[ Spiderleg ] - [ Nursery ] - [ 59 moons ]Spiderleg dropped the mouse he had at Daisy's feet, this had been the first time since his kits had been made warriors that he had spoken to the she-cat that had so coldly broken his heart. The black warrior huffed as she looked up at him harshly. "What are you doing, Spiderleg?" The perma-queen said, half-glaring at the tom who had dropped food at her paws.
"Look, don't you think we should at least talk about it?" He suggested meekly. Daisy only seemed to glare and push the mouse away.
"No, I warned you, Spiderleg. You barely came to see me or the kits. Being afraid of being a father is no excuse, now they're grown up." Daisy mewed. "It's over." Spiderleg stared down at the cream-furred she-cat before he licked his brown chest in embarrassment and headed towards the exit.
"I deserve a second chance, Daisy."
[ Leafpool ] - [ Medicine Den ] - [ 45 moons ]"Go away, Leafpool. I have work to do." The grumpy voice of Jayfeather seemed to echo in the tabby queen's ears. She flicked her ears nervously at his tone.
"Jayfeather, let me explain." The former medicine cat said, her ears flattening on her skull. She needed to explain what had happened. Why Squirrelflight had lied for her. She sighed as he spoke no more. She couldn't force this on him, even she knew that. Leafpool sighed as she left the den, glancing at Brambleclaw. Jayfeather had grown up to be like the brown tabby, maybe her kits wouldn't blame him. He hadn't known and he had left Squirrelflight because of it. She knew her sister could see that he had grown to have affection for the dark cream known as Rosepetal.
Oh StarClan, how would she ever fix this?
[ Mousewhisker ] - [ The Clearing ] - [ 30 moons ]"Bumblepaw, pay attention." Mousewhisker scolded the gray tabby with a sharp tone. "Come on, show me your best hunter's crouch. If your lucky you might even catch something today." Even though in any other season that would have been true, the prey had grown scarce and he was just trying to instill encouragement.
Bumblepaw gave an audible huff as he did his best to do as his mentor told him, his long-furred tail lashing as he redid his form. This time getting it correct.
