Remiel laughed, and Fatid shrugged while saying "Well, since I literally can't get drunk, I suppose we can go up to the higher levels and I'll be able to make sure you all don't do stupid shit. Though I think Remiel will keep you company just fine."
Babari snickered as he led them straight to the bar. "We'll stay on the second floor for now. You two are still sober." Thalassa rolled her eyes before seeing about ordering a drink.

Cally giggled, “you two can be like my body guards.” The thought of protection suddenly made her remember something, “are.. any dogs here?” She asked, suddenly a little nervous. If she was drunk, or even tipsy, without a weapon she wouldn’t stand a chance of defending herself.
“And so are you, but I think that’s a good thing. No one wants to have to deal with you when you’re drunk.” Necromancer teased before ordering a drink for himself.

Remiel smiled at that, before frowning when Cally asked about dogs. "Ah, I'm sure there are somewhere, but most of them will probably be on the first floor with all the other snobs."
Babari grumbled. "You mean no one wants to have to have fun." Thalassa scoffed. "Not everyone likes short men. You're literally a midget." Well, to monsters anyway, as the average height was six or seven feet.

Cally nodded before checking around still just in case. “Fatid we honestly should have just said that I belonged to you in our first encounter with that disgustingly terrifying dog. He might have backed off then.”
Necromancer almost spit out his drink, laughing once he swallowed. “Ooooo Thalassa is sassy tonight.” He teased, “but it’s true. Though I’m sure many of these females will still have a quick screw just to say they did it with a Warmaster.”

Fatid grunted. "Then Carlo the Creep would've kept bothering me to invite me to auctions. He knows I have the money." He then tilted his head. "Plus, I don't want people thinking you're owned. Lie or not."
Thalassa smiled a little before taking another drink. Babari just grumbled again, saying "Doesn't mean we should pass that up. Some of these female are pretty-" He then looked over as someone walked up. Little Mercurius, the five-foot fox sauntering up and smiling charmingly up at Necromancer before saying "So, I couldn't help but notice you here all alone." Thalassa arched a brow as the fox seemingly didn't want to acknowledge her or even Babari as he continued "You need someone to keep all the idiots away and, well, here I am."

Cally sighed, “if I see them I’ll just disappear into the crowd.” She said simply. Criss looked to her, “I think you’ll be alright though. We all have your back if anything happens.”
Necromancer looked to the fox, then to his friends. He then smiled, “that is the kindest thing. I saw you fighting earlier. You were impressive. Please, join us.” He said with a fake look of interest.

Remiel and Fatid nodded in agreement with Criss, saying "Come on, we came here to have fun so let's not worry about it too much for now."
Thalassa stared deadpan at Necromancer, slightly annoyed he'd humor the fox in any way. As Mercurius found a spot, Babari said bluntly "Didn't you get out in the first rounds?" Mercurius sniffed, saying "That's up to speculation, but I was still amazing, wasn't I? According to your nice friend here."

Cally smiled, “okay. Right, let’s go.” Cally said before going to head up to the second floor.
Necromancer sighed, already knowing he might have made the monster way too confident, “Don’t get too confident.” He reminded the fox. He looked to Thalassa and shrugged.

Remiel and Fatid walked with their friends up to the second floor. Fatid arched a brow when he noticed Mercurius being a pest as usual, snorting as he went to go find another area to sit.
Mercurius smiled sheepishly. "Me, too confident? I'm the most humble guy ever! Yeah, I can totally be that guy." Babari rolled his eyes, grunting "He likes girls. Go away." Mercurius' ears drooped a little at that, but he maintained his cheesy smile while saying "Well, any lady would be pretty darn lucky, hm?"

Cally didn’t recognize the Warmasters since she had never seen them. And during the tournament she didn’t get a good look at them. She went to go get drinks for everyone after asking what they wanted.
Necromancer sighed, feeling bad for how bluntly Babari let him him down. He gave Babari a look before saying, “you wouldn’t want me anyways. I mean look at me. And plus I live in a basement.” He said with a small smile.

Fatid and Remiel waited with Criss as Cally went to get drinks. Drunk males were already eyeing Criss, and Fatid grumbled.
Mercurius sniffed. "Looks are only part of it, and you look good. And I like tall guys too." He offered another charming smile, and Babari sighed. Thalassa just watched with amusement, watching the fox still try to flirt despite Babari's little attempt at deterring Mercurius.

Criss huffed, “it’s okay.” She said while smiling a little towards Fatid. “Let’s just hope they decide to keep to themselves tonight.”
Necromancer tilted his head, “oh? Well, being with a Warmaster takes a lot of work and backlash from the public.. unless said Warmaster is with another high up monster of course.” He then raised an eyebrow, “though I’m sure you already have a few suitors to occupy yourself with. There are plenty of tall monsters here.”

Fatid huffed. "They could at least try to be a little more secretive about it." He growled at some of the males looking over, and they scurried off.
Mercurius huffed. "Are there tons of snobs bothering you cause of your status? Because I can, like, totally get rid of them. A big, strong guy like me will make sure to keep all of those jerks away!" He seemed proud of himself despite Babari and even Thalassa bursting into laughter.

Criss giggled a little at this, “now I understand why Cally trusts you to protect her. You do make a good body guard.” She teased. “I’m honestly surprised no girl has fallen for you yet I mean, they like when their man is kind and protective.” She said.
Necromancer chuckled before saying, “if you’d like to try and keep them away then be my guest.” He said, “just don’t get hurt.” He said. He wouldn’t want him to be hurt for a stupid reason like this. He looked towards his friends before saying, “tell me Mercurius, are you only after me because of my status? I think I’d i were some other monster you wouldn’t as interested.” He said, “tell me the truth. I can sense when you’re lying.”

