   THE CLANS CoastClan: This clan lives along the shoreline and has the most contact with the water. They're known for their strong legs and thicker fur as they have adapted to swimming in the current of the ocean. They are convinced the ocean and water reflects StarClan's purity and calm serenity, as well as wisdom. They tend to value knowledge, spirituality, and being the best possible version of one's self.
ScorchClan: This clan lives on the rocks and also borders some of the sea water. They're good climbers as they often have to scale the cliff side, and their paw pads have become hardened over time. They believe that fire and warmth reflect StarClan because they are powerful and fierce, yet loving and providing. They tend to value loyalty, pride, and family above all else.
BristleClan: This clan lives in the tall grass on the top of the rocky cliff side. They're the only clan that doesn't border the sea water. They are the best at stealth as they often use utility to gain the upperhand on their opponents. They believe that the earth reflects StarClan because it is grounded and always at their feet, just as StarClan is always at their side. They tend to value skill, friendships, and peace above all else.
In reality StarClan is all of these things and more, so while all clans do worship something true, they all are also missing a part of what truly makes StarClan.
RULES - No spamming or advertising
- Stay active. If you do not post within a one week period, I will add you and your characters to an inactive list at the bottom of the allegiances. If you have a reason you'll be gone, your time off will be excused
- In addition, if you have a major clan rank (i.e. deputy, med cat/apprentice), then you should be prepared to be a very active member of the clan. Be on every three days.
- The leader will give the apprentice's their warrior names just like the books. I have a way of choosing names that represent the character. If you are not happy with a name, then we can work something out. You may request suffixes if only for a personal plot/character growth reason

- Be realistic in your cat designs. Do not have your cat be purple with silver eyes and wings for example
- In regards to any form of Kit _____ing. Please ask before initiating an event as we could be in the middle of an important plot related activity. Otherwise, you will be ignored and even reported (only if you continue to post after we've told you to stop)
- No godmodding, powerplaying, Gary Sues or Mary Sues. You will be called out on this if we think you've been unfair with your character's abilities
- Just be a good all around person. Be kind, respectful, and have fun so that everyone can enjoy themselves

Description : Moonwillow is a small white she-cat with pale gray tabby like markings along her flank. Her eyes are a pale golden yellow. She's somewhat plump with a healthy sheen to her coat.
Personality : Moonwillow is a sweet she-cat and often considered the clan's big sister. She adores all her clanmates and exhausts herself to keep them happy and healthy. Many have to tell her to relax and go to bed, much to her annoyance. Don't underestimate her sweetness and small size. Moonwillow is a tough and stubborn she-cat who can only be described as persistent. She never gives up even when all is lost, but it also causes her to stay stuck in her ways, not one to change or listen to opposite opinions.
Brief History : Moonkit was born to happy and healthy beginnings. Happy and full of life, many thought she would be an upbeat and headstrong little warrior, but she proved them wrong when she declared she'd become the best medicine cat around. Moonpaw struggled with remembering all the different herbs and they did not come easy to her, yet she persisted and eventually was able to obtain her medicine cat name of Moonwillow. She continues to look out for her clan, though she misses her mentor greatly.

Personality : Aquakit had always been quite curious. Ever since he was able to get a paw out of the nursery he was racing around camp and poking his head into every nook and cranny he could. Despite this, Aquakit is a very pure-hearted and well meaning kit. He can be somewhat shy when meeting new cats.
Brief History : Aquakit had an uneventful birth. For the first moon of his life, everything seemed fairly normal. It was only until a new prophecy foretold by the medicine cats came around that Aquakit began to notice a shift in his everyday life. Suddenly his clanmates kept an extremely close eye on him, even the leader did as well! Whatever is going on, Aquakit doesn't get it.

She is quite bold and isn't afraid to ask a lot of questions or tell others what's on her mind. She also has somewhat of a fiery temper, and can get frustrated if things are not going her way.

Personality : Blackpaw is a quiet and reserved cat. He isn't very playful and doesn't get excited easily, so he has a calm and easy-going nature. He is also very sweet and wants to help his clan in every way he can, so he really looks forward to becoming a full medicine cat and having that kind of responsibility to take care of everyone. He is naive and sensitive, so his feelings can get hurt pretty easily and he doesn't take criticism well. Though he doesn't get mad often or argue with others, he can act like he doesn't know someone for moons if he wanted to.

Description : Apple-eye is a pretty flame point she-cat with soft orange tabby markings in her fur and large green eyes. She's small and sleek and a bit stocky, and her claws are notably large.
Personality : Cunning and playful, Apple-eye acts a bit more youthful than she is. She's sharp as a claw and a natural problem-solver, but she's not exceptionally trustworthy and tends to be a bit on the sleazy side. It's difficult to earn her respect, but once you do, it's twice as difficult to lose it.
Brief History : Apple-eye fell in love with a rogue named Hopscotch, who she was planning to introduce into her clan, but he was killed for unknowingly attacking a Coastclan patrol and refusing to back down. Since then, she's felt a rift between herself and her clan. Nobody knows that her kits are half-clan.

