Hello there! If you've stumbled across this thread and have taken an interest, thank you! This idea is based off of the movie American Ultra, and I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it yet c: I kindly ask for you to be a literate, advanced, and dedicated roleplayer. No, you don't need twelve paragraphs per post, but give me enough so I have something to work with ^^ I only ask for a few posts a week, nothing too major. We all have our own lives outside of this website.
Other than that, carry on to the plot below!

Alright, the plot I have isn't as intricate as I would like, but it would leave some creative wiggle room for you!
This will take place in the dreary, rainy, little town of Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Muse B is new to the town, having just recently moved over due to some events he prefers to keep unknown. Muse A has lived there for a while now and takes Muse B under her wing when she spots the newbie trying to get into his apartment (and failing). They become the closest of friends, and more (it'd add on to the plot) when a mysterious lady approaches Muse B at his job and says some words that he doesn't recognize. He leaves his job early, his mind confused and addled. Upon entering his apartment, Muse B is attacked by two people clad in full black. Something clicks in Muse B and he's able to beat them in a few seconds. Freaking out and not knowing what to do, he calls Muse A for her help. She helps him get rid of the bodies, quite mysteriously, and urges Muse B to go on a sudden road trip with her.
The plot twist, however, is that Muse B was an experiment of the government, the only successor of a failed program. When Muse B was younger, he was caught doing some illegal stuff and was thrown into jail, given the death sentence in a few months. There, the government found the perfect candidates for the program and removed their identities from the face of the Earth. Since Muse B was the only successful experiment, the project was cancelled. Muse B's memories of the past were depleted and he was given a new identity. You can determine what his experimental qualities are. The lady that came to him before was the creator of that said program, wanting to initiate the process inside him with a few code words. It worked, he just never knew. Muse A is his handler, assigned by the CIA to make sure the sequences inside him were never started and he never caused any civilian harm. She was pulled back from the mission a few months ago, but never returned to Headquarters and complete the job. At some point, Muse B will learn about Muse A's identity and immediately feels betrayed, feeling as if her emotions towards him had been a lie. And from then on, is up to you!

I don't mind typing up a character description or just describing along the way. That's up to you! And I hope it's alright I roleplay a female character, I haven't used one in a one on one for a while and I need to rub the dust off my female characters ^^;

What would be their age range?
Also since you said in the description that she had be to sure he didn't cause civilian harm and stuff, does that mean that since the powers were initiated, does he have control over them at all? ))

{{ I'm guessing maybe mid-twenties? And, well, sort of. She only stands watch to make sure he adjusts to life properly. He doesn't know he has them, so when he uses them on instinct, it's a surprise. Later on, he'll probably be able to control them. In the beginning, it's all a mess for him. }}
