Despite the noise of the rain drumming down on everything it was relatively quiet.Usually streets bustled with movement and excitement.Though they supposed most the people retreated inside to stay out of the rain and keep from getting wet.
"Lucky blokes."They muttered under their breath as their clothes continued to get wet.It was slowing them down more than they wanted but they weren't going to take their coat off,it was to dry for that. They let out a whistle and listened.
Nothing....
They tried again.
Nothing...
"Odd,they should've answered."You don't honestly think they'll give it to you you discarded freak!"I refuse to let you get under my skin this time.Yeah, you keep telling yourself that!

(Perhaps he could run into Astra? Or maybe get involved in the situation between Astra and Natyre if Skeleton's alright with it.)

"Nothing for me..." Aiman almost forgot she was going to stay the night, with no chance of getting food from home before the next day. "A beef stew sounds fine." She changed her mind quickly before the serving lady walked off again.
The cow followed Rook. Kuzey decided it had gotten too dark and turned his horse around to go back to the farm. He lit a few more lanterns inside as he and his grandfather prepared a late dinner.

Rook made his way towards the farm, with his heavy back pack he wasnt able to keep a quick pace but soon he was just feet from the farm, the cow close behind. "I hope this is your home." Rook said quietly. "Or somone just got a free cow." He added with a chuckle.

It called to other cows in the pen outside the farm, and got a response from a few of the herd. It ran up to the fence. There was some smoke rising from the chimney of the farm house. The home was four-sided but with a round domed roof built of light limestone, with wooden rooms and sheds built off of the sides. Colourful tapestries and carpets hung outside either on the walls or a drying line. Someone should've probably brought them inside from the rain, but Kuzey forgot again.

"Do you need to send your family a message?" Odali offered as they waited for their meaks. She was tired, but was willing to help out Aiman after she helped the siblings. -0- Rain fell aganist the ranger's cloak as she walked along the cobblestone path. Astra retraced her steps to try and find the unusual stranger. Any trace of the person faded as the rain fell, washed away with anything else in the streets. The woman grumbled as she contiuned to head along the path.
After a while without finding anything, Astra gazed up towards the roofs. She would have a better vantage from higher up. Looking around to make sure no one was watching, mainly the law of the area, the woman looked up towards the roofs. After finding a good place to climb up, Astra began to haul herself up the side of the building, managing to get herself on the roof. The sides were slick and risk if fall was high, but the half-elf was unlikely to fall.
Quietly she began to walk along the roof and gazed at the street below. She didn't see the stranger yet, but would hopefully catch sight if them soon.

Aiman shook her head. "So long as Kuzey doesn't burn the house down, he'll be fine without us." She was referring to both her and her other brother in the tavern. She got up briefly to talk to the innkeeper when the old woman drew near, and Aiman paid for her room for the night. She began speaking to Odali again as soon as she sat down. "I've been thinking of hiring a centaur for the ranch. It would mean we could hire an extra hand without having to buy an extra horse for them to help herd the cows. But there aren't many centaurs who are tribeless and aren't already mercenaries."

As the rain continued its pummeling the fallen angel was getting pretty tired of the endless grind to no avail. But they had a feeling deep in their wings that if they didn't keep going they'd soon loose the guy they were after.

Rook stared at the farm house for a long minute. He wasn't sure if he should just leave the cow here or tell the owners he had brought it back. His gaze flicked over the colorful tapestries and carpets. He knew some farmers didn't like trespassers and knocking on their doors could leave to death or injury. But with a heavy sigh he padded up to the door and gaze it a soft knock.

Odali nodded. "Alright. If you change your mind just let me know," the wizard replied lightly. Magic communication wasn't that diffcult. There were many ways to contact people from long distances if it was needed. Her attention was turned away as the food arrived. The warm scents filled her nose as she smiled. The young woman began to quietly eat a few spoonfuls of her soup as she listened to Aiman. As she spoke about work around her farm, Odali glanced at her brother.
Abir scratched his chin as he listened to the other woman. "I don't mean to overstep, but if I can't find any work and if you can't find your centaur, perhaps I can work for you. I already have a horse and herding cows can't be that diffcult." Right? He added silently.

Arrow regarded Astra from his hiding spot. His pale blue eye narrowing, the young tabaxi had been trying to get out of the rain and dry off. But most people just shooed him away and now he found himself parched atop a house watching a ranger.

