Blossomheart is there as well. From ShC we have Cloverfoot, Whorlpelt and Blazefire, from WC we have Breezepelt, Smokehaze and Slightfoot and from RC we have Dappletuft and Sneezecloud. With Stemleaf and Spotfur, we have Finleap and Twigbranch as well. Breezepelt of all cats?! Well, he did break the code in the past.

Okay, so now that the voice might not be StarClan, I go back to my joke theory, that it's Darkstripe.
Who doesn't give a hoot about the elders?
Who would have a grudge against anyone associated with Firestar? Seriously, all the code-breakers listed are cats either related to Firestar, or were involved with one of Firestar's family members, or something.
Who was alive during the time that Tigerclawstar lured dogs into camp?
Who is grey?
Darkstripe

If somehow it is, I actually would kinda dig this alot.

Finleap: "Bramblestar seems intent on making life miserable for the codebreakers in ThunderClan." Cloverfoot: "Banishing cats! Clans are supposed to stick together, not turn their backs on their own Clanmates." Sneezecloud: "We're meant to support one another through good times and bad." Slightfoot: "Warriors are honorable because they want to be, not because they're scared of being punished." Whorlpelt: "We look after our Clanmates because we care about them. Not just because we're obeying rules."

Aww, Whorlpelt seems like a sweetheart.

Um... Stemleaf decided that if Bramblestar wants to banish cats, they should banish him. That will never work. Just saying.

Rootpaw: "Losing a life is scary, but it's not supposed to change you completely." Blossomheart: "It didn't change Leafstar." Cloverfoot: "Tigerstar didn't change when he lost a life. I don't see why any cat would. Surely one life is the same as another, and Bramblestar still has eight left, which is more than most leaders." Also, Rootpaw thought Leafstar still had all nine of her lives.

Time for the truth to come out... kind of. Tree told everyone about ghost Bramble, but said that he saw him and not Rootpaw. Rootpaw is grateful for that.

Remember that now Breezepelt is in good terms with Crowfeather that is being accused as well and I glad that Smokehaze is there, the best daughter.

Tree: "The Bramblestar who came back isn't the real Bramblestar. Some cat is using his body to harm the Clans. The real Bramblestar is a ghost. He can see what's going on, but he can't contact StarClan. I'm the only cat he can talk to" Frecklewish: "Do you mean that the leader of ThunderClan is an imposter?" Whorlpelt: "A cat stole another cat's body..." Breezepelt: "How can that be? Surely no cat could steal a body?"

Twigbranch told everyone about Bramblestar's new prey rule. Breezepelt: "Did Squirrelflight agree with this rule?" Twigbranch: "She didn't seem happy." Breezepelt: "How could any warrior take prey before elders and queens?" Cloverfoot: "What a fox-heart!"

First Crowfeather, and now Breezepelt, I swear if Jayfeather does something likeable next, I'm going to have to make sure the world isn't ending.

Bristlefrost showed up. Twigbranch told everyone to run because it's Bramblestar's spy and that she'll report them. Rootpaw stared at Bristlefrost in dismay.

Breezepelt should start naming names of surviving Dark Forest cats if he wants me to take his redemption seriously. (Not that I think it is a Dark Forest cat, but it's the most reasonable assumption based off the information they have, and Breezepelt knows more about them than anyone else.)

I don't think it's Ashfur because he's in Starclan and they're cut off from the clans, perhaps permanently. Neither the Dark Forest nor Starclan have been implied to be able to preform necromancy or possess corpses. The voice Shadowpaw spoke to in Lost Stars didn't have a physical body, something Starclan/Dark Forest can't do.
In Tigerheart's Shadow, when asked by Tigerheart if Starclan had spoken to him about needed to leave their current resting spot at that very moment, Shadowkit says no, but it would explain his feeling that they shouldn't be here. Shadowpaw also feels something whenever he's at the moonpool in Lost Stars. In Chapter 13, he thinks, "There's something in the air, and it isn't right." Shortly after, he senses something nearby trying to reach out to him. Isn't there a part in Silent Thaw where he senses evil at the moonpool?

Bristlefrost managed to convince everyone here that she wants to help. She told them that Squirrelflight knows the truth and about how she's now aware that this isn't Bramblestar. Bristle also confessed to the imposter trying to kill Sparkpelt. Spotfur and Stemleaf are a little suspicious of her. They want Squirrelflight to tell the other leaders the truth.

Squirrelflight decided to go into the same exile as Lionblaze did, just so she could sneak off to SkyClan.

Dovewing's gone. She went to atone for three days to atone for the codebreaking, which was her own choice by the way. Snaketooth is blaming Shadowsight for it. Scorchfur thinks it's a good idea for her to atone. Tigerstar and Shadowsight went looking for her.

Emberfoot and Hootwhisker agree with exiling the codebreakers so they can atone. Crowfeather has refused to leave. Wait wait wait. Is Crowfeather the only one they're looking at exiling? What about Breezepelt? Heathertail? What about the one that had an affair with a RiverClan warrior?

Scorchfur and Mallownose also agree with the exiling codebreakers thing. I wonder if that's causing tension between Sneezecloud and Mallownose, since they seem to be on opposite sides of what to do with the code-breakers
