The school that everyone with a quirk wishes that they could go to. While Japan has always had their own elite schools, this one is the pride and joy of the United States of America. This prestigious high school is one that is the best statistically for turning out heroes into the world. Near or far, if you pass the test, you are sent to the school. There is no fee, but there are only certain spots available.
And yet... here you stand, in front of the black iron gates belonging to such a school.
How you got here, you might've been recommended. Perhaps you passed the test, or maybe through some mysterious circumstances. Regardless, you are here. Once past those gates, your life will be changed, for better or for worse. A place for growing, for learning, for maturing. This is the best of the best when it comes to schools, and boy were you lucky in getting in.

Q u i r k sThe quirks in this world are the powers that one is born with. Most of their quirks show at a young age, though some are quite obvious when they are born. Another way to tell if one has a quirk or not is the second joint in their pinky toe. One joint means they are likely to have a quirk, while those with two joints have very little hope of having a quirk. About 80% of the population of the world has some sort of quirk. There are three types of known quirks, and basic categories on how they work.
▪ Emitter-type Quirks are abilities that allow the user to generate and possibly control certain things, or alter existing things around them in certain ways. The emissions of Emitter-type Quirks can have a wide variety of properties and abilities. Emitter-type Quirks can also have various ranges. While some users require physical contact to use them, while others can have much longer ranges with no distance restrictions. Emitter-type Quirks are, by a wide margin, the most common type of Quirk.
▪ Transformation-type Quirks are abilities that cause the user to take on a temporary alteration of some kind. Transformation-type Quirks allow the user to temporarily "transform" their body in a variety of manners, sometimes enhancing existing features, removing features, or adding new features to the body altogether. Transformation-type Quirks usually require a conscious effort by the user to "activate", though most users can be trained to initiate them reflexively, depending on the conditions required for activation, and practice to initiate their Quirks with greater intent and precision. Transformation-type Quirks are the only known type of Quirk that can bestow the user attributes they do not normally exhibit by default. Because this type of Quirk combines the activation time and mutant-shape aspects of the other Quirk types, it is also often known as Hybrid or Composite. Transformation seems to be the least common type of Quirk.
▪ Mutant-type Quirks (also called Heteromorphic-type Quirks) are abilities that cause the user a permanent "abnormality" directly related to their power. Mutant-type Quirks create bodily structures that grant the user more complex abilities that Emitter and Transformation Quirks cannot safely provide. Often times they will bestow prehensile appendages that the user can control or add structures to pre-existing limbs to enhance pre-existing abilities. Mutant-type Quirks even have the ability to channel certain aspects of their user through them in a similar manner to Emitter-type Quirks. Mutant-type Quirks are also the only known type of Quirk which can be passed down through generations without necessarily bestowing the corresponding ability. As a result of this, while it's uncertain how common mutant Quirks are, it can be safely assumed they are the most commonly inherited.While not necessarily a weakness, Mutant-type Quirks cannot be turned off, and sometimes cause the user inconvenience due to their malformations. Though because these Quirks are passively-active, they are partially immune to Quirk-disabling effects. Since Mutant Quirks are passively active they are the most identifiable at a glance.

Y o u n g . H e r o . A c a d e m yThe most well known academy in the United States, and North America for that matter, is a multilevel, extremely large building with multiple buildings on the gated property. The main building is the most used one, as it is the one for academics, one of the most important focuses. Of course, this school with the theme of black, gray and mint isn't purely focused on just academics, but rather, the usage of quirks and the best way to form the youth to use their quirks. This academy teaches high school age students and is located in Minnesota, within Minneapolis. Each year is ranked from A to E, though where everyone goes is not stated, as it is not ranked from best to worst. The only class that is ranked differently is the S class, which stands for the support class, the students whom have natural talents for being a support type of hero.