The ranger carefully walked along the rooftops. She silently watched the city in the darkness, noticing a few figures moving about. None of them were the stranger she met earlier. She had a bad feeling about them, but didn't understand why. She also didn't know why she was so compelled to follow them either. Pushing her thoughts away, she focused on not falling to the ground.
Astra reached the end of the building. She'd lose time climbing to the street below. She had to jump. Giving herself enough distance, the half-elf began to run before gracefully leaping onto the next roof. She awkwardly landed and felt herself began to slip. She quickly slid down the side, struggling to stop herself from falling. Spitting out a few curses, she reached for a dagger and managed to stab it between some roof tiles. Her fall slowed and she was a to regain her footing. Wet and a bit sore, Astar reluctantly contiuned her mission.
After half an hour of trying to track the stranger, the half-elf finally caught sight of someone. She wasn't entirely sure if it wasthem, but decided to follow anway. From the distance it appeared to be the same person, but she would have to get closer to be sure.

The grandfather affectionately known as "dede" slapped Kuzey on the arm when Kuzey didn't notice the knock on the door. Kuzey sighed and got up, leaving the lentils boiling in a pot. He opened the wide wooden door slowly and stared at the harpy standing outside. He didn't say anything, staring at Rook not shocked but a bit surprised. "Huh, I thought harpies only lived in the mountains..." He muttered. "What brings you here?" "You're right, herding cows isn't difficult. I think it's enjoyable but not everyone feels the same." She thought of her brother Kuzey again. Aiman leaned on the table over her stew, staring down into it but not eating yet. She gazed up at Abir. "You could come by the farm with me tomorrow. See how you like it. If by the end of tonight I decide I trust you, we could give you room to stay at our farm while you work." (glad that you guys have gotten into RPing a bit without me haha )

"I see you took me up on my offer."Growled a voice from an alleyway as his eyes landed on Natrye.
Natrye's eyes shot into the direction of the voice."Greetings, may I request you come into the light?"Rambled the fallen angel.
The large black goblin dipped his head and stepped into a clear enough light."Happy now?"He cooed in a honey like voice, which was very misleading granted his appearance.Claws, horns, sharp teeth, jewls and necklaces, black skin, and blazing red eyes.If it wasn't for the voice he'd be branded as evil from first words."Though I must say,you don't look to well;something got you down?"He scoffed.
"Save it for the fates when they come for you."They spat before forming an arrow of fire and launching it at the goblin. It hit square in the shoulder and dissipated. They then ran up to the goblin and punched his jaw, hearing a crack."Listen here puppet,"They sneered as they held them by their head."you might be named for what you did but I know well that you were a much simpler creature.Just keep to the shadows and I won't have to kill you."
The goblin laughed,no matter how much it hurt, and replied simply with,"Good luck",as he raised his left hand and a large red ax came from the alley and slammed into Natrye.

Arrow watched Astra. She had been very close to falling a couple more inches and she would have been in trouble and the young tabaxi would have most likely stolen all her valuables. Arrow followed from afar, his form a mere shadow across the slick roof of the houses. He was sure this half-elf would bring him to something interesting. Something he could steal. He paused a crouched low when the ranger started to low a bit. It seemed she had found what she had been looking for.
-
Rook got that a lot, he should be in the mountains but the world was to big just to stay in the mountains. "Hello, so sorry to bug you at this hour but i stumbled across your cow while passing through and i didn't want any harm to come of it so i brought it back for you." Rook said all of this a bit quickly as he was a bit nervous. He had always been a bit shy.

Kuzey stepped out onto the porch and closed the wide door behind him. "Thank you." He looked across the farm field at the cow standing outside the pen on the other side. He passed the harpy and walked for the cow to let it into the pen. "Travelling out in the wilderness on your own at this hour? And not flying?" Kuzey turned back to Rook, and thought it was a bit strange. He hadn't even heard that there were male harpies, he'd only heard stories that female harpies stole young girls from farm homes and carried them into the mountains to make new harpies of them with magic spells.

Rook followed Kuzey and watched him as he let in the cow, his gaze flicked up tot he sky quickly. "Its difficult to fly in the rain with a big pack, and i would rather not get struck my lightning." Rook chuckled softly. He wasn't sure if this farmer was to keen of him, harpies were not always seen in the best light and most people tried their best to stay away from harpies.

"Do you want to come inside to get out of the cold and wet?" Kuzey looked up at the rain, he hadn't put on his coat again to come outside so he rubbed his arms against the chill. He was a short but wide and stocky man, with muscular arms. He walked back up the cobbled path towards the farm house, and grabbed the lantern off of the post to bring it inside.

