it's such a small thing to carry ? and if the walk isn't long either that would make charging more ridiculous. plus it's not like they're really going out of their way to get the drink.

People who expect a fee or something in return for small tasks are what is wrong with humanity. Do things for other people, get 'em that coffee, I mean you were getting yourself one? It's only one extra to carry and I'm sure you'll make their day

Its such a small thing to do? Why would you charge someone for that? It's not like your loosing money and if they're friends than I'm lost. I always get my friends things, and they get me things, and usually we don't expect things in return. If your stopping by the store, I'm assuming they're in the car outside the store, if they didn't walk inside with their friend, and thats what? 30 feet maybe? It just sounds really petty.

i mean idk if there's a "right" here, since it's not really a correct/incorrect situtation. But one is definitely more of a jerkwad move.

i understand paying for services ... when there's actually a service. not doing something for someone you hopefully care about

I'd be happy if they were using their own money to pay for it. I'd be willing to use my own money, but I'm not going to complain if you just have me run into the store with your money. It doesn't even 5 minutes to purchase two drinks at a gas station.

no fee the person wasn't informed earlier that they'd be charged
edit: i misread it, but still no fee, it sounds really dumb

i'd understand if they wanted to split the amount of gas money it'd take to get to the store, but just for carrying it? jeez god forbid you gotta carry two lemonades instead of one

If I was person A, and Person B was giving me their money to pay for it I'd be chill ( heck if they were a friend/loved one I'd probably get one for them even without them paying, but that's just me ) I mean, I'm already going there to get mine, so what's the harm in getting them one while I'm there? So, no fee, it's a bit silly in the first place to ask a fee over something like that imo
