 It's official  I can only hope they tie it in well and offer a good RC story in the future. I really hope this SE will be worth it, then, and not just something that could've easily happened in a novella. Say your prayers now.... he's kicking the bucket.. 😭 |

Hopefully, since there aren't a lot of holes in Graystripe's life to fill, they'll write a good character-driven SE about everything he's been through. I suspect that his relationship with Silverstream will play a biiiiiig part of it, likely with them reuniting in StarClan at the end (though I hope Millie isn't left out in the cold).

Wow...I can't believe I called that. I'm pretty convinced Graystripe is going to die now because of the new arc's events, dang. This is...kinda sad. The last original apprentice...I don't know how I'm going to handle this. Like, I'm really excited to see? Maybe he stands up to FakeBramble? And gets executed for it? Or he discovers something and they try to silence him?? Or maybe he dies saving another cat??? Good god, I'm actually scared but invested in how this is gonna go. |

At this point, I just hope this one will actually be good. Ever since BrS, the SEs have been a massive disappointment for me so far (well, except MFV, but that one I'm more neutral on than anything). As for Graystripe, I wouldn't be surprised if he finally did kick the bucket soon, and if that's the case, then hopefully his death won't be anticlimactic.

It's kinda sad, I like SE's because they used to usually show PoV of other clans or pre Firestar clan life. Well, CT and HJ were amazing so I will give this one a chance, it will probably show how Millie dies as well.

After everything this guy has grown through in life, watching his first mate die, losing two kits, watching another leave him forever, being ripped away from his Clan, watching his peers die off...they seriously killed off his second mate before him?! And it has not been mentioned at all in AVS! Man, this poor guy has suffered terribly. At least give him a good death, Erins, I beg of you. |

I knew something would probably go down for Graystripe, because he gets a few scenes, and also particular ones of him seemingly suspicious of fake!Bramble. Super Editions shouldn't be used on cats we already know pretty much everything about. However, I've recently decided to start looking at this in a positive light as much as I can, since we're gonna get it anyways. Whether we want it or not. Cherith wrote Hawkwing's Journey, which is one of my all time favorite Super Editions, so I got hope for this one. |

The negativity in this thread disgusts me can you blame us? Super Editions shouldn't be used on cats we already know pretty much everything about. Why not? A lot of people love these characters we 'already know everything about' for that exact reason, we've spent so much time with them and they're some of our favorite characters. Besides, it's not like there's a limit to how many super editions there can be in total; if people want a RiverClan SE they can just wait for one. I'm sure we'll get one eventually. Also, they acknowledged the fans' want for more non-ThunderClan-centric books in the email. |

I love the idea of Graystripe getting an SE, since he's an important character to the series, and has done A LOT of stuff, I mean, if Crowfeather can get an SE, why not Graystripe? I just wish it had been Reedwhisker first, because this is breaking the combo. You know?

Also, I don't like Hawkfrost, but I hope he eventually gets a novella as well eventually, since all of Tigerclaw's other kits (minus Tadpole) has gotten an SE or a novella. |
