Flash Back Games (Closed)

Chuckling, Everest glanced back at other careers. Sure, they might rely on him at first, but he planned on taking them out sooner than he would someone like Amadrya, since they posed a more immediate threat. Of course, he wouldn’t tell his plan to anyone, but he knew he it was the best way to win the games. Turning his attention back the the sword, Everest said, “Well, learning now won’t help you in the arena. There’s not enough time for something as difficult as wielding a sword.” The weapon was heavy and required much upper arm strength that took years of practice to build up. “For you, I’d recommend honing the skills you already have. You have a decent throwing form, but your arm was too stiff when you were throwing, and that’s going to limit the strength and distance of your throw.” Letting a small smirk come to his face, he added, “You are right about one thing, though. There isn’t anything you could teach me that I don’t know.” Though it was a half brag, his words also rang true. There was nothing in regards to the games that he didn’t know.

(Question: do y’all think we should have guns in the arena? It could be interesting bc technically none of them should have ever touched a gun before, but I also don’t want to make killing too easy, ya know? Maybe just a few guns? Idk what do y’all think?)

I don’t mind a few, I could totally see one of my characters picking on up, and getting confused and ultimately killing themselves by accident?

That would be a hilarious yet tragic way to die.)

(I guess there’s no reason why guns wouldn’t work, as long as you had a way to keep them supplied with ammo and stuff. Cos obviously with bows and arrows you can retrieve your arrows so you don’t run out of ammo but with guns you can’t. I guess there’s also the thing of they might make things too easy for the people who managed to get their hands on them in terms of killing, but you could balance that out with their lack of skills and experience with guns so yeah. They could definitely work if you did wanna do that?

Also sparky and Dream, chaos and I were just talking about character deaths and stuff. If either of you guys want to claim to kill Amadrya or Macaria or have your characters be killed by them (or Burton), let me know. We also need someone to give Burton that scar on his cheek, it can be the person he faces off against in the final two or it can be a close call thing against another tribute.

We do need to figure out who’ll be in the final two with him but if we wanted we could just kind of see where it goes to see who ends up fighting him)

On another note, are we including the private sessions and scores at all, or is that up to us?

And are we doing the parade?

Last question here: When do we plan to start the games, I’m going to probably not be on much next week(I’ll be on vacation), so I’m just curious on how I should plan to get on if I can. Because I don’t want anything paused for me or anything.)
