(well, new projections show the hurricane not even really touching us anymore, so I might be in the clear.)
(Also, if we go with the possession plot line, the entity, Invictus, essentially coexists with the person inside their mind. The way invictus controls them is through emotional manipulations, for example, when Avocato was possessed, Invictus focused on his insecurities of being a bad father and twisted him to make him think that Gary was stealing little Cato away and turning his own son against him, not looking after him when they thought Avocato was dead. If a character does get possessed, the best way to portray it is by taking whatever their emotional weakness is, and focusing on it until it consumes the character in that one emotion.)

Cops were easy in his experience; despite being a hub for organized crime, the Port Mafia had a good deal of the city of Yokohama under its thumb. Police officers weren't able to do much again. As Little Cato went on, though, he seemed to be spouting nonsense, like something from a sci-fi story. "Never heard of any of that. We're all from way different worlds, I think. I mean, in my world-" he said, glancing down at Little Cato. "Cats don't talk." (btw i understand he's like an alien that looks like a cat - not an actual cat - but chuuya doesnt) |

Bolin Jr felt extremely awkward, never in his life would he ever think of trying to think of tricking the Republic City officers, I mean okay there was one time he tricked his Uncle Mako but there was an emergency and they needed something from the jail house.

Little Cato stopped for a moment and, with a deadly serious look in his eye, corrected Chuuya. "First off, I'm not a cat. I'm a Ventrexian." Lightening up a bit, however, he added, "Now, by different worlds, do you mean different dimensions? I know that there's a way to time travel by creating a separate branch on the timeline so you can change what you want without creating a paradox, but the only ship with that kind of technology was destroyed. It would explain why neither of you have heard about any recent events. It's possible that my past is your future, or possibly not even your future at all. Your timelines might be so different from mine that what has happened might not ever occur."
(That "i'm not a cat, I'm a Ventrexian" line is what Avocato said to Gary shortly after they met. Just thought I'd add that in there for fun)

It's probably different dimensions or something," thought the man aloud, his words a bit more rambly than normal. Separate dimensions... there were people with similar abilities to something like that in his world, but he'd never been in an entire parallel space like this. With distaste on his face, Chuuya couldn't help but wonder if the entity inside him, Arahabaki, was part of why he was brought into some situation like this. "You seem to deal with this type of thing a lot."

"Not really. Someone that I know is from an alternate timeline. She was trying to save someone, jumping from timeline to timeline for twenty years, until she finally succeeded." He let out a sigh before carrying on. "I sorta tried to hijack her ship to save my father, but I accidentally triggered the self destruct sequence. I used to think about that a lot. Going back in time to save my dad, I mean." Looking ahead, Little Cato spotted what seemed to be the outline of a person up ahead. "Look." He pointed at the figure. "Let's see if they can help us."

Bolin Jr's head was definitely spinning with the talk of different dimensions and timelines and worlds and whatnot, "I swear no one's ever going to believe me when I tell them where I've been and who I met. They'll be like Bolin the Satomobile was just invented how many years ago and you're talking about space travel" he laughed at the last part
At the mention of another person Bolin Jr lit up and started to hurry forward, "Hopefully they're a little friendly like y'all I mean friendly as in I'm not dead yet"