Fatid snorted. "Looks are what people look for these days mainly. Or status." He then sighed. "People say there's someone for everyone though, so I'm hoping."
Mercurius shrugged. "I may be one of the best poets and messengers ever. Like, the best, just saying, but I don't get a lot of attention. I mean, I think I'm nice? I'm not desparate though, I swear!" He smiled sheepishly.

“Well, I personally like someone who is kind and protective. But maybe that’s just because I have a higher status already?.. I don’t know.” She said, “that’s why I’ve never ended up with any of these desperate men who ask me out. They’re only being kind because of my status. She then looked as Cally brought their drinks back.
Necromancer sighed a little and ordered another drink. He then said to Mercurius, “our mission here is to supposedly get drunk and have fun. Maybe if you stick around me the time will come for you.. or maybe not. Depends on who else I fancy.” He said. Unlike what Babari said, he was into both girls and guys.

Fatid shrugged. "Half of them would try to get you under their thumb. Some idiots get off on that, I suppose." He then looked as Cally came back, thanking her as he took his drink. Remiel thanked her as well.
Mercurius huffed a little. "The drunker people get, the more likely they'll come over here and be jerks. Just remember little ol' Mercurius was polite!" He smiled to himself, ordering something light mainly due to his size. Babari grunted, whispering "You really should stop encouraging him. He's annoying." Thalassa shrugged, finding his annoying presence funny. At least he was trying to be polite like he said.

Cally sat next to Remiel saying to Fatid jokingly, “hey Fatid, you should get yourself out there tonight.” Criss raised an eyebrow and looked to Fatid.
Necromancer chuckled, “okay.” He said, “at least you’re polite. That’s why I’m allowing you to stick around for now.”

Fatid snorted at Cally. "I don't do the partying part of partying. Mostly because I can't get drunk, and fooling around with drunkards isn't something I prefer to do." He sighed. "You should though. You'd be able to have more fun than me."
Mercurius smiled widely, but frowned when Babari asked Necromancer "Are you sure it isn't because you pity him?" Whether the fox would admit it or not, Necromancer was so far out of his league that it was laughable to watch the poet try and woo him. The fox sniffed "Hey, he said I'm polite!"

Cally sighed but then nodded, “I’ll probably get out there sometime tonight.” She said.
Necromancer chuckledanf then sighed, “he’s better than the ones who come up to us just blatantly asks to snog us. I’d rather have him around than one of them.”

Remiel chuckled, saying "You should, though I'd like to think I'm better company~"
Thalassa snorted at that. "At least you're getting some sort of attention. I'd rather have that than getting stared at by creepy drunks, which is what's been happening for the most part."

Cally giggled, “much better company~” she said. Criss sighed and smiled towards the two before looking like Fatid, “so, looks like we’re third and fourth wheeling pretty hard, huh?
Necromancer snorted, “you show me where those b*tches are and I will make sure they don’t look at you in any sort of creepy way.” He growled. “They need to learn respect.” He nudged Mercurius, “right?”

Fatid chuckled. "Yeah, but you'd have no problem finding company of your own even here, but hopefully not with some random drunkard who just wants some one-nighter."
Thalassa chuckled, saying "Well look, the ones that heard you all scurried off." She then looked as Mercurius was spoken to, the fox saying "Yes! It's disrespectful to just eye-grope people."

“But I don’t want to find company with the people partying. They’re all drunk or at least tipsy.” Criss said with a small eye roll.
Necromancer looked proud of himself, “my new buddy here and I will double team anyone who mistreats m’lady.” He said.

Fatid chuckled. "Better time spent than sitting here alone with me. Surely Remiel and Cally will run off at some point, or at least split off to go dance or something."
Thalassa looked amused at both the comment and at Mercurius' hopeful expression at being called "buddy." "I'm sure you two will do so-" She then looked up as a Skipples showed up, looking out if breath as she took a moment, wheezing. Perhaps she ran there?

Criss shrugged, “I beg to differ. I can be pretty crazy at parties but I only when I feel like it. Besides, I don’t want to be one of those monsters in front of the Warmaster.” She said, “besides, you make good company.”
Necromancer raised an eyebrow to the monsters but didn’t pay much mind to her. He drank another drink contently.

Fatid smiled a little at Criss before looking over as Stormy ran in. Ugh, she better not bother the Warmasters. Shaking his head a little, he looked back to Criss.
Stormy caught her breath before looking up at the Warmasters, but she looked more worried than anything. "There's- down there's-" She had to keep panting a little until Babari told her to hurry up. The Skipples was finally able to speak, saying "I think- I think Ragnarok is downstairs." If the depictions she'd seen were correct, and judging by how fidgety people were when he'd come inside.

Criss had noticed too. As she overheard what Stormy said she looked a little worried, “hear that?” She asked Fatid softly. “Think she’s right?”
Necromancer suddenly burst into laughter, “He can’t be!” He said before looking to the two other Warmasters, “could He?”

Remiel and Fatid were too focused on Stormy now to respond, watching as the squirrel looked up at the Warmasters while saying "Well, black armor, big-ass eyeball. Floats around? He's talking with Galante all casual-like and everyone's too scared to leave though."