1st Floor: The general area where students can hang around or to go to for school meetings. This floor is just the entrance area where most students can go to and hang out in. Of course, there are stair cases, four of each, by each corners of the Lounge area, and two elevators by the front. These stair-cases and elevators reach every floor. This is also where the front desk is, where the staff can help students to go to which floor they need to, to get their schedules and similar things. ▸The Lounge

2nd Floor: The second floor is the utility area that students will spend most of their time outside of class, during school hours. In all honesty, while studying is important, there are much more important things to worry about, so this floor is for the nerds and the rare usage from a class, here or there. The seniors get more of a luxury room, however, since it's their last year and final year before becoming a full fledged adult, so they get their own individual classroom lounges. 7th Floor: This is the staff floor, the top floor where only teachers go, and only students in the presence of a teacher can be up here, needing a special key-card to get through the doors on this floor. The principal's office can be found here, as well as the staff room and staff bathrooms, things similar to that. Of course, the security room is up here as well, to be able to keep an eye on all areas of the school as well as the different arenas for tests. ▸Principal's Office

Of course, there's more to this school than just a large main school. There is a separate building for physical training, a large in-door track and field, pool, fitness room and padded room, where no quirks are allowed, save for passive quirks. There is an outdoor sports area, including a tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor track and large field for both soccer and football, a baseball field and quite a bit more. And, the more important of factors, are the dorms, which reside behind the school in a more gated off area, to protect the students staying there. There are plenty of arenas around the property, plus more, used for different tests and simulations, ranging from an abandoned city to a forest fire. Some properties that are used for training, quirk exclusive, are not on the main campus and have to be driven to by bus for a long trip.

C l a s s e sThe classes here are partially based on academics, but the primary focus is the usage and control of one's quirks, to learn how to be a hero. There are plenty of activities, though any sort of competitive sports are not something that this academy partakes in, as there isn't much room outside of training and learning one's quirk and the stress of a dedicated team is not something that the school wants to put on the future heroes of the next generations. That being said, each grade study in the basics, and focus on the act of being a hero and controlling their quirks. The terms are in quarters through-out the year, there only being 3 quarters in a single school year. First quarter starts on the first Monday of September, the second quarter starting on the 1st of January, and the third starting in May. Though the summer season technically is not a quarter, the training during these months are some of the most important months before the students become heroes. At the start, middle and end of each quarter, there will be tests to see the progress in each student's knowledge and development.

While there are not many classes through-out the year, the one type of class that takes the most time and patience are the quirk training classes. Having to master your own quirk is not an easy feat, and the students will go through a lot of tests to strengthen themselves physically and mentally to handle their own quirks. A few talented younger students may be allowed to shadow a hero, should they get permission for it, in which they have both their studies and training, and work alongside of a professional hero. The older students, however, already will start this as a part of their training.

D o r m sThe students and staff that attend this academy all live together in small accommodations together, as some students may be from far away in the country. The dorms are all in their own areas, each class having their own building, staying there until they graduate, in which, the new freshman class will take over the old dorms left behind by the new heroes in the world. The buildings all are in a "neighborhood" of the grade that they are in. Classes 1-A through 1-S will have building near one another on the same area, and then Classes 2-A through 2-S will have their own area in the closed off gates that are where they live.
Each building is a three story building, the first floor being the living room space, the kitchen and the dining room areas. The second floor is dedicated to the females in the class, with their own rooms individualized along the hallway, with a shared bathroom and shower room at the far end of the hallway. The males of the class have the third floor, reflecting the same thing of the second floor, just for the males. Students are free to bring whatever from home and are given reasonable freedom whilst in their own time, though there are a few rules. The enforcers of these rules are the homeroom teachers of such classes, whom also reside in the building, though on the basement level that cannot be accessed by regular means.
➳ Rules of the Dorms:
1. students from each class are the only ones allowed in their homes during school hours and after 7:00 pm.
2. do not damage the property that you are staying on.
3. quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am every day.
4. boys cannot go on the second floor.
5. girls cannot go on the third floor.
6. students are not allowed below the first floor.
7. visitors must have a pass and can only be there from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on weekdays, and 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekends.
8. weapons are not allowed, unless they are approved as a part of a student's costume or quirk.

