what would your topic be? What argument would you make? I have thought about this a lot. im just really curious. have people actually chosen to make book reports of warriors as a kid? did you just summarize the book and give a review? lol

Ravenwing, and how he gets a lot of hate, which I don't think he deserves, and why I think he did what he did. As for your other question, I was not a Warriors fan as a kid, so I never wrote a book report over the series. However, I probably would have, had I been a fan then.

I'd probably write about how Squirrelflight and Bramblestar's relationship isn't as toxic as some fans make it out to be. It's just...very rocky because the Erins want cheap drama without letting them get a break.
The only time I've used a warrior cats book for school was when I was a high school junior. I used Into the Wild for a written project in Psychology.

I think I enjoyed it, though. It was cool to bring my love of Warriors to light. Not many people know I like the series. lol

i've had so many video essay ideas for warriors, lol. i remember a popular youtuber mentioned she wanted to make a video figuring out why thousands of us continually come back to the fandom and the books despite the many...shortcomings of the series. unfortunately that video never got made, but i'd love to tackle the topic. i think it all really comes down to the fandom - a huge portion of fans discovered warriors through fanart, roleplaying, and animation, after all. writing a good essay just leads to video essays which i think would be amazing if we got more well made videos on warriors which went over those topics. its essentially a kids series but those of us who read it as a kid are still involved in the community, still read the books, etc.

i would likely make an essay addressing worldbuilding and how early-book development (silverpelt, lionclan/tigerclan/leopardclan) gets shafted for other things. generally speaking, in my opinion, there's a lot to be desired with the worldbuilding in later books, and it'd be nice to have a chance to reflect on what exactly left me so dissatisfied with the newer books

When I was in elementary I did a project on Graystripe’s character. I can’t remember much about it aside from having to glue things to a hat.
— — —
There’s probably a million topics to write an essay on, but here’s what I’d love to do if I wasn’t so lazy: — An essay focusing on Bramblestar’s character; how I perceived him, how that affected the way I read later books, how the authors seem to perceive him based on website articles/guides/etc, and so on — How I would rewrite Warriors and why I would make the changes I did; a mix of an overall critique and a rewrite summary — Comparing Warriors to similar series, though if we’re looking specifically at cats, the options are limited... maybe the Cat Pack and/or Watership Down? — I’ve also been tempted to write a compare&contrast about some of my story outlines and Warriors, examining the influence the series had on my creativity

I chose to do a book report on Firestar's Quest as a kid. I really just summarized it.
Nowadays (if I could) I would go for something along the lines of how ShadowClan's desire for strength and power lead them down a path of self destruction for several arcs.

I remember being in middle school and having to summarize everything we read in a reading log, and I’m fairly sure I was reading Warriors around that time. Now I’m super curious to find that notebook and see what’s in it...
