the Deerfoot of modern day ShadowClan.
Deerfoot was spoke against EVERYTHING Tigerclaw said.
Scorchfur spoke against EVERYTHING Tawnypelt said.
I know that Deerfoot was mostly right, and Scorchfur was mostly wrong, but they both seem to the most argumentative cats in the clan, or at least the most outspoken about it.
It'd be cool if Deerfoot was Scorchfur's father, because it'd be like, the Deerfoot speaks out against Tigerclaw, then his spawn speaks out against Tigerclaw's spawn.
However, I don't think it's possible for him to be his father, because Scorchfur wasn't born until like The Power of Three, and Deerfoot probably died way back in the first series.

I actually like Scorchfur, because he's got more personality than most of the other cats in the ShadowClan narrative at this point. It would be interesting to know more about him, especially growing up. Maybe when his daughter becomes leader one day?

It would be interesting to know more about him, especially growing up. Maybe when his daughter becomes leader one day? I like Scorchfur too, he makes me laugh, and he doesn't seem morally bad. Like, he really felt bad that he had hurt Tawnypelt, and he's allowed to have an opinion, and it's not like he's the only one who felt that way. I really like Cloverfoot, she seems like one of the nicer, more level-headed cats in the series...though, it is interesting that she is Silent Thaw Spoilers against the repenting, and what not, and Scorchfur is for it.
I wonder what her many siblings, and Snowbird think, or was it mentioned?
I know that in RiverClan, Mallownose is for it, and his brother Sneezecloud is against, I wonder how Mallownose's kits feel? And Sneezecloud's.
I'm really curious about Nightcloud's feelings towards it all too, and Heathertail's, and I guess the rest of her kits

It is interesting but when you think about Scorchfur is a father who wants to protect his family by any means possible. While Cloverfoot is a deputy and future leader who thinks about others over herself. |

I think a lot of his wanting everyone to repent, stems from fear.
He got injured
Stonewing got injured
His mate Snowbird got very injured, and might even have to retire to the elder's den
One of Tigerheartstar's daughters got injured
Antfur died
And there's one of the medicine cats, saying it's because StarClan is angry about the code-breaks, I think.
So, it'd make sense.
