hello :> i'm calypso, but since i don't think it's super dangerous to go by our real-life names on the internet anymore, you can call me tara if you want! i was a longtime user on the original warrior cats forums YEARS AND YEARSSS ago. i made an account on here a while back, but life got pretty hectic & i unfortunately didn't have the free time to get to know the community. but recently i've had a lot more time on my hands, & got the intense urge to roleplay some good ole warrior cats!! so here i am. pls don't be shy i am uber friendly & ready to meet some warriors fans !! <3
also: my stupid macbook keyboard has a bunch of broken keys so i apologize in advance for slow replies it's hard to type :-(

Cool! What are your interests? TV shows? Books? Music? So forth? i’d say music is my biggest interest at any point in my life! i’ve been heavy into alternative since middle school. mgmt & the strokes are some of my favorites. <3 but i also love a lot of mainstream rap oddly enough lol. how about you? ima skip over tv shows cuz there’s nothing popular i’m super into right now :/ oh i am absolutely obsessed with the “his dark materials” (the golden compass) series if you’ve ever read them! but my main hobby has & will forever be art! maybe i’ll be brave enough to post on the art forms this time around |

I like all sorts of music, so I'm always looking for suggestions! I tend to listen to whatever is on the radio or what Spotify throws at me. I tend to actually just cycle through all the genres. Thanks to my mother's influence, most of my recommendations are pop, rock, and country. But I'm always trying to expand and I have ... so many different languages and genres peppered in there that I'm looking to expand. I actually don't have a lot of rap, but I have a tooooooooon of alternative (I'd just need to find it. I know I have it, but my list of music is bordering on 1,000 songs at this point.) Pfft. Popular? Me? I mean, I'm into a bit of popular shows. But I actually have literally watched every single show my parents ever loved. Which means I'm actually more familiar with just about anything black and white. But I ask about TV shows too, because I'm also watching 21st century generation shows too. I've read them! I really like The Golden Compass and the Subtle Knife! Have you read the newest book? I haven't gotten to yet.  I hope to see your art! I too am very into it. I don't have anything recent that's finished other than some Art Fight pieces however. Currently I'm working on a picture of one of my cat OCs as well as something from an Off-Topic Rping story. |

You're sorted onto a team (in this case, this years team was Dream vs. Nightmare) and then you can 'attack' (draw art for other people on the opposite team for points) or 'friendly fire' (draw art for people on your own team for 0 points). Then those people you attacked/friendly fired can 'revenge' and turn around and draw your characters. It's like a very large game for art trades. The team with the most points wins (and get a badge). But a lot of people participate to improve their art (I learned a lot about colored pencil this last time), draw for other people and make them happy (I drew over 100 piece of finished art ), and get art for themselves (I got some stunning pieces of my OCs). It happens during the month of July. But throughout the year they have activities on their discord. Either way, it's really fun! And I've been posting some stuff in the Art Forum! I can link you to some of it if you'd like! |

Thank you so much! I'm happy to hear it!  Pfft. I did that Inktober of 2017. But in 2018 I just did as many as possible to cheat. Just cause I wanted to work on art with pens. Can't say I ever officially did it according to the 'rules'. And I'll go post something in Planning Pages and tag you and we can go from there! I only just got back. |
