Stormy yawned, asking Cally "So, what do you do? Are you a merchant or something? Though you look more like a fighter. Ooh, are you a mercenary?" She smiled curiously at her.
Babari huffed. "They tend to think we take our titles too seriously. That good fighting is something we're automatically impressed by." Thalassa nodded in agreement, saying "Countless suitors have approached me boasting only of their combat skills."

Cally hesitated, rubbing the back of her neck as she said, “I’m a hunter actually.” She said, “and so far it’s proven to have quite the generous pay.” She said, especially with the extra loot she could get her hands on.
Necromancer snorted, “see? This is exactly why I tend to stay away from the crowds. That way I won’t have any commoners trying to seduce me with their fortunes and skills.” He joked.

Stormy blinked. "Oh? Well hopefully you're one of those good hunters then. There used to be tons of bad human hunters running around. Either they were all caught or driven into hiding."
Thalassa hummed at that, and Babari said "Well, I still think you could do with some sort of companion. Maybe even get a pet or something at least." He snorted in amusement at that before looking as the fight ended.

“Yes, I’ve heard of many other hunters like the ones you speak of. I at least try to be one of the good ones.” Cally said with a small shrug.
“I guess it all depends on what I decide to do in the future. I’m not really sure I’m even ready for the responsibility of caring for another. Pet or mate. Or both!” He joked, “I’ll be ready when I’m actually interested in someone.”

Stormy smirked. "I bet you'll end up being one of the best hunters around! Maybe you'll even get to speak with Gregorz or Korg!" She then sighed. "Hopefully you don't go picking hunts that are too much for you though."
Babari laughed in amusement, and Thalassa said "Well, when you're ready you're ready. I just hope you end up with someone who treats you right. You've always been the more isolated out of the Warmasters. You deserve someone."

Cally smiled brightly at her words, “thank you!” She said before shaking her head, “don’t worry. I’m not that eager for work, and I’m not naive. I know how to pick and choose my battles.” She said. “What about you?”
Necromancer smiled a little, “I’m sure I will gently. And I hope you two find your matches as well.”

Stormy shrugged a little. "Oh, I work at a place caring for older monsters. You know, the ones that don't live forever and don't age well. Some of them can barely take care of themselves anymore, so I help them." She smiled a little at that. "Not as exciting as hunting though."
Thalassa nodded with a small smile. "Though who knows? Maybe we'll relax a little more than usual at this supposed party happening after. And thank goodness it isn't held by the commonfolk, not that I mind their parties. They're just not events I can go to anymore, not that I miss them either."

Cally nodded, “that’s good. It’s good that you’re doing your part. I bet you meet a few interesting characters on the job.” She said with a small laugh.
Necromancer sighed a little, “I for one am looking forward to just drinking and relaxing for once.” He said, “let’s just hope tonight goes smoothly.”

Stormy smiled proudly. "Interesting is a word for it. They're all nice except a few choice ones, but it's not exactly an easy job or a clean one. I enjoy it though. I don't really see myself hunting anyway." Eventually after a few more matches, her friend's team came out again.
Thalassa nodded. "Let's just make sure to not head up to that fabled "third floor"... I hear quite a lot about it." She snorted as Babari waggled his eyebrows, the dwarf saying "You two just don't know how to have fun."

“Well, good for you.” Cally said, looking back to the battlefield, cheering loudly for Stormy’s friend.
Necromancer snickered a little, “maybe once we get drinking we’ll pay a visit.” He said while looking to Thalassa, “we probably won’t get many other opportunities to just have fun after all.”

Stormy smiled widely before cheering as well, waving and cheering while ignoring the looks she got.
Thalassa smiled a little before looking back at her staff. "I do suppose I could go and take a look if you two are up to it. And drunk enough. These two will have to let me go if I order them to keep to themselves and leave me be for a while." She gave them a look, the two finding sudden interest elsewhere.

Cally smiled at her new friend’s enthusiasm. She looked to her other side to see Criss calmly watching. She then went back to cheering herself.
Necromancer chuckled, “honestly you deserve a little freedom. And you want have to worry, Babari and I have got your back.”

