AVS ends without apprentice Moonpool pilgrimages being established. I really, really miss that from the old forest. It was often a pivotal moment in a cat's life. It will crackdown on the atheism among young cats too.
I know a lot of people want the Clans to abandon StarClan entirely, but they can't. They are too dependent on them and StarClan appears to be able to punish them if they do choose to ignore them. If anything, AVS will likely strengthen their faith.

As much as I didn't really care to read scenes about the apprentices going to the moonplace, I think it would be nice for them to bring it back, instead of the medicine cats being like, "The moonpool is for medicine cats only!" and what not.
Speaking of things no one does anymore, do they even hold a silent vigil after becoming warriors anymore?

I feel like they’ve dropped so many of the traditions the clans used to have. that structure and religious nature of the clans made me like it more, made it a unique series beyond just Animals Go On Adventures!! if that makes any sense

The series now seems to focus more on internal issues, like relationship problems, family problems, and what not. It's become more personalized, which is both good and bad

The last thing I remember of a vigil after a warrior ceremony is Twigbranch's vigil.
Hopefully the experiences in TBC strengthen the cats' faith, not destroy it. And yeah, the tradition of apprentices visiting the moonpool needs to come back!

I think there’s gotta be a good balance between the two, if that makes sense. I do like how relationships between the cats are highlighted more than they were in, say, the first series, but i kinda miss the religious and political-y aspects the series used to have

And I think someone was threatened with caring for the elders, I like seeing every day clan duties being done
