Simple enough! Usually with Warriors Fan Clans, you'll go to the roleplay page and the first post is usually where all the information is included. Make sure you read over the rules!
There should either be a joining form or a link to a joining page, which is just for posting your forms.
For example, take the Clan I've made. I don't have a joining page but I do have a joining form on the first post, all you have to do is copy it and paste it in the reply box, fill it out, then post it to the page!
The same thing goes for joining pages, only you roleplay on a different thread from it.