「 Standing at 5'8" tall, without his quirk and the alternate side to it, is Miles, whom goes by Milo and requests that all staff and students call him by just that. Milo. The hero known as Irish Tabby is a pale one with light freckles across his nose and bright, curious blue eyes. He has a slight goatee framing his mouth and styled, chocolate brown hair, the top and bangs being a bit more grown out and very often styled or just pushed to the left of his face. He sometimes wears glasses, sometimes doesn't. He is very muscled and well built, and (quirk or not) picking a fight with him wouldn't be recommended. Milo has a lot of tattoos across his body, though they're often covered up by the suit he often wears to keep as a professional look as possible, wearing an all black suit with a mint green tie and vest. One thing you might notice is that he almost always has on his black gloves. 」
「 Irish Tabby's suit is different from what you'd expect, of him, though with his quirk, you might understand why quite quickly. He wears a black face mask over his mouth and nose, a heavy duty one at that, made out of a strange material, a hard, strict loop around his ears being a hardened type of fabric. Though this mask is hardened and shouldn't be breathable through, there are two smaller "re-breathers" on either side the corners of his mouth. He has a large black sleeveless tank top that top out just below his pectoral muscles and he wears a very large over-coat with a very high collar, also being the color black. The inside and buckles, however, are a soft mint green. Irish Tabby wears a pair of black skin-tight pants and steel-toed black boots that reach up to his knees, with minty green soles and laces. The coat he wears reaches down to his knees at regular height, and when using his quirk in full, it reaches to about his hips, just a little below that mark. He also wears his signature gloves that he has even during school, and very rarely takes them off. These gloves have a special pocket at the top of them, which are able to be opened by tearing them open with his teeth, which hold a type of unique sedative in them, only meant for his own consumption, in case his quirk gets out of hand. 」
「 Milo is a bright and cheerful guy, usually, and though he might be a little overly protective and a bit hot-headed, he's still someone who has his heart ultimately out on his sleeve. Stubborn as a mule, he won't give in once he's made up his mind and that's the final word. Jokes are things that he loves and having a bit of fun is almost always his top priority, liking to pull pranks on those he holds close. very energetic and very bubbly, he's someone who's quite the character and someone who will try to make your day better than it had been prior to running into him. Usually. However, due to his quirk, the other part of him, known as Vetis, isn't quite the nice person and can influence him on bad days to be a bit more negative and aggressive, though he always has been quite an aggressive person, as an adult he's matured a lot more than one might think he has the capability of. 」
「 Goop is a very dangerous transformation type quirk that took years upon years of hardcore training to finally just be able to control. This quirk is unique to Milo, though it seems to have shared similar properties with two other males that he always hangs around. This quirk allows the user to remake their own body by taking energy from what's around them, and transforming it into heavy mass. As a side-note to this, his blood is always black and very difficult to work with. He can change his body to be of this tarry, poisonous substance, and even create two new arms and hands from it, though he has been able to control it to where it can just be the two extra limbs and not his whole body. The side-effect of this is the alternate personality that is like a switch for him, turning him from Milo, into the personality called "Vetis", a dark, cruel and horrid creature created of this quirk, one that is extremely hard for Milo to control and to keep from doing rather horrid things. He is extremely weak to cold temperatures, and it very difficult to physically do anything to him without a protective barrier, as even his sweat is a form of poison. 」

「 The best way to describe Lydia is as an Amazonian. She is a tall girl, standing at 193cm (6'4"in). She has a tanned, fairly well muscled body that almost doesn't seem to match her pretty face. She has long black hair that she usually keeps held up in a ponytail and almond shaped purple eyes. When not in her school uniform or hero outfit, she can usually be seen wearing a compression shirt and sweat pants. 」
「 Lydia's hero costume mainly consists of the color purple. It isn't very heavily armored focusing more on mobility. A large silver circle adorns the center of her outfit with the surroundings of the circle looking very similar to the borders of it being in a constant pattern with the center having a large golden lioness head. The outfit does have some armor however though it being focused mainly on her arms and legs. There is a mechanism she had requested to be made for her forearms that, when activated, had shields pop out on each arm that she can use as a last line of defense. On each shoulder, there is an etching in the armor that read ασπίδα(which means shield in Greek). 」
「 Lydia can be a very serious person though she does know how to have fun when she wants. She is surprisingly shy though once she warms up to you she can be a loyal and steadfast friend. She is also kind and compassionate, usually seen volunteering for various charities. She does have a short temper however and all it takes is a few good pushes to set her off. Her goal as a hero is to become the shield for the weak and the defenseless. 」

