Does anyone like this guy? I think I remember seeing some people say they like him on the unpopular opinions thread, but I don't remember, so I decided to make a poll
I'll add my own thoughts. I really like Tigerheartstar, he's my favorite ShadowClan leader besides Tall Shadow, I even like him better than Cedarstar!

I like Tigerheart. I always found Dovewing the more annoying person in the relationship. Then again I haven't read AVOS.

Eh, I found Tigerheartstar to be a bit antagonizing during Gatherings. Seemed a bit hotheaded. He's definitely not the worst of the lot, though.

Yeah, like, personality wise, he's not as good as Rowanstar or Nightstar (who, I don't even know if he's officially a ShadowClan leader, since he was never granted the position by StarClan) But he's LEAGUES better than all those other losers who led ShadowClan lately.

I don't like him, but I do understand why he puts up a front during gatherings. His Clan has been through hell for several seasons that he has to be strong...or his Clanmates won't listen to him either. I remember about a year or two ago, someone made a thread about how ShadowClan cats are so used to tyrannical leaders, that any leader with slight empathy to other Clans were seen as weak. That thread stuck with me for a while now.

Yeah it's pretty sad...because before Rowanstar, they had Blackstar (who we all know was a rogue for a while and killed Stonefur), then before him were Tigerstar and Brokenstar (who were cruel and evil).

Yeah true, and before that they had Raggedstar, who wasn't exactly evil, but he was stupid, and CLEARLY favored his dumb evil son over the clan. I mean, it's great that he loves his child, it's fantastic, but I think that if you're clan leader, then you should treat the whole clan like your family you know? And not put your blood kin ahead of the needs of everyone else in the clan

Sometimes I like him sometimes I can’t stand him. Same tbh, subconsciously, I REALLY like Tigerheat, like when I see his name, the first thought that enters my mind is, "I love Tigerheart!" But consciously, it's just like "Eh, he's not the best, but he's certainly not the worst, he's done some bad things, but nothing that can't be forgiven."

Maybe I’d like him more if he wasn’t shoved down my throat constantly. Sooo yeah no. Not my favorite.

I understand that, that's how I feel about most of The New Prophecy cast, like Squirrelflight, Crowfeather, and Bramblestar have all been in the spotlight since the second series (the first in Bramblestar's case) and they're still pretty much at the forefront

I just wish he kept his early fun personality. If I had to deal with him as ShC's leader I would've loved to have seen a leader who knows how to live a little instead of being super serious about everything or anything like that. But instead they made him annoyingly antagonistic to the point it'd better had he stayed dead if it means his personality wouldn't have a huge sudden change (And I get TBC is not a good time to be a dork but even then...). Wasted potential tbh.
Was fine as a kit and young Warrior, and his devotion to Dovewing is a guilty-pleasure of mine I do enjoy seeing, but as a leader he's annoying as hell.

I agree, I hate how they change the personality of most characters, especially after they become leader. How he treats Dovewing, and how much he loves her, is my favorite thing about him
