I'd like a little something to distract me inbetween job hunting and such, so I hope this-! Goes somewhere...
please help me I'm bored ;;;
Okay so! Basic idea is that a black market ring of humans kidnap supernatural beings and sell them to the highest bidder, but they also make their money hosting fights and tournaments for entertainment as a way of showing off their catches. The story currently takes place during one of these illegal matches. You can join as a fighter or member of an organization trying to free them and fight back against the humans.
kind of inspired by a scene in X-Men!

okay! And I always end up making more than I start with, so I can make them as needed. But I’ll probably do 2 to start out with.
Could you tell me some more about the setting/plot direction? Just so I know what you had in mind (I’ve not seen X-men recently enough to remember the plot you’re referring to 😅)

Sure! In this world the magical/supernatural side of things is still seen as myth but there are a few unsavory humans who have discovered it despite best efforts.
There's an official organization of the supernatural known as Boundary who keep their world hidden, and an unofficial vigilante-like group called Penumbra who strictly go after the humans who know about and abuse their knowledge of the supernatural.
The scene I'm referring to is when Angel, a mutant, is part of some underground fighting ring where I believe humans exploited mutants- it was a while ago ^^"
I think I'll start in said fighting Ring where I'll introduce some key characters~
And sorry about the delay! Real life bogged me down for a bit...

I didn't quite get around to a disclaimer, so; This story will likely be a very prominent PG13 because we're dealing with the criminal underworld and dark themes here. I'm sorry for not mentioning this sooner! but I want to warn you guys! If you'd rather we not, we can explore some other plots and ideas!
Problem is, this is a roleplay that I've written before with some friends on a platform that wasn't pg13 sooo you might see some elements of that but I don't intend to break the rules here!