「 Finni is a very optimistic and cheerful person. He's sweet, kind and ever so polite and respectful, being such a sweetheart. With a heart made of gold and a mind as innocent as a child's, he's a very adorable person to be around. He does have a little problem with saying things, 'cause he's always talkin' like this with a nice lil' accent to his absolutely adorable voice. When is comes to Finni, he's as adorable and well mannered as you can get. Very polite and very selfless towards just about anyone. While Finni does honestly try to be gentle, he never really can be. He's very destructive and very clumsy, resulting in people often getting hurt around him. Only when he's tired or half-asleep, is he actually as gentle as he wishes to be. He has an amazing focus on things, however... if there's one thing he doesn't have, it's common sense. He isn't too smart in most of any way. He can get very creative to problems, don't get me wrong. But... he's not too smart. Where as you and I would use the step stones to cross a unswimable river, Finni would either just go through it no matter the danger or try to jump across. All but use the step stones. He's not very people smart either. Kids prank him that it's okay to jump in the swimming pool in his school uniform when it's hot? Heck yeah, he'll definitely go for it! He's very optimistic and doesn't get down easily, nor for long. So what if he makes a fool of himself? He's having fun, isn't he? Being the free spirit he is, Finni constantly moving. He has to be. He's full of energy and always ready to go and do something. This also means he's very honest. And when I say honest, he puts the truth as bluntly as possible, basically saying it as he sees it. He's a horrible liar and you can tell very easily when he's trying to cover up something, which he doesn't do often. When I say Finni is optimistic about every, I mean everything. Fighting included. He makes a very intimidating and frightening opponent, just about always having a smile on his face, no matter what he might make you hallucinate. But still, over all, Finnick is a very sweet, big-hearted, very expressive, honest and free-spirited boy with a large amount of innocence, who always likes to be on the go and doing something new. It's not getting him to go that's the problem. It's getting him to settle down, now that's the trick. 」

As an abnormality due to his quirk, the color of his hair is a reddish auburn color, being darker in the roots and having a dark, murky red color, with orange highlights in the light. Most notable are his perked cat ears on his head, instead of the regular human ones that most have, and the long 73 cm (2'4") tail, both feline appendages having the same reddish fox brown coloration with darker roots, having darker ear tips and a dorsal stripe down his tail. 」

He acts like he isn't afraid of anything and like he owns the world, being full of himself in his own sort of way. Well, not so much in his case, unless he has something to prove. He is quite lazy and will generally take the easier routes in things. Ryuu isn't someone who plays nice, nor is he someone who plays fair, using whatever he can to make sure that he will win whatever situation he is in. He is a bit frightening and quite the sadist, and that combined with his usual sassy confidence, quite a lot of people have picked a fight with him that really shouldn't have. He's got a very muscular build from his years of training, as you might expect from the top student. He is strong, he is fast and he is agile, not much of a physical flaw being seen upon his physical stature. That pure, white smile wit the sharp canines that he flashes at you is genuine. He has angled, yet thin eyebrows and a piercing on his left one, a mint green piercing. A fox-like, long angled face is upon his very handsome features, a bit a stubble around his chin, a dark minty green color as his hair. His hair that is left a bit unruly at times, yet smoothed back in such a handsome way, is always feather-soft and pleasing to touch. His hair reaches down below his shoulders, and is often just left down. Behind his left ear is a small braid, complete with a light pink feather woven into it. Ezreal's reptilian-pupiled eyes are piercing bright yellow color, like gold shining in the sunlight. Classy and stylish, he almost always has the best sense of style. Of course, this guy doesn't stand out because he looks normal; he has quite a few animal features. One of these features are his feather ears, creamy soft black owl-like tufts that move and such similar to large feathery fox-like ears, with soft teal tips. He has scaled legs that imitate a owl's legs, being black in color with three talons in the front and one on the back of his heel, though a bit higher as it would cause problems if it was any lower for his walking. He has two beautifully soft teal feathered wings that have black flecks upon them as well as soft pearling white edges, with a downy feature that makes his flight silent. While beautiful, these feather come dangerously close to the ground and can end up dragging on the ground. His wingspan is about forty feet, since his wings are so large, though flight isn't exactly something that can work with ease with such feathers. He also has a black and teal feather tail with a peacock like design of a mint and gold 'eye' shape in the middle of the three tail feathers. One thing around his neck at all times is a black laced necklace with a small bird skull at the bottom, three white feathers on each side of it, with black, pink and silver beads above every feather. 」

