I always hate/ love bittersweet endings. But I also hate when you finish a really good book and you want to read more. But I'm happy you finished it, I'm sorry your sad)
Tori shrugged. "Pretty much anything, I don't know, how about you choose? Ooo some honey glazed chicken would be amazing actually." She said and looked over at Mason blushing a little

Ivy would continue to give Jace directions as they went. He sure was stickler for speed limits, as Ivy quickly figured out. He would be someone that she would honk at for going too slow

{Good, I'm glad!}
Dex's smile widened while he shrugged. "I won't let you pay for it but I'll let you join me." In one swift motion he tossed his binder into a nearby trashcan, already feeling relieved from all the stress that had been piling onto his shoulders. He opened the door and beckoned with an arm motion for her to go in, bowing slightly as if she was some sort of royalty. He glanced over at the trashcan, a pained look spreading across his face for a moment. He didn't know how he'd finish it at this point, but he did feel he deserved a small break from it. Looking back toward Ash, he raised a brow in amusement. Or a long break.

((It was actually a pretty disappointing sequel because it was just the first book, but from the other character's perspective instead. But oh well. XD))
"Well I can't promise that, but I can at the very least promise chicken." Mason told her with a grin. "C'mon, I know just the place to go." He told her, getting a little excited as he squeezed her hand and started to pull her along faster until they were almost running.
Jace continued on with his slow pace until he was finally pulling into the parking lot of the Cliffs. Wasn't that what Ivy had called it? "So, where should we look for horses today?" He asked as he got, stretching a bit. Jace figured his muscles should be loose or something before exercise. Wasn't that how you were supposed to exercise? Well, heck if he know.
Ash was a bit surprised to see him throw out his whole binder. "Seems a little bit overkill, but I'd probably feel the same about something that betrayed me." She decided and smiled at him. "Alright, I'll join you. But introductions first, coffee boy." She said as she moved past him into the coffee shop, giving him a sweet smile.

Ivy got out of the car and looked up the hillside. "Well we have to follow this hiking trail and they're said to be somewhere near it. We just have to get lucky enough to spot them. This also means we're going to have to not talk super loud or they'll spook." She pointed out. Despite being a Player, Ivy was excited for this, not once had she seen the wild band of horses.

Dex rolled his eyes and followed her in, a smirk written across his face. "I'll have you know that I'm a fairly intelligent human being, I just simply lost my grip for a moment and life took care of the rest." He eyed her for a few seconds before coming over to the cashier person and ordering an iced mocha with about 6 sugars and 3 squirts of vanilla, not practically coffee at all. While he was up there he figured he'd buy a chocolate chip muffin and a cookie to save for later. "I'm Declan, but most just call me Dex." Turning back toward the cashier, he gave them a dazzling smile and added, "And whatever I may get for my dear acquaintance, Ash." He'd already known her from the moment he saw her. She was one of the carefree, always living it up into parties and such that he refused to waste his time on. If anything, he was glad to mess around with her head a bit.

They finally stopped in front or a fancier looking restaurant. Not terribly fancy, but not some everyday burger joint. "This place has pretty good food." He said as he held the door open for her.
Jace nodded his head. "Got it." He said. Not talking loudly was his specialty. Jace wasn't exactly an animal person, but looking for some wild band of horses sounded like fun, anyway. Plus Ivy was nice to hangout with, even if they wouldn't be able to do a lot of talking.

"Thank you, Dex." Ash replied politely and looked up at the menu, pondering what she might want. Finally, she looked at the cashier. "Alright, so could I just get a hot chocolate with, like, just a tiny bit of coffee? Not enough to taste it. I don't want to taste coffee." She warned the cashier, who just nodded and took her down her order. She stepped back after she had ordered and looked up at Dex with a smile. "Dex, huh? How does that come from Declan?"

Dex walked over to a table for two, sitting down into a chair and leaning back into it so he felt relaxed. Little did she know that this was the chair he was previously sitting in before he spilled it onto her by accident. "When I was younger, I couldn't pronounce my name right because I had a small lisp until I learned how to properly talk. Up until that point I used to spell and say my name as if it were 'Dexlan,' further moving my nickname to Dex." He smiled softly at the thought, looking back at the time his dad would tr;y getting him to say his name right. "Is there anything you'd like for me to know about you? We can save the personal stuff for the next time I spill a drink on myself." Dex was being a bit more playful than he'd like, but no matter. Something about this Ash character intrigued him.

