Which cats would you have preferred to have died in the great battle? Pick 6 cats!

Eh, couldn't really pick 6 since I like most of these guys. I chose Lionblaze and Blossomfall because they irk me. Off topic, but throw in Breezepelt for good measure. Also, Hollyleaf should've been spared and the filler kits scrapped.

I think it would have been interesting, if like all the prophecy cats died, since they served their purpose, or whatever.
That's a little cliche though, also, if that happened, then there would be no a lot of cats there are now.
Especially Lionblaze.
If Lionblaze died, there'd be no Fernsong, Sorrelstripe, Hollytuft, Flywhisker, Spotfur, Snaptooth, Bristlefrost, Thriftear, Flipclaw, Baypaw, and Myrtlepaw.
If Dovewing died, there'd be no Pouncepounce, Lightleap, and Shadowpaw
Firestar's kits were already born and grown, so there would be no affect there
Jayfeather has no kits, so no affect there.
As for the cats that aren't prophecy cats
If Blossomfall died, there'd be no Stemleaf, Eaglewing, Plumstone, and Shellfur
Brambleclaw no Alderheart and Sparkpelt
Ivypool no Bristlefrost, Thriftear, and Flipclaw
I think everyone gets the point XD

The cats I picked:
Leafpool - She's pretty much served her purpose by this point in the story. Brackenfur - Because he would end up living much longer than he needs to be. Graystripe - Killing him off now would 1) fix his problem that he has nowadays and 2) give him a much more noble death than potential green cough. Cloudtail - He should've died, it would've killed off less of the older generation which makes more potential character development for new characters. Lionblaze - He and by extension Cinderheart are partially responsible for why ThunderClan is so bloated. That and it would've been interesting to see him die at the end. Ivypool - Specifically because I feel like her dying instead of Hollyleaf would've been more important. Assuming she even had character in that arc in the first place, her whole development was over by that point. Hollyleaf's wasn't, as she had been introduced in the last book. I imagine she would go out killing Hawkfrost and dying of her wounds later.
Though I personally would've picked these characters along with others who died in the Great Battle, maybe Brambleclaw as well (so then Bramblestar would have no reason to exist).

I chose..
Sandstorm, Dustpelt, Mousefur, and Thornclaw, because all of them were filled with attitude, and though I loved them, they deserved to die in action for their Clan one last time.
Firestar, because giving his life to defend his Clan against his mortal enemy one last time is epic.
And Blossomfall, (preferably defending Millie or Briarlight) for redemption of character.

I'm not going for a "cats I don't like" approach, and I'm also not considering how killing these guys will affect the future of TC. I'm purely considering what would make a good ending to the Warriors saga and a true "Final Battle".
I'm sticking with Mousefur and Firestar. Both of these were good options. Firestar's death was epic and I wouldn't change a thing about it. Mousefur was a good choice because it really punches you in the gut, and she's been a force of wisdom for two arcs now.
Also I choose to off Hazeltail and Toadstep to give the illusion that we're killing cats at random.
I also chose Cherrypaw, because she was a messenger and I feel like her disappearance would add some much needed tension to the battle that was sadly a bit lacking in the books.
Finally, I chose my favorite cat of all: Jayfeather. Killing him is the number one way to really make it feel like this battle had stakes, and that our favorites didn't just have plot armor. Also, he's been built up as the master of dreams in the living realm, and what do we have in TLH? The beings of dreams and spirits returning to the living world to fight. We could have a really interesting system in place where Jayfeather needs to expend energy to keep the realms connected, and the force of doing so overwhelms him. Or maybe it could have been that because of his very existence, the Dark Forest was able to use his natural energy to rise again, and we could have some interesting development where that causes a lot of guilt for him and he decides to take himself out to close the link between the living and the DF. There were a lot of options here and I feel like we could have had some really interesting plotlines from it. Instead we get a generic hero out of him, who ends up being pretty useless in the actual last battle (like, I don't even think he has a chapter). That's not good.
Also, are Foxleap and Icecloud valid options? I didn't see them listed. (I would have killed Ice instead of Toadstep).