A black and dark green cloak fits his form, leaving his chest open, This cloak lightly goes around his body and shoulders, having a high collar, though it's put together carefully as his wings need to fit around it. He wears golden bracers with three shorter versions of his feathers each and wears a black and teal mask around his eyes, in the shape of an owl's head. He also has shin bracers, a golden color, to help protect his bird-like legs, having three more of his shorter teal feathers on the outside of both knees. 」
「 As for personality, this guy is a little lacking. Three major personality traits of his are quite tell-tale and signature, as you can see, and hear, this guy a mile away. Egotistical, air-headed and energetic. He is a wild speaker, someone who can talk about anything and make it sound like a grand adventure. He can liven up something very easily and spin wild stories, the flow of words coming from his mouth seeming nothing less than he desires to. Ezreal's downfall is that you can never tell when he's lying or when he's speaking truthfully, unless you really know him. He's a bit manipulative and will stop nearly at nothing to achieve what he wants. The eighteen year old's proud and egotistical personality has him often boasting about his abilities or about things he has done. He's very full of himself and very confident, but if you really look at him, why wouldn't he be? Ezreal is a very adventurous guy and generally seems to wander off without warning, going on whims and liking to move around. While he can't be too predictable, you can always rely on him to appear back when you need him. As free spirited and wild as he is, loving to party and dance and sing, quite the charmer and talker indeed, he has a very set strong loyalty that is unwavering. The top student of the academy might not always be smart or make the right choices, going always on instinct and always improvising, spacing off in his own thoughts and world when you speak too much about one thing. However, his loyalty is something you can always count on. Ezreal is a gentle charmer who doesn't really prefer to be too violent, but isn't afraid to kick some rear end. He's a talker and his weapon is his ability to speak, not really having much more than his quirk. Even with that, he is a wild spirit who cannot be tamed or controlled with ease, often doing his own thing and going with things on the spot, his attention span as large as a Siberian Husky puppy's. 」
「 Fey Feathers is a quirk that runs with his own interesting form. While he isn't full-fledged a bird person, he isn't exactly your average looking guy either. His quirk is not as simple as just his form, but rather, it comes from his feathers, being an emitter type quirk. He can use the energy stored within his feathers to protect, or heal, those around him, as well as use them as a way to give someone a jolt of energy; which can either impair them or boost them. As long as he has energy for it (hence why he almost always keeps in shape and eats whatever he can) he can use his body's energy into those feathers, or take energy by those whom have been affected negatively by them. Those Ezreal drains can sometimes be coaxed into a charm-like state, if he has enough energy to make them delusional. 」

Of course, nothing ever goes as smoothly, especially when it comes to a high school taught by the best heroes, with the best heroes. |

When not in her school uniform or hero outfit, she can usually be seen wearing a compression shirt and sweat pants. 」
「 Lydia's hero costume mainly consists of the color purple. It isn't very heavily armored focusing more on mobility. A large silver circle adorns the center of her outfit with the surroundings of the circle looking very similar to the borders of it being in a constant pattern with the center having a large golden lioness head. The outfit does have some armor however though it being focused mainly on her arms and legs. There is a mechanism she had requested to be made for her forearms that, when activated, had shields pop out on each arm that she can use as a last line of defense. On each shoulder, there is an etching in the armor that read ασπίδα(which means shield in Greek).」
「 Lydia can be a very serious person though she does know how to have fun when she wants. She is surprisingly shy though once she warms up to you she can be a loyal and steadfast friend. She is also kind and compassionate, usually seen volunteering for various charities. She does have a short temper however and all it takes is a few good pushes to set her off. Her goal as a hero is to become the shield for the weak and the defenseless.」

Basically the more light there is the stronger her quirk is so that means she's weakest at night kind of like the opposite of Tokoyami but can you start? Never been good with starting up)
