Hello and welcome to "A tribe and a clan". This is just a simple planning page for ʀᴀɪɴʟᴇᴀғ 🍁 and I to brainstorm and create our clan and tribe. Rain is in charge of the Clan whereas I have taken on the Tribe. This is a private planning page using an invite only system. If you are not invited, please do not post here. However, if you wish to join in, please include both of us [ Rain and Ross ] in a PM with you asking to join. If we do not allow it, please do not take it as we aren't letting you join, but just as that we don't require help. But if you are pre-invited, then feel free to post. If you want to say you like an idea, then feel free to post. But do not try to help us plan without and invite. Thank you!

At the moment, we will not be accepting helpers. Instead, we will be asking individuals to help us come up with ideas and complete tasks. If you have not been asked to help us plan, please do try to put your opinions in. While we appreciate forum members posting support for the overall idea, too many cooks in the kitchen can make a project messy and we plan to keep it small so the overall completed product is one Rain and I really enjoy. With that said, we also ask that no one attempt to claim positions until Rain and I have claimed our positions and allowed any helpers we invite to claim their own positions as well. We also ask that if you are going to ask someone to come back to a role-play, ask that person in a private message and do not post on this page. Any ideas on this page were made up by the future staff of this role-play and any copying will result in a report being sent in to the forum staff. You're welcome to make a Tribe or Clan of your own but not if you have copied from us.

If we have invited you to help, please keep focused on the tasks and not "personal" tasks. This means character discussions should wait until after we have the meatier part of the role-play discussed and written out. First, we have to decide what we want and what we don't want in the role-play. We will go from big to small. The details will be put in as we go. Also keep in mind that while we may be developing a Clan and a Tribe, both will be posted, and Rain will be in charge of the Clan and I the Tribe. For now, our priority will be the Clan and Tribe. Please keep in mind that what Rain and I say is the endgame. We will be the co-admins of this role-play and we will discuss major ideas. There will be times for a majority vote, but we do want to make it clear about the fact that this is something Rain and I want to create with some help. Please, just because you have asked to help or been invited to help, do not expect high ranks or a moderator role for the roleplay's either.

Once we have completed the very basic ideas of certain objectives, the complete description or section of that task must be completed by the deadline provided. We understand school will be starting soon, and now is the time to get the major and very important tasks completed. There have been some ideas already come up that gives us a good idea of the basics to work off of. If you need an extension, just ask. If you become busy and can't complete a task, then let us know and post what you have, we can reassign the task to someone that has more time. While we want to complete this in a reasonable time frame, this shouldn't stress anyone out and it shouldn't make anyone feel like they can't do anything else but this. Your health matters and if you have to take a break, we understand. We want to work smarter, not harder. Communication is key. Most deadlines are a TBA and will be added once we sort out who is working on what.

If you wish to participate in the following Tribe and Clan, feel free to PM both Rain and I in one message asking if you could possibly pre-join or ask if you can help. Be thoughtful of everyone and their ideas, do not exclude anyone. But remember, the final says come down to Rain and I as we are the leaders and co-admins of the clan and tribe, thank you! Please do not take anything off of this page, from the layout to the information, as everything belongs to those posting on this thread, thank you!
