence altogether. Thank goodness her brood was out in the world now, and she could- Dustberry's little morning musings were cut short in her head. There was no little bundle pestering her ear, or pulling at her fur. "Hawkkit!" she yowled dramatically, each time he escaped it still felt like the very first disappearance to the gentle queen. Her fear burgeoned inside her heart, and the tiny tabby burst from the nursery out into the camp's full view. That tom and his stripy fur. Why couldn't I have had a snowy pelted kit? I know I'd never have lost them then, she claimed to herself as her excuse that morning. "Who's seen Hawkkit?" she proceeded to call to all cats within earshot of her wailing.
She felt her stoach lurch as she spotted Shadowstar speaking down to a shadowy shape much shorter than the leader's own eyesight. She felt embarrassment wash over her body. Bounding in short lengths, Dustberry interrupted her kit's speaking by swiping him aside with an anxious paw, standing in front of him in a blather of emotions. "Shadowstar," she meowed as she dipped her head to the young leader. "I feel terrible that he's interrupted your morning. I swear I'll keep him bound to the nursery, I only slept in by mistake today."

Owl’s description has been posted! However, I’m working on shortening it as much as I can so a bit of a wip her. Hazelleap. LinkHis yellowish eyes widen at the tiniest creaks. His solid chocolate brown fur threatens to leave his form. His movements are erratic and flighty. Yes, this odd skinny and long-legged tom is known as Hazelleap. It is a miracle he ever graduated to become a warrior but there was one teaching from his mentor that is ingrained in him. “Life is hard out here kit. One misstep and its death.” The continuous stress of being a lookout for himself and the group can be hard but he accredits his caution for the reason he is alive. However, this same trait is his downfall. The tom is one that overthinks to the point of hesitation, which includes social situations. While he welcomes and prefers others’ decision, he can become critical if he deems it too reckless. But he is the most harshest and critical with himself. He does become frustrated himself about his actions. He wants to do his best but his role does not mixed with his beliefs. He would rather flee or surrender in a battle than to risk his life. He wishes he could have gone the path of a medicine cat. He tries to tell himself its too late for that but it still lingers. Is it foolish to dream? Perhaps, but hopes and dreams have allow him to find comfort in one source. One that he could trust his life with and that is his ancestors, Starclan. Although recent events have caused his shimmering ray of hope to fall silence and it makes him worried. He needs them and is desperate to seek their presence once more. Despite Hazelleap’s cowardice, he does love his clan and feels like each member is his kin. He does his best to bring them happiness whether that is bringing a queen a mouse, listening to a lonely elder’s stories, or comforting a dear friend. When he is not being paranoid, his observant nature can aid him in memorization and knowledge. He is quite the intelligent cat when he allows himself to be. Jingle Warrior Open to all relations An Unlit Path. One of the mini plots I had in mind for Hazelleap was his goal to try and become the medicine cat apprentice despite his chosen path as a warrior if that’s alright. He hates his role as a warrior as he is a lover and doesn’t want to be killed in such a gruesome manner. So, he tries and win over the attention or even outright asking the medicine cat, once he gains the courage, if he can become the medicine cat apprentice. Now, whether or not he succeeds will depend on what happens ICly. Another plot idea is that he will become one of the cats allied with the dark forces. However, it is not due to greed or power. He is desperate to find some sort of guidance because he is quite dependent on Starclan. He would be relieved if he was tricked into believing these are his ancestors. It could be due to the dark forces’ or secret leader of them’s approach, but he would learn the truth eventually. However, as he is a pushover, he could join because he is outright scared but that wouldn’t mean he would support them unlike if he believed for a while that these cats were Starclan. He would want to stop them but just wouldn’t be sure remotely how and would be too scared to rebel without reason. Owlkit. LinkOwlkit is, like her mother, short in size. She can appear dainty and fragile with that silky, long-haired gray and white fur of hers. One that would seem best suited to a similar path like her mother, a loving and protective queen. However, faded green eyes burn with a desire to prove herself as a warrior. She wants to show that she is strong and that her size can do her favors. Her brother is both a constant source of support and competition to her. Her competitive streak can make her tease and be rather determined to beat him and anyone else in their antics. These flames can burn even brighter whenever someone or her brother triggers a bit of a nerve. However, she still cares and supports her brother, and in turn, she can learn some valuable lessons from him