Wolfheart is a ragged grey-brown she-cat with yellow-amber eyes and a vicious range of scars all down her right side, from shoulder to flank. She's missing quite a bit of fur on her right side, being replaced with long-healed patched of scar tissue. Wolfheart is smaller than average, but stocky, with an irritable expression almost permanently pasted on her face. She has short, thick fur that, while ragged, is soft to the touch. Her tail is long, with a crick near the end from where it was broken in the same incident that scarred her.

Wolfheart, though fiercely loyal to her Clan and dedicated to helping her Clanmates, is a prickly, antisocial she-cat who's often bad-tempered and snappish. She hates being disturbed for no reason and will verbally tear you to shreds if you even think about disobeying her orders. Despite this, she can be patient and gentle, usually when dealing with the sick, kits and young Apprentices. She has a bit of a soft spot for Tumblepaw and was nearly ready to eviscerate Amberfern.

Wolfheart was born to an unusually large litter of seven. She was the runt and seemingly the weakest. However, her other siblings all died withing the next two days, leaving the tiny kit surrounded by others who had no hope that she would survive. But the impossible happened and Wolfheart clung to life with a stubborn determination and strength that saw her claw her way to health with the help of the current Medicine Cats, only to end up clinging to life once more as an Apprentice. Wolfheart started her training as a Warrior Apprentice, but was caught in a landslide that killed her mentor and left a badly wounded Wolfheart nearly dead just a moon into her training. She was found and nursed back to health, but switched to training as a Medicine Cat, finding out that she was naturally suited to the job.

Stormsong is a massive, fluffy silver tabby she-cat with bright green eyes. While she has quite the collection of scars from her time as a loyal and dedicated MistClan Warrior, the sheer volume of her long fur make them almost impossible to see. Stormsong towers over most of the cats in her Clan, both in height and volume, although she's not nearly as bulky as she looks under the fur. Most of her pelt is silver, with darker grey stripes, but her muzzle, throat and underbelly are all white.

Stormsong is a very motherly figure. Despite her intimidating size, she's very gentle and absolutely loves spending time with the youngest members of the Clan. She can sometimes get some friendly teasing from the other Warriors about how she's 'almost an Elder already' with how much she enjoys telling the kits stories. She's also incredibly protective of Wolfheart and dotes on the 'Entirely full-grown Medicine Cat! Will you stop, I can groom myself!', often being seen during times of sharing tongues cleaning the grumpy she-cat.

Stormsong had a fairly normal Apprenticeship and fell in love with then Stagpaw who was only two moons older than her. Even when they gained their Warrior names, the pair were practically inseparable. They were kind of an odd pair, with Stormsong nearly half-again the size of her mate, but they loved each other fiercely. It almost destroyed Stormsong when the majority of their first litter died, but with her surviving kit and Stagtail by her side, she recovered, though visibly more protective than before.

Tumblepaw is a small, short-haired, reddish-gold tabby tom with one bright green eye and only three legs. He's missing his right eye and right front leg. Tumblepaw is noticeably smaller than others his age, but it rarely seems to stop him from doing just as much as they do and trying his hardest to learn everything he can, as he wasn't even sure he would be allowed to become an Apprentice. He has a long tail, which he had a bad habit of falling over when he was a kitten, but has adjusted to as he's grown. Tumblepaw has had more training than most his age, as his father began working with him when he was still in the nursery to compensate for his difficulties. As a result, he already compensates pretty well in fighting and hunting.

Tumblepaw was always a bright, happy kit. He's not really bothered about being different, instead focusing on improving as much as he can. He really wants to be a Warrior and was thrilled when Shadowleap helped convince the MistClan counsel to give him a chance. He puts his all into every situation, determined to be the best Warrior has Clan has ever seen. He even has his eye on the Deputy position at his young age, no matter how many times others have told him it's impossible. He's very aware of what his mother did when he was small, but chooses to ignore any mention of her and focus on making his father proud.

Tumblepaw was born with his missing eye and leg. He was thin and rather sickly-looking, but it seemed like the only thing wrong with his health was that he was a little weaker than his siblings. However his mother, Amberfern, was horrified at the sight of him and completely rejected him. She refused to let the small tom anywhere near her despite the urging of the Medicine Cats, not even letting him feed in the first few crucial hours of life. Luckily another Queen came to his aid, letting Tumblepaw feed from her even though she had kits of her own. In the next few days the Queen continued to care for him, as Amberfern continued to reject him, spitting and hissing whenever the kit was brought anywhere near her. Shadowleap, though wanting to intervene, held himself back until he heard Amberfern refer to their son as 'Cursekit' and 'Ruinkit'. He put his paw down and demanded that he be allowed to move into the nursery to care for his son. He eventually named the small tom 'Tumblekit', for the way he always seemed to try and wriggle his way around, often tumbling over with a startled squeak. Shadowleap eventually took over the care of his other two kits when they were just five weeks old, when Amberfern left Camp to get some fresh air and was killed by a fox.

Shadowleap is a stocky, dark brown tom of average height with yellow-green eyes. He has medium-length fur that's much softer than you'd first think. At first glance Shadowleap looks black, thought it's just that his fur is such a dark shade of brown that you can only really see the true colour in direct sunlight which, with MistClan's weather conditions is a pretty rare occurrence. Being a relatively young Warrior with a fairly typical Apprenticeship, he doesn't have much in the way of scars, bar the small regular injuries that come from regular duties, though perhaps a few less than others his age given the time he spent in the nursery.

Shadowleap can seem like the typical stoic Warrior, but he's actually a pretty relaxed kind of guy, he just has a naturally emotionless face. It's when he's around his kits when you really see the difference and Shadowleap lights up. He's goofy, playful and very protective, but he also know when to be serious and is always ready to lend a helping paw or ear to any of his Clanmates. In fact, the only time the Clan has seen him angry is when he chewed out his former mate Amberfern in the middle of Camp, just before moving into the Nursery to care for their then unnamed kit himself. He doted on the small kit, eventually naming him Tumblekit and forming a strong bond with his son.

Shadowleap has a fairly typical life in MistClan, up until the day his mate Amberfern gave birth. The pair had practically grown up together and, while Amberfern had her faults he had believed her a genuinely kind-hearted and sweet cat and had fallen quite in love with her, delighting in the thought of starting a family. When Amberfern gave birth to their youngest kit, a small tom with only one eye and three legs, Shadowleap had been incredibly worried that kit wouldn't survive, but he never would have guesses Amberfern would just abandon him for dead, refusing to care for him. Still, Shadowleap thought it was a product of her fearing getting attached and loosing the small tom and she'd come around when he had gotten through his first few days. She didn't and eventually Shadowleap couldn't take it anymore and began caring for the kit himself, eventually taking his other two kits in to care for as well when their mother was killed by a fox.
