I know that it's terrible when cats die between books, but at least they get some sort of mention if they're in ThunderClan (other than Millie?) Because....what happened to Weaselfur from WindClan, Ferretclaw from ShadowClan, Cherrytail from SkyClan, and well, no one dies in RiverClan so...
I just want to know what happened to all these characters who mysteriously disappeared.
Are they dead? Are they alive? Is Weaselfur just chilling as a rogue or a kittypet somewhere? Did he decide to leave WindClan after Crowfeather became deputy or something?
The world may never know.

Wait, Cherrytail's disappeared? Strange. Kinda wish we knew what did happen to these characters. Are they dead? Did they pull a Rippletail/Pinestar and go live as a kittypet? Did they spontaneously explode? Who knows.

Nobody cares about SkyClan. Let's see, there's Egg, Shrewtooth, Cloudmist, Cherrytail, Rockshade, Tangle, and I probably missed a bunch more. Poor SkyClan :/
EDIT: Adding on to the list we have Petalnose and Creekfeather. I sometimes wonder if someone at HC remembered Creekfeather existed but forgot his name and couldn't be bothered to search it up so the went ahead and made Mistfeather and just hoped they were right. They have pretty similar names, prefix having to do with water and the suffix feather, and while Creekfeather suddenly disappeared without an explanation Mistfeather showed up without one. I don't even think he was in Hawkwing's Journey.

Poor SkyClan :/ Wasn't Rockshade also the one who wasn't listed as Clovertail's kit, even though Bouncefire and Tinycloud were, in the allegiances of SkyClan's Destiny? That's a lot of cats though

What if they purposefully disappeared and whoever is behind the disappearances has a type of magic that prevents the clans from finding out anything as well making them forget everything about the vanished cats. It would solve a lot of the inconsistency problems with the series.
On a unrelated topic: While I have stopped reading the series a while ago, I do believe that there are things that writers can learn from the Warriors series. The series is a very good source of criticism and it provokes some potential interesting essay research questions such as the following: Is it beneficial to write books with multiple authors? Why are many authors fascinated with writing books which take place in a shared universe? In case anyone of you are actually interested in writing something like this or similar, here is a list of a few examples of primary sources: Warriors. Seekers. Survivors. Bravelands. Wildcards. Star Wars Legends. Star Wars Canon. Star Trek. Doctor Who. Marvel Comics. DC Comics. The Cthulhu Mythos
On another unrelated topic: I am currently writing an essay on antagonists for college. It is unrelated to everything I mentioned above.