Stormy winced as Aya's opponent, a huge Musu, coiled around her and was practically starting to drown her with water as waves of it were fired at her face point-blank.
Thalassa smiled triumphantly at her staff, saying "Well then, it is settled. Just the three of us will go, but what we do once we get there is up to us I suppose. Let's just try not to have anyone whisk us away in our drunk state. The last thing we need is to end up apart of some monster's fantasy." She tsked in distaste, but only because she knew that they'd end up that way if they drank a little too much. "Let's not get drunk off our asses either."

Cally tensed a little as she watched, “come on..” she said softly.
Necromancer raised an eyebrow, “at least you’d have two little minions to help walk you out if you need it.” He said, glancing towards the other two with a small snicker.

Unfortunately, the Ao Loong was also being suffocated by the coils and eventually passed out, leaving the Musu to uncoil and help his companions.
Babari smiled mischeviously. "Maybe you'll find someone to help walk you out, hm~?" He laughed as Thalassa glared at him and rolled her eyes.

Cally huffed, glancing to Stormy to see what she thought.
Necromancer looked to Babari, “funny that you aren’t saying that about yourself too. After all, you seem a lot more desperate than I.” He teased.

Stormy sighed, but said hopefully "Maybe the remaining two can win the fight? It's possible..."
Babari scoffed. "I have experience with parties. You'll probably get pulled aside as soon as you set foot there."

“Yeah, it certainly is.” Cally said, though three against two was not good odds in this circumstance.
Necromancer snorted, “maybe I should lead them on and then totally reject them afterwards. That should be fun.” He said. He wasn’t planning on getting wasted or anything so he would still be semi alert.

Unfortunate the team lost, and Stormy sighed. "Well, they tried at least. This was their first tournament though anyway."
Babari rolled his eyes. "You probably have no game whatsoever." Huffing, he watched the two teams clear out. Thalassa sighed, saying "We have to all get there first to find out what actually happens."

“They did really good for their first tournament.” Crissandre said, and Cally nodded in agreement. “Hopefully Fatid and Remiel’s team will do good.” Cally said, “if they win you can totally come with us to the party.”
Necromancer shrugged, “so I can practice when it doesn’t really matter.”

Stormy smiled at that. After watching some more fights, Fatid's team eventually showed up. They looked around as the other team came out, and they admittedly looked a little wary. The first member out was Thundhare, drifting out using Levitation. The second was Frostwrath, the icy dragon chattering softly. They were mostly concerned with the third one though; Dunn Ra. Well over twenty feet tall, probably twenty one or two, with a muscular build, huge wings and armor. She stared down at the trio, who looked amongst themselves. (Thundhare, basically the Easter Bunny but he hurts people XD) (Frostwrath, he's a mix of ice and flesh) (Dunn Ra, protector of the free and the Pharaohs who are all dead af and she's trying to find a new one)

Cally cheered as she saw her friends. She looked excited for the match to start, but also nervous at the same time. Criss also watched on with interest, cheering as well just for the fun of it.

Fatid and Remiel were the first to move, and Ra reared onto her hindlegs before stomping her paws downward and a small green wave flooded out from her paws. As her two teammates attacked, barrages of lightning and ice respectively, the other team had to spend half their time dodging and evading just to get close to Ra, because her Taunt spell basically forced their brain to dictate any "single-target" attacks be aimed at her, like a unique type of possession. Remiel was the first to get close, but she stooped and extended her wing to cause the angel to go flying. Fatid was having better luck, grunting as the area suddenly flooded with toxic green gas, causing the other team to try and get out of range.

Cally cheered as they did, but felt a little panicked when she saw Remiel go flying. She turned her attention back to the fight though just as Fatid sent out the gas cloud.

Fatid headed toward Ra, tentacles wrapping around a hindleg and yanking. The leg gave out, but her wing literally just smacked him to the ground before her tail swished out and hit him too, causing him to let go. Ra proceeded to spin and smack him into the wall with her tail, while Frostwrath tried to catch Faugnar with an ice blast.

Remiel had summoned his sword again, swinging it and causing a blast of fire to be sent toward Dunn Ra. The huge monster held up a wing to block the flames, but that allowed Remiel to get close and fly up. He then rammed his sword into the joint of her wing, causing her to bellow in rage and tear so he fell off.

Thundhare drifted up to remove the sword, tossing it aside. The fight continued for a while, Fatid's team trying to wear Dunn Ra down. The green gas from earlier was beginning to take toll though, as the opposing team started finding it harder to breathe.
