If Firestar and Graystripe were 9 moons old when they became warriors, then that would have made Dustpelt and Sandstorm 12 moons old.
Don't most warriors (unless they achieve some kind of feat) become warriors at 12 moons old?
I can understand the Whitewing, Spiderleg, and Shrewpaw thing, since they were said to be 5 and 8 moons older than Squirrelflight and Leafpool in an SE, and not in the actual series.
However, in the beginning of Into the Wild, Sandstorm and Dustpelt were noted to be nine moons old.
Also, Bluestar hadn't found of Tigerclaw's betrayal yet, so I don't understand why she didn't make them warriors as well?
Does anyone remember how long the time gap between Sandstorm and Dustpelt, and Firestar and Graystripe becoming warriors was?

Well, Bluestar made Fireheart and Graystripe warriors early since they rescued the kits from ShadowClan and drove out Brokenstar.

I know, I'm just curious, as to why if Dustpelt and Sandstorm were the age that most cats get made warriors, she didn't make them warriors as well along with Firestar and Graystripe

Bluestar seems to have made warriors when they proved themselves somehow rather than via an assessment - which is also why Brightpaw and Swiftpaw felt the need to do something drastic.

That makes sense, I think I prefer the assessment type of making someone a warrior, that way, it gives everyone an equal chance
