Brigit is a little taller than the average female, standing at about 5’8”, but she isn’t particularly tall. She weighs about 145 lbs and is quite athletic, with a pear-shaped figure. Her skin is pale and cool-toned, and is dusted lightly with freckles, particularly her face and along the tops of her shoulders. Brigit’s hair is around armpit length and is copper-coloured. It is quite thick and has a slightly natural wave; she doesn’t like to do much with it in terms of hairstyle; she usually leaves it loose but ties it up when she’s active, generally in a ponytail. She might attempt a simple braid, and in fact often has a plait or two in it. Her eyes change according to the light; they might look grey, blue, green, or a strange green-blue colour. She has high cheekbones, and a very defined chin and jaw. Her lips are a little small and thin, and she had quite a defined Cupid’s bow. Brigit tends to dress quite simply, she doesn’t like a lot of fuss. She also really doesn’t appreciate any clothes she can’t move freely in, and tends to prefer long sleeves; if her shirt has short sleeves she generally pairs it with a jacket or something. She loves earthy and muted colours too, particularly dark forest greens. Brigit loves jewellery a lot, and is very drawn to some stones and crystals. She has a necklace with a hag stone/adder stone pendant on a leather strip along with beads made of sea glass, which she always wears. She is drawn to copper and has a lot of copper bracelets, usually with other gemstones she is drawn to like carnelian and green goldstone, a special favourite of hers. She has her ears pierced, both her lobe and upper lobe, but she usually just puts relatively simple studs in there.

Brigit is an awful lot of things; stubborn, quick to anger, and even quicker to take risks. Impatient, impulsive, rash. But she’s also exceedingly loyal and protective of her friends. She can always be counted on when a friend needs her. Of course, this goes both ways; she takes loyalty and friendship very seriously and if one of her friends does not show her the same trust and loyalty as she shows them it hurts her deeply and angers her intensely. She is never afraid to speak her mind and, though she can behave rashly, she always stands up for herself and encourages her friends to do the same. The problem with that is that she also often doesn’t know when to shut up; she’s been known to run her mouth when it’s probably wiser for her to keep quiet. Despite that fact, Brigit is actually an intelligent woman, and very witty. Her wit is often used at times where it is unhelpful and may actually make the situation worse, such as when someone is angry at her or mulling over whether or not to kill her. Those kinds of situations. It’s a wonder she’s survived 25 years, to be quite frank. But she’s also perceptive, and has an uncanny knack for seeing through people. Lies are something she cannot abide. Despite the fact that she is generally yelling profanities or just being loud, she actually sometimes comes out with some rather profound things. She might not necessarily be the friend you go to for advice, but if she were at least you’d be entertained. But seriously if she gives you advice it’s probably better to do the opposite of what she says. Brigit can be quite blunt, since when she’s talking to her friends she makes a point of being honest. Her word means a lot to her and she tries her best to keep it, and she expects the same of others. 

Brigit was born in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and was an only child raised by a single mother. She had always been drawn to magic and alternative culture, and had always felt a strong affinity with the Scottish landscape in which she grew up, often roaming the countryside and playing outside in nature. It was when she was around twelve years old that she started to remember. Strange dreams that were far too realistic to be just that, flashbacks she didn’t understand, a strange feeling of deja vu when she was in certain situations. Apart from a few unexplained events in her teenage years, Brigit’s life had been fairly uneventful. She’d done an English degree at university, finding herself strangely drawn to medieval literature and Old English, both of which she chose to study as part of her course. She moved out of her mother’s home after university but stayed nearby so that her mother wasn’t alone. Brigit got a job in a local bookshop but was hoping for something bigger and better. It was only very recently, though, that Brigit heard Moria’s call.

Aron is roughly average height for an Icelandic male, standing at about 5’11” but very close to hitting 6’. He has kind of a skinny build, though he has filled out a little over the last few years and is continuing to do so. He weighs somewhere between 160 and 165 lbs. His skin is pale and very cool-toned, and does not have many visible freckles. His hair is a honey blonde colour, and his eyes are gunmetal blue. He has high, defined cheekbones and a defined jaw and chin. His lips are relatively full, with a sharp Cupid’s bow. Aron likes to dress in quite cool colours, like blues and greys, particularly dark greys. Generally, he dresses quite casually, in a t-shirt and a hoodie along with jeans and a pair of trainers. If he’s trying to make more of an effort he’ll probably replace the hoodie with some kind of jacket. He also doesn’t tend to go for jewellery of any kind, apart from maybe the odd bracelet of wooden beads. The only exception to this is the clear quartz he wears around his neck on a leather strip, usually tucked beneath his hoodie and out of view. He always felt a strange connection to clear quartz that he could not explain. Overall he doesn’t look particularly intimidating, but he gives off a more confident than one might expect, and perhaps even a little bit of arrogance? He definitely seems to have an air of superiority about him, from the way he stands, to the way he walks, to the way he smiles.  

Aron’s personality? One might call it something of an acquired taste. Others would just call him an asshole, it really depends who you ask. Most of the time he is arrogant, and quite apathetic to be completely honest. He is not afraid to talk back to people, and does so quite frequently. He is also quite intelligent, and very observant, and uses this to his advantage. He’s a fan of playing the system, often looking for loopholes in agreements, manipulating people, or pitting others against one another. Most of all, if you want Aron’s help he will most definitely ask for some kind of price before he agrees. He’s ambitious, and it always looking for a way to turn things to his advantage - which generally means that if he’s making a deal with you, the smart people know to haggle because he will absolutely try to take as much as possible. He’s apathetic enough to be impartial, but that also means he doesn’t do anybody special favours and he doesn’t give out his help for free. He’s sarcastic and witty and will absolutely not hesitate to roast anyone and everyone who talks to him. The only time Aron actually shows some signs of caring? When it comes to healing people. If someone comes to him with an injury or an illness it’s an entirely different story. Sure, he remains businesslike, cool and practical like he always is, but he also shows attention to detail and a desire to make sure anyone who needs him gets the best possible care. He might not be a medical student yet, but he sure does know a lot, sometimes even finding himself knowing things they aren’t in the medical textbooks he studies in his spare time. He has knowledge of strange herbal remedies he is sure he has never heard of before. Overall? There’s a part of Aron that actually cares about people, and if you get to know him enough you might just find it.

Aron was born to Harald Gunnarsson and Eydís Ólafsdóttir in Mosfellsbær, a town about 7 miles east of Reykjavík. He has younger twin sisters named Kristín and Mæja Haraldsdóttir, who are currently fifteen. At age 19, he is currently in his final year of schooling at a grammar school in Reykjavík, having chosen to go there rather than his local school in Mosfellsbær. He has studied English as part of his schooling, and so is able to communicate relatively well in the language, though it’s debatable how fluent he is. He hopes next year to be accepted into the University of Iceland to study medicine, as he had always had a desire to heal and go into medicine. As such, Aron has recently been studying very hard in order to not only pass his studentsprof exam but also to do well on the entrance exam for the university. He started getting strange dreams at around the age of twelve or thirteen, and they even crept like visions into his daily life on occasion. They seemed far too vivid to simply be normal dreams or even hallucinations, and Aron couldn’t explain them. He was not only drawn to healing, but also found himself strangely interested in certain stories and myths, though he tends to keep these interests largely to himself. Other than that, Aron’s life has been fairly uneventful and his future is still very much ahead of him.
