Intro:
Welcome to the world of the Scarlet Dragons. The Scarlet Dragons is a criminal organization that has been ruling New York for quite some time. The organization has gotten bigger over the years and only wishes to extend it's grip even further. Thier leader Maverick Lancaster rules over them with an iron fist and demands respect for everyone. The group accepts all those who are willing to get their hands dirty and make some money for themselves. Lately, things haven't quite been going their way. There is a rumor going around about a couple of traitors giving away vital info to the police and to their rivals. To make matters even worse, a new Police Chief has been appointed and they want to put the Scarlet Dragons behind bars! Will the Scarlet Dragons survive? Find out for yourself and see if Crime actually pays!

Places of Interest:
The Castle: The Castle is the main headquarters of the Scarlet Dragons. The main building functions as a night club and bar which they use as a font as well as a place to relax and get free drinks. Underneath the night club, the lair of the Scarlet Dragons. This large underground lair has a barrack, mini training area, lounge and much more. There are a series of tunnels that lead to different warehouses and allows for easy access to avoid the police.
New York Police Department: This is where the police officers work. This is where they take calls, detain lawbreakers and fill out that dreaded paperwork.
Market Avenue: Market Avenue is a sizable outdoor mall. The mall hosts a variety of stores and eateries.
Todd's Diner: A popular diner in town known for it's delicious home cooked meals and sweets. The diner is a popular spot for people of all ages and is constantly full of people. The diner typically stays open twenty four hours a day which is perfect if you need a late night snack.
The Brew and Chew Cafe: The Brew and Chew is a quaint little place known for it's coffee and quiet atmosphere. If your looking for a place to work or just get away from the noise, this is the place for you! The walls are designed to keep the noise out. The cafe serves pastries, sandwiches, coffee and fruit juices. On some days, they have poetry readings and have book club readings.
The Harlequin: The Harlequin is a high end restaurant in the richer part of town. This restaurant has a dress code and will kick anyone out who doesn't abide by it. All the staff wear masquerade masks and the guests are encouraged to wear their own as well. This restaurant is one of Maverick's favorites and he will host diners and meetings here.
The King's Warehouses: The King's Warehouses are a series of warehouses situated near the coast. These buildings hold many different type of good ranging from metal work, merchandise for a store and even drugs. Three particular warehouses have the Lancaster crest on them. These warehouses are where the Scarlet Dragons keep their valuables, guns, drugs and anything else they deem as theirs. The warehouses are heavily guarded and have surveillance twenty four seven. Unless, you work for the company or are a member of the gang you are not getting in!

Skyline Apartments: Skyline Apartments is a apartment complex in the city. The apartments are pretty tall and has rooms varying from one bedroom to three. Unlike most apartment complexes in the city, Skyline isn't super expensive and tries to accommodate everyone. Skyline is pet friendly and has a rec room and office space.

Plot 1: Hard Knock Life: The newest Chief of Police is cracking down on time in the city. They are tired of criminals getting off easy and wants justice to be served! Thier goal is to take down the Scarlet Dragons once and for all! This is bad news considering certain officers are being payed by the Scarlet Dragons to keep their people out of jail. Will justice prevail or will the newest police chief end up stepping down or worse ending up six feet under.
