Hello, everyone! I used to go by Petalmoon11 on the old forums. That was the name of my truly terrible Mary Sue sparklecat from sixth grade, so I slightly altered it. You can still call me Petal. I decided to keep the avatar I had there for consistency's sake, and because I like the colors and the character of Crookedstar. I was primarily active from mid-2011 to early 2014. From 2012-2013, I had a poll story series. I forgot what its first arc was called (its main character was named Skyfeather by the readers), but the sequel was "New Dawn," and I sadly never finished it. Sorry, if anyone was reading it ^^" I mostly hung out in OTD from 2013-2014. If anyone remembers ZPOF, I was a regular there... that was a wild time that I look back on with mixed feelings.
Since then, I've gotten very much into anime. My current obsession is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. I used to be a huge fan of Free!, Yuri!!! On Ice, and Boku no Hero Academia as well, and I'm currently enjoying Cowboy Bebop and Hunter x Hunter. ! I've also delved much deeper into the xenofiction genre that Warriors is a common gateway to, moving on from WoF and Guardians of Ga'Hoole to Watership Down, Age of Fire, The Book of the Named, Tailchaser's Song, The Bees, Ka: Dar Oakley in the Ruin of Ymr, and my personal favorite, The Summer King Chronicles. I would love to chat about any of these, speculative biology, or Pokemon.
I don't like sharing much personal information, but I'm now a college sophomore studying biology. Warriors had a huge impact on my empathy for animals because it encouraged me to see things from their point of view, and fired my imagination enough to make me want to write. In fact, I'm currently developing a story about raptors that originated as a Warriors fanfic. I might post about it if I can find the right place for it.
I spent entirely too much time on the old forums as a youth, and I was ecstatic when I heard they had been remade. The Messletters fonts in all the usernames and titles give me the most powerful flashbacks. I'm grateful to rejoin you.