Personality : Named after his silver tongue, this eloquent tom is very persuasive and a quick thinker. He's very stoic and strict, and prefers to be alone, but he recognizes the importance of groups and would never dream of being apart from the clan. He prefers to busy himself with his duties to the clan than spend time socializing. His flaw is that he's very quick to irritate, and he often overworks himself to a point of no return.
Brief History : When he was Lizardpaw, he was less of a workaholic. Significantly so, in fact- he was lazy and unmotivated, and hardly did any clan work. After he failed the apprentices assessment for the second time and was participating in his third, a buzzard attacked him. He didn't have the skills as an apprentice to help fend it off, and it deeply gashed his flank and permanently damaged his mentor, Skypatch. Since then, he refuses to rest for a moment, focused on constantly bettering himself.

This isn't to say that she's not grumpy- she can get quite irritable if she sees one of her younger clanmates behaving foolishly. She's full of wise words and loves to share them.
Brief History : When she was younger, she lost movement of one of her forelegs while defending her apprentice, Lizardtongue, from a buzzard attack.

Gender : Male Age (in moons) : 15 Clan (Bristle, Scorch, Coast) : Coast Clan Rank : Med cat apprentice Description : Tidepaw is an average sized gray-blue tom with blue eyes. His voice is smooth and mellow. His legs are a bit out proportion with the rest of his otherwise normal build, being a bit long for his body. Personality : Tidepaw loves peace and quiet. While he likes the silence, he doesn't mind cats coming up and asking for help. His patient and collected disposition make him an easy tom to be around. He has an exceptional memory, but subpar coordination. Tidepaw tripping over his own feet is not an uncommon sight. Brief History : Tidekit always watched the medicine cat work with great interest. He would often sneak into the den and poke around at the herbs, trying to guess at what they might do. When it came time for him to become an apprentice he wasted no time expressing desire to train with the medicine cat. Now Tidepaw does his best to help the cats around him like he's always wanted. She was a handful for her mentor until the very end. Now, as a warrior, she is more or less excited at the idea of becoming a mentor, but tends to hide it, not wanting to seem soft.

Personality : Finchcall has a playful attitude. He likes to think as life to be nice and breezy, even though he is aware it is nothing close to that. He is witty and does have the tenancy to mock others when he is bored. He can be tactless and prefers to state the truth right out instead of sugarcoating things. Personality : He has a welcoming aura and typically is willing to open up to other cats. He is honest and tends to be easily trusting towards other cats, even the wrong ones. Yet he isn't one to forgive and forget. He can be somewhat witty and is a quick thinker. He is a proud cat and doesn't mind snarking back to whoever wants to start with him. Sunpaw can be quick to anger; exposing his irrational side at times. He can be easily annoyed if you push enough buttons. He doesn't care for certain social niceties, making him prefer to work on his own for the most part. Sunpaw believes in doing what is right no matter what the cost. He rather be a hero than a coward.
Brief History : Sunpaw was born into the clan and has lead a fairly normal life for his age.

Description : Ospreypaw is a lanky cat with a long, curved body, slender limbs, and a very long, whippy tail. He has tall, very triangular ears and a narrow face with large, slightly-slanting leaf-green eyes. His pelt is short and soft-looking, and often sticks out at odd directions as if it hasn't been groomed, even if it has; this is particularly prominent around his flanks and shoulders, but also on his head and tail to some degree. In color, his pelt is a grayscale gradient- his soft-furred underbelly is snow white, as is his muzzle and lower legs, though the bottoms of his feet are black. His pelt fades from white to gray at his sides and on his face, and his tail is almost entirely gray, which darkens into a jet-black line running from his ears to the tip of his tail; his ears are also black, and he has dark markings around his eyes, which are the main inspiration for his name. Despite his name, is not a particularly large cat, perhaps standing a bit smaller than many of the others despite his gangly build.
Personality : Ospreypaw is a bit of an odd cat, a mess of contradictions and certainly not everyone's cup of tea, so to speak. He's intelligent, but somewhat absentminded, and often hyperfixates on situations and circumstances, meaning that he might remember some details of events and information vividly, while completely forgetting crucial components. Obviously, this has been a source of frustration during his warrior training, and proves detrimental when he is asked to remember things or make reports about patrols and the like. He is quite curious, and will often seek to learn everything he can about something that interests him; he may, for example, waste a day watching and studying a particular species of bird instead of hunting mice like he is supposed to. He can be a bit aloof at times, though mostly this is just a manifestation of his inherent social awkwardness. Inversely, there are also times where he will literally not shut up, especially if someone broaches a topic he is interested in at the moment. All in all, he is not unfriendly, but often feels a bit isolated from many of his Clanmates. He is a fairly capable warrior, but often becomes distracted in his duties.
Brief History : Ospreypaw was born in a litter of four kits, and of them was the only one to survive, and even then, quite narrowly. He was a weak, sick kit for the first few moons of his life, and even once he began to gain his strength, his mother remained quite protective of him. He wasn't allowed to go outside if it was too cold, or if he hadn't eaten enough, and the other kits would often be chastised for playing "too rough" with him, and therefore often did not want to play at all. He thus learned to entertain himself, and took up hanging around the medicine den, or chatting with elders and warriors in the camp, rather than playing games with kits his own age. Because of this, he can sometimes seem a bit older than he is, as he has picked up a lot of wisdom from older cats. Even as an apprentice, he is quite rejection-sensitive, knowing that he often fails in his duties and afraid that any wrong move- an out of place comment in conversation, a miss while hunting- may set his Clanmates against him, even though logically he knows this is probably not the case.

Brief History : Snowlily was a Coastclan-born feline. She had a few siblings and lived a common life within the clan.
