The City of Las Ochenta when viewed from the pages of a travel guide might sound like an idyllic holiday destination. With a thriving nightlife, sandy beaches and a high chance you might run in to some celebrity walking down the main Boulevard it is unsurprising that it is considered a tourist hot spot.
So yes, on the surface the city may look crystal clean, with it's hipster coffee shops, faux environmental concern and capitalist nature there is an undeniably dark side.
Gangs prowl, brawl and intimidate. Each controlling their own little slice of the city. No gang is more feared than 'The Hopeless' a small band of misfits with a reputation for chaos.
The Kingpin - The groups fearless leader. Smart and opportunistic. - Unclaimed
The Right Hand Man - Sensible and loyal. Considered the real brains behind the operation. - Unclaimed
The Muscle - Brute force, with a knowledge of weapons and combat. Feared by the majority and often paired with 'The Bait' - Unclaimed
The Bait - Always draws the short straw, but their charisma and likeability s often enough to get them out of a tight spot. Often paired with 'The Muscle' - Unclaimed
The Vagabond - The groups lone wolf, unpredictable and savage. Although fiercely loyal to the Gang no one is ever sure if they can trust them. Always a reliable source of information although no one ever wants to know how it was acquired. - Kurai
The Driver - No one has ever been more handy with a vehicle. Wings or wheels they can drive it. Also has an affinity for technology.
The Wildcard - The rookie member of the group, still not quite earned their stripes but tries hard to prove their loyalty.
(This is a jump in RP - you can claim one of the above roles or create your own additional characters i.e rivals civilians, cops etc - Trigger warnings for guns and violence. No need for forms though you can if you'd like. I have had this idea in my head for a while so will also consider moving to Discord if folk prefer that. City is fictional but think Los Angles style.)