Tori nodded "Looks really nice." She smiled and headed inside. She looked around, it seemed in the middle between fancy and simple. She liked it. Tori looked over at Mason as the waitress came over leading them to a table for two. She smiled sitting down and picked up the menu. "What would you like to drink?@ the waitress asked. "Water please."

Ivy began walking up the trail, keeping her voice lower than usual. "So what do you think of this area and the school so far?" She asked, kicking a pebble to the side lightly.

"Aww, how cute, little Dexlan. I think I almost like that better." Ash said jokingly. She took a sip of her hot chocolate and pleased to find that they had, indeed, kept it from tasting like disgusting coffee. "Personal things, huh? Well I don't really have any adorable little stories about mispronouncing my name. And I don't really have anything like that." She said, thinking back to what little things she remembered about her childhood.
"Pepsi, please." Mason ordered and then looked at the menu. "So, have you had many dates like this?" He asked casually while looking for his menu.
"It's a nice area and a nice change of scenery." Jace replied, also quietly as they he continued walking along. "I haven't really talked to many people besides you, but so far I'm also enjoying the people." He said with a shy smile.

Jack Azan. Jack has bright blue eyes that show his emotions more than his face. He has short brown hair but his bands are longer so he flips them to the side. He wears t-shirts and jeans mostly with tennis shoes and a beanie. He is nice to mostly everyone, except when he sees a player trying to hit in another girl, or guy. Especially his sister. He tends to be protective over his sister, mostly because they are twins and are all they have. He loves to joke around, smile, and make people laugh. Jack is outgoing and likes to push himself. Jack is 17 and is in the Norm group. Jack and his twin sister Savannah only have each other. Their mother died in child birth, and their father, who was a young man when he was left with the kids, left them to their aunt. They have been the outcast of the family so they only rely on each other. Poppystar1235
Savannah Azan. Savannah had blue eyes that shows her emotion, though she likes to try and hid them. She has long brown hair and she likes to have her hair hide her face. She wears tennis shoes, t-shirts, compree leggings or jeans. Sometimes she dresses up but mostly not. She likes to blend in. Savannah is shy, she wasn't always like this but after she had her heart broken she likes to be invisible, and she is used to it. Savannah has a quiet diminer to her and once you talk to her, her voice is quiet, like she is holding back. She is caring and has a good heart to her. She wants to be braver and more outgoing but those days are so distant. She loves her brother, and she tells him everything. Savannah is known as the quiet girl in school and she is unsure if she likes it that way or not. Savannah is 17 and is in the heartbroken group. Her history is the same as Jack, she only has him. But she used to be so happy and bubbly like Jack, she used to go to parties and have fun, but after a shattering rest break she now stays home, does her homework, and goes to school. She no longer likes to interact with people, she really only talks to Jack, no one really talks to her and she is used to it. Savannah hopes that someone would take a chance to change it though it wouldn't be easy with her, because people have tried. She has secrets and feels alone. She suffers from depression, dark thoughts, and she feels that her days are whittling away and she may be gone soon. Poppystar1235

Hehe thanks! I'm a big horse rider and I show my horse through 4-h! I'm happy that you sister has that quote because I really like it hehe.)
Tori shrugged "If you count many as two then i guess. I have been taken in a date twice, and both times I didn't enjoy it." She giggled a little. "But I haven't been on a date where I have really enjoyed the person I have been with," she smiles winking at him as she looked through her menu

Mason frowned. "Well then it seems silly to go on a date, if you don't actually enjoy the person." He replied, although he's been on a few of those himself.

Dex raised a brow curiously, wondering how someone such as herself wouldn't have much to say. "I have to admit, I'm quite surprised. You seem like the type of person who'd have a lot of interesting tales." He noticed her looking back onto something by the way her expression had changed. Perhaps she didn't want to speak about it or even say much about it at all. "If it's a touchy subject, then I must apologize-- which I seem to be doing a lot today. What about how you are now? What sorts of things spark your interest other than handsome young men carrying steaming hot cups of coffee?" He smiled to lighten the mood a bit, obviously using a sense of mock sarcasm to the edge of his voice. He took a sip from his ice mocha, enjoying the cold taste of it after the hot feeling he felt a few minutes ago on his stomach.

Would anyone like to rp with Savannah or Jack?)
Tori shrugged "It's one of those cases where I just couldn't say no. I would have felt awful for the guy if I did." She said putting down her menu as she finally decided what to have. "Do you know what your going to have?"