just as she can from others. Ultimately, she hopes both of them become strong warriors together. Because of her desires and somewhat her youth, Owlkit is a “act first, ask questions later” kind of cat. Her decision-making is often quick and hasty failing to consider the consequences. This can also include her words as her bold and direct approach can have mixed results. Sometimes, it can play in her favor, but other times, she can cause more chaos with herself and even others because of it. She, at the moment, hates taking responsibility especially when she feels guilty. It is easier for her to make excuses, lies, or even blame someone else to avoid that, which in turn, can cause more trouble for her. It doesn’t help that her temperament can make her quite stubborn and feisty before she admits defeat. As a magnet for drama, it is no surprise that she is attracted to it like a moth to a flame. Even her tones and movements can reflect that of a dramatic cat at times. She loves gossip and will often involve herself in others’ business. Sometimes, it is because she wants to help and likes to invest in a cat’s time more than most would like. The main time she hates drama is when it involves her or even sometimes, a loved one. She is quick to transfer this information to her mother, Dustberry. She loves to see or hear her reactions about the situation. But just as she is quick to transfer the information to her mother, she can return whatever her mother said to others if she fails to be mindful about it. Despite everything, she loves her clan and familly. She wants to do all she can to protect and show her loyalty. She hopes to make them and her family proud. The leader scoffed with a pretence of offence, his eyes narrowing as he responded. "I'm hardly the strongest fighter in the clan, do you think the clan thinks less of my leadership for it?" He queried with a twitch of his ears, he might have been young but he wasn't exactly looking for advice from the few moon old kitten. However, there was a sincere tone of curiosity as he considered the youngster, wondering just how brave this tiny kitten would prove to be. However, their conversation was interrupted by the sound of panicked yowls from within the nursery. Under any other circumstance it would have sent the leader launching to his paws to ensure no fox or badger had attacked the nursery; usually the only reasonable answer for a sound as terrified and grievous. But unfortunately it had become a common trend, and his assumptions were confirmed as the petrified queen withdrew from the nursery. Wide-eyed and panicking, Shadowstar stifled his chuckle only by the breadth of a hair by the time the grey queen had come bounding over. Relief apparent in her gaze. "I told you that you shouldn't go worrying your mother," the leader said to the youngster, cringing as he realised most warriors hoping for a sleep in had their chances ruined. He decided he would at some point need to discuss this with the queen, it wasn't healthy for anyone to constantly be submitted to the queen's stark panic, least of all the worrisome mother. Particularly given that if she was even mildly more observant of her son, this could all be evaded. For now, however, he regarded the queen with kindness. "Its quite alright," the lithe tom assured Dustberry as she approached and poured affection over the annoyed looking Hawkkit. "I had nothing better to do," he reasoned. Her disappointment was expected but that made it nontheless bitter, her long tail flicked from side to side in agitation. "It'd be easier to go for walks if I was aloud outside of camp," she said quietly, boredom mixed with the confines of the thunder caverns were driving her mad. Even with her secret excursion from camp that morning the kits felt no closer to coming. She tried not to hold it against the medicine cat, knowing that her kits' unwillingness to enter the world was hardly the fault of the older shecat, but bottling up her frustrations was beginning to make her feel fit to explode. Maybe an explosion will encourage them to exit, she considered. Admittedly her whiskers twitched with amusement at the thought, but she didn't say anything. "I'll try it," her tone was distinctly of someone who was certain the rubbish she'd been told wasn't going to help, but didn't have the heart to say such to the kind medicine cat. "Its the only explanation I can come up with, I feel round enough to be carrying at least a clan full of kits," she said with a disparaging tone, shaking her head with a sigh. Lifting herself to unsteady paws, she allowed herself a minute to find her balance. The elegance she had known in warriorhood rendered pitiful in the depths of pregnancy. She followed Littleglow without complaint, departing the shadows of the nursery only beats after Dustberry had left. Hawkkit's disappearing talents had become a trend during her time in the nursery, and she knew the little mite would be found soon enough and Dustberry would forget her fears until the next time, though her caution around the tom kit never seemed to increase despite the regularity of this occurence. "Great StarClan she loses that kitten more often than trees lose their leaves," she said mostly to herself, her chuckle quiet.
