and i just got here! is there anything i should know or pages i should read before helping plot?

Not too much has happened so far, Ace, mostly setting up ideas and roleplaying so there's not too much you need to read into aside from fun.

She's very head-strong like Tawny and they were in competition as kits. However, when Monarch was made a med app because Ember was too worried over her when she was a kit since she almost died and wanted to protect her the most(i think that's what we went with), she got bitter and doesn't want the role. She's kinda a grumpy girl <3!! I was seeing her as a youngest sibling since she'll most likely unravel and grow to be very loving, but I was wondering what their aspect would all be like with Alder

All of our queens but Fallow hate everything and I love it XD how does poor fallow survive out of curiosity? She’s brill ice I’ll add once you have marsh up! (To make my life easier I’ll be frank) could I potentially make a kit for her? And how old are her kits?

i figure that alder, in personality and general demeanour, would be much more suited to the role of medicine app? but since he's so accustomed to his role in warrior training and pretty meek to start off with, he'd never imagine any situation other than what already exists. so there's a certain amount of resentment between him and monarch that won't be squished until monarch makes peace with her status, which i imagine won't happen for a while? as for him and tawny, i think he'd really appreciate her for her non-judgement and relies on her quite a bit for emotional support. he's probably pretty scared of monarch lol. i can't imagine him standing up for himself ever and i figure that's necessary to earn her respect?

Marshkit Marshkit might be the cutest, sweetest, little, baby angel you’ve ever met. He has a white chest and belly, that reached up across his chin and stops above his nose. The rest of him is gray, except for his bright pink paw pads and nose. This kitten is the fluffiest cat in the Clan, getting it from his mother and then on top of that, he is a kit. He is the most polite cat ever, always saying please, thank you, ma’am, sir, and others, that make warriors almost cry over this kit. He is thought to have a growing problem by the medicine cat; he way smaller than a usual kitten, and hasn’t grown at all since birth. He has folded over ears and a perfect little fat tummy. // Yeah. I can see that. ^^" But for me, I'm going for a different approach when it comes to medicine apprentices. I always make them super sweet and I haven't had a little bit of angst in a while, so grumpy is what I went for.
It's not like Monarch bullies people though! She's just grumpy and a bit bossy since she always wants to be left alone. Since I wasn't expecting another sibling, I was assuming her rivalry with her sister made her a bit upset as well since she wanted to be a warrior.
It's not a respect thing for Monarch. She just feels misunderstood since she is the younger sibling. I feel like the image you got for her is too intense. Maybe it was how I worded it, but she's much more gentler than she sounds >.<
But gotcha!

alder's super impressionable so when ember is revealed, he'll probably be puffed up with pride for like. moons. his impressionable-ness also makes him nervous around any cat that isn't uber understanding of his anxiety. so like monarch even being a little cold towards him will make him overthink for the entire day lol. i'm sure i'll get a better grasp on her once i've seen her interact tho.
anyway! yeah he'll definitely have already put ember on such a giant pedestal that knowing she's his mother will help him overcome a lot of anxiety, feeling like greatness and resilience is in his blood. but he'll probably annoy his siblings with how easily he comes to accept her and forgive her. he doesn't have much angst, just worry.
