Sooo I managed to pick up a copy of Into the Wild in a secondhand shop over here. Whilst throughout the book, the characters are referred to using their Katakana names (basically just the english names). In the allegiances, it also shows their Japanese names. Here's a list of the Japanese names from the allegiances: Bluestar - Aoihoshi Redtail - Akaishippo Spottedleaf - Madaraha Lionheart - Raionkokoro (Or Raionshin) Tigerclaw - Toranotsume Whitestorm - Shiroiarashi Dustpaw - Tsuchiashi Firepaw - Hinoashi Brokenstar - Kowaredahoshi Blackfoot - Kuroashi Runningnose - Hanadare Tallstar - Setakahoshi Crookedstar - Magarihoshi Oakheart - Okkuironokokoro (or Okkuironoshin) Yellowfang - Kiiroikiba Smudge - Shimi Barley - Omugi

Why are these so funny and yet so cute to me. Also I didn't know these were translated in Japanese, that actually makes me happy.

Foot and Paw end up being the same word, it's no wonder they just used kana for the names in the book.