The paladin offered a smile and held out his hand. "Sounds good with me. Let's hope I make a good impression," he replied with a chuckle. Odali rolled her eyes and nudged him with her elbow. Abir turned towards his sister and raised a brow.
"Ow what was that for?" The wizard just smiled and contiuned to eat her stew. Her brother scoffed and rolled his blue eyes before turning back towards Aiman. -0- Astra was sure it was the travler from earlier the closer they got. They turned into an ally. Silently, the ranger headed to the edge of the roof. She got to a secure spot and crouched down, trying to watch what was happening below.
There was only the sound of rain pattering aganist the stone and the stranger walking deeper into the ally. They stopped. Seconds barely passed before another figured joined the travler in the ally. Even with her ability to see well enough in the dark, it was diffcult to see the pair. The voices were muffled due to the weather and how far down they were. Astra could only make out a few words on occasion. It appeared the travler had found the person they were looking for.
As the half-elf watched the pair in boredom. Then the newcomer pulled out an axe and hit the stranger. Astra's eyes widened. In a flash she stood up, drew her bow and shot off an arrow towards the other guy. Another arrow whizzed away from her fingers. Hoping the newcomer was distracted enough, the half-elf scrambled down the building to face the attacker.

Aiman raised her brow watching the exchange between the two siblings. She started into her stew expecting them to go off on a conversation. "My two brothers would probably like you. Our farm isn't as nice as this inn, but it's homier with better food." She said. She stared at her brother across the room as she kept eating, keeping an eye in case he got into trouble.

Rook thought for a long second, the young harpy didn't want to over stay his welcome and he was sure he could find cover else where. There was a town near by he could take cover in a tavern or under a tree maybe. "I'm sure i can find else where to stay." He said quietly. "I don't want to be a bother." He added.
-
Now things were getting interesting. Arrow knew following this half-elf would be fun. He scurried over to the roof she had been on but in his eagerness to see what was happening in the alleyway he stumbled and before he could save himself he tumbled off the slick roof and landed on his paws right next to the half-elf. Arrow was frozen in fear for a second. He was a thief and not a fighter. He only had a long sword on him and it was like bringing a knife to a gun fight.

As the arrow flew by Genocide jumped to his feet and turned to the fallen angel, hold out his hand so that the ax flew back to him."So who's your pal up there?"He questioned Natrye as he stared down at him.
"As far as I'm concerned she's just here for the ride."Natrye replied from his position, starring up at the goblin."Just be wry of who you think's helping you."He pushed up with his wings and knocked the large creature backwards."Shame."He sighed as he looked at his trench coat."You ripped it."He locked eyes with Genocide and formed a firey blade in his right hand.

"That's good to know. I assume Odali would be welcomed as well?" Abir inquired. He wouldn't go anywhere without his sister. They bad already gone through so much after fleeing from their home. The last thing they needed was to be seprated. -0- Astra had another arrow knocked, ready to fire whenever she needed. As she watched the stranger and newcomer ahead of her, something fell beside her. The ranger backed away to put distance between her and the others. She wildly glanced between them, pure adreline pumping through her veins. Next thing she knew the travler got to his feet and formed a fiery blade in his hand. It was unaffected by the rain as he approched the other man.
Astra fired another arrow, this time aiming it towards the stranger. "None of you move!" She hissed, another arrow ready to fly at a moment's notice. "I can kill any one of you before you have a chance to blink. Do not test me!" She threatened. The half-elf had no idea what was going on or who she could even remotely trust at that point. Eyes fixed on the small group ahead, she was ready to face whatever dangers would come.

Natrye turned to the half-elf and smiled, revealing smoky black teeth."Hello there miss,if you would leave us be I'll soon have this things head."
Genocide glared at Natrye, then the one with the bow, then took a step back to take in both at once.At Natrye's comment he snorted."Pay no mind to the arrogant bable streaming from this fallen angel's mouth. He had to be cast from the heavens for some reason you know."

Arrow stood there still frozen in place, this was it Arrow was going to get impaled by a arrow. Fitting. He wanted nothing to do with this fight. but there was no way to get out of this. His one good eye flicked over the people in front of him. His best bet was the half-elf, if he was on her side he had less change of getting impaled. He pulled out out his long sword and stood were he landed. His one good eyes glued to the others.

"Yeah I don't think so." Especially now that I got involved, she thought bitterly. The ranger kept her eyes fixed on the two men ahead, growing more annoyed with the travler. As the other man stepped back, she aimed her bow at him. In the low light, he appeared to be a goblin though she couldn't be entirely sure. When he made his comment, she glared at him.
"Shut up both of you." As she gazed at the pair ahead, the third person from before got to his feet and pulled out his weapon. Although he didn't move, the ranger slightly moved her bow towards his direction in case he tried anything.
"And what do you think you're doing?! It would've been wiser to remain on the ground," the half-elf hissed. Her gaze flickered between the three of them as they stood ahead. The situation was tense, though perhaps a fight could be avoided.
