The Island
The gathering island is located off of the Riverclan's area. Thunderclan is allowed passage through Windclan to get to the island.
And Riverclan has to give the other clans passage as well.
The leaders sit in trees close to each other to show unity.

Borders
Riverclan & Shadowclan
Greenleaf twolegplace/docks. During greenleaf, it seems like twolegs come here with their monsters to swim and fish in the lake. The clan cats often avoids this area during this time. There is also a thunderpath that Riverclan doesn't cross.
Shadowclan & Thunderclan
Their border is usually marked by the twolegplace that leads from the lake all the way back to the greenleaf twolegplace. Twolegplace is currently within Shadowclan's authority.
Thunderclan & Windclan

The marsh and horseplace is acting as their border at the current moment.
