Ari trudged onward through the city, watching the buildings gradually begin to diminish in size and splendor. He had been at this for hours, escaping the horrors of the Cornucopia. Escaping what awaited him there.
Amadrya. He had only looked back for a split second. He had only paused for a split second. And yet - in that very moment - he had seen his District partner lodge an axe into the back of a tribute. The image itself scarred him, but what was even more terrifying was the context of it.
Amadrya had done so to protect a career.

The young boy slipped around the blocks of the city. Occasionally, out of pure curiosity, he would explore into the depths of an interesting building or modern structure. It was as if, for a small moment, he wasn't in the Games at all. He was completely alone, wandering through an abandoned city.
He was a lone soul, rummaging through rubble and gathering materials that he found useful into his backpack.
The sound of cannons, however, was a stark reminder of his actual situation. He wasn't alone.
He was in the Hunger Games.
Shaking his head to clear his mind, Ari decided to take shelter inside of an awfully run down building. He circled around it first, noting that the easiest entrance would have to be climbed to. Almost grinning, he collapsed the staff into itself and hooked it onto his backpack. With slight hesitancy(he didn't want any rockfall to alert those around him), Ari scaled the side of the crumbling structure and scrambled inside of it.
There. Now he had a place to rest for the night. All he needed to do now was get to the top of this building. That way he would feel much more comfortable about sleeping.

Robin ran from the Cornucopia, her bow in hand, and her bag. She skunk away when the Careers were busy with others, and after she spotted a certain District 7 tribute leaving.
She trusted him, strangely enough, and knew he was smart. She would go, find him, with the intent of partnership, and if not.
It would be one less tribute to deal with. An arrow to the chest was a quick death.
Her gaze followed him, she stalked him, and when he started climbing, she hid. That is, until he entered the structure, and grabbed a piece of tiny rubble. She then threw it at where Ari entered hoping to gain his attention. She kept an arrow in hand, standing at ready.

Ari was just about to start his trek up the stairs of the colossal structure(the elevator hadn't looked promising) when a small rock flew into the hole he had just climbed in through. The piece of rubble scattered onto the floor harmlessly, yet it almost sent Ari into a coma.
He swung around violently at the sound, grabbing his staff and spinning it to expand the weapon.
I'm not alone.
Slowly, carefully, Ari made his way towards where he had entered from. Crouching to ensure that he wouldn't reveal himself in any way, Ari called out, "Who's there?" The words came out sharp, like a command. Hopefully, if it happened to be a younger tribute(or simply another solo one), he would be able to scare them off with his confidence.
Then again, that didn't explain the piece of rubble. It had warned him of their presence. So... either it was someone who hoped for him to stumble in front of the entrance so that they could shoot him... or... they genuinely didn't mean to hurt him.
Ari guessed the former.

Gus looked around unsure of where he was currently. He takes a moment to catch his breath and lets out a small laugh. He actually made it past the bloodbath! There might just be hope for him yet! "Now to avoid everyone and let them kill each other." He muttered before wandering over to a smaller building. He could take shelter there for a moment until he figured out what his next move would be.

Everest had waited patiently for Amadrya to join him up on the fourth floor perch, and when she finally grabbed the window ledge, he moved forward to help her, but realized that she didn't need it. Giving her a ghost of a smile as she finally looked up at him, he processed her words, hiding how impressed he was in her climbing feat. "Alright. let's get this room set up for a proper lookout, and then we can move on to the next building." The process had been easy. He trusted Amadrya, and the two made a great team who worked together seamlessly to accomplish their goal as efficiently as possible aka she was his dream girl. He tried to keep himself focused, but as he moved to unpack the supplies, he couldn't help but let his mind toy with the idea of finally meeting someone whom he didn't immediately hate to work with. He secretly prayed that the alliance would last longer than normal, as he was realizing that he wasn't quite ready to have to go into battle against this girl he had come to admire so much. But, he knew that the failure of the alliance was inevitable, and that eventually, he or Amadrya would have to die. He just couldn't dwell on that thought. Not without feeling a seed of anger be planted inside of him.

Robin snickered as he refused to reveal himself.
“I know you’re there,” she said, rolling her eyes. “I’m Robin, the girl from 12. I finished off your little attempt at kill8ng, poor guy was in pain,” she then tagged on, frowning slightly.
“You know, this I going to sound weird, but I’ve been watching you,” que her cringing, “like, talent wise,” she added, lamely.

everest when amadrya scales the building like its easy and hes practically in love but doesn't want to show it  everest casually shirtless when she comes up but he acts like nothing is out of the ordinary  everest when alessandro and maracia start flirting. again.  when amadrya suddenly kills alessandro and the career pack falls apart in .2 seconds  amadyra comforting everest after he tries to kill her