((Dex is adorable. XD))
Ash shrugged as she sipped her hot chocolate. "Life is what it is. My brother and I just moved here. It's nice to be somewhere new. There were a lot of negative memories from our old place, and now it like a fresh start. So to answer your question: I have decided to reinvent myself by moving here." She laughed at that and looked down at the table, drawing circles with her finger. "To be honest, I am a stereotypical blonde girl, I guess. I did some cheerleading before moving here and personally, I am quite the fan of parties." She shrugged once and continued with her circles. "I'm rather boring, I guess. What avout you?"

"That's more then a lot of people say about their first day." Ivy said with a smile. "My brother and I have been here since our freshman year. We're seniors now." Ivy said. The trail narrowed for a few paces and Ivy hoped Jace wouldn't mind their shoulders touching, she didn't.

{AH UR SWEET AND ILY. Dex is my favorite guy to rp but you'd love Cass a lot since they talk the same way and Cass is a bit more mysterious x3}
Dex listened intently to everything that she said, nodding every now and then to show he was following along. "I'm afraid I've tried reinventing myself before, but it wasn't very successful. No matter where you go, you'll always carry a piece of you that won't let go. You may change over time, but in the end you'll still be.. well, you." He paused to fix his watch on his wrist before tilting his head a bit in a confused response to her question. He thought about how he felt growing up, but he did say to save the really personal stuff for another time-- if she decided to meet for coffee again. "Hmm, well.. I love numbers, that's for sure; although I don't know if you'd quite understand my fascination with them. Numbers are more than just money, they represent different types of statements and the value could always mean something else. For example, the number 2 million if I sign a contract to start a business this weekend. On the other hand, I've made 8 people smile today, managed to get through 7 excruciatingly boring hours of school, I spilled 1 cup of coffee, and met 1 cute girl I got to buy hot chocolate for." He took another sip into his coffee and cleared it down his throat before giving her a satisfied grin. "You're not boring, just so you know. I find yourself to be simply extravagant, and you deserve to be told that more often. Don't change yourself, people will always find ways to love the person you've still yet to become."

((I still have a Keisha open, Poppy. XD))
Mason nodded his head at her when she said how she felt bad about saying no. It was sweet. "Why yes, yes I do." He smiled and closed his menu before waiting for the waiter to come back.
Jace turned a little bit red when their shoulders brushed. "And do you guys like living out here?" He asked.

((Ooh, I probably would. =3))
"Numbers, huh? I like that. It's different, since for most of my life I've just heard everyone complain about how they hate numbers." Ash said. When he got down to the end of it and called her cute and told her she wasn't boring, she found herself smiling. She took another sip of her hot chocolate. "I gotta say, I should visit more coffee shops. I seem to always find great people in them." She told him, still smiling as she thought about her old school. "I actually met my old best friend at a coffee shop. You know, back at my old school in my old town." Her smile faded a bit. "I miss him a lot." But she pushed that frown aside and perked up. "But I like being here, too. It's different, but I got to meet you and that's worth it so far."
((Sure, Poppy. ^.^ Do you want to start or should I?))
"I would like a burger with fries. Thanks." Mason ordered as he passed her his menu and watched the waitress walk away before smiling back at Tori.

((Sure. =3 I think the two of them will get along really well.))
Mason laughed. "Please. I don't care about watching your calories or whatever." He said, playing with his napkin. "So, tell me a bit more about yourself."
Keisha had missed the bus and with her car stuck at the shop, she was stuck until her parents got off work. Saddened by this, she had started to walk into town, head down, hands gripped around the strap of her messenger bag. She kept her head low, dark hair falling over her eyes as she walked along.

Dex gave her a small wink to acknowledge her statement to visit more often before taking a casual bite out of his muffin. "I'm here almost every day in case you accidentally wanted to bump into me again," he said after chewing his muffin down. "Though I'd have to pass on the spilling coffee part. It was quite uncomfortable." He gestured toward his now-slightly stained sweater as if she would need more convincing. Dex sat back, deep in his thoughts for a few moments before leaning forward so he'd sit properly up in his chair. "Tell you what. You write your signature with this pen I'll give you on a napkin. That way when you're famous for doing something brilliant, I can sell it to our secretary and you'll remember the little people." He gave her one of his famous smiles that seemed to always make their day a bit brighter. Pulling out a pen, he placed it on top of the napkin and sat back in his seat once again, crossing his arms to remain comfortable as if he almost lived in that very chair.
