I was thinking about it and heres some concepts I came up with: Buying things like a second avatar or more signature space or special money-only bought titles. These would be different from our contest winners avatars or our high-post count people because they would be one title only and unable to be changed unless you simply wanted to change it to the regular Kit-Apprentice-Warrior-Etc. titles. Badges! We need badgers. mushroom mushroomPerhaps if you reach a certain post count mark you could unlock the option to buy and use that title permanently? Ex: Someone being Santas Little Kitten for more than one post if they got enough mney to buy the title. What about a cat pixel under our avatar and a shop to buy pelts and eye colors and acessories to decorate them? I don't know if that would even be a thing proboards would be capable of though. But if it is sign me up to help because I'm good at pixels!!!
This would also perhaps spur people into using other boards of the forum more because more posts=more money towards their goals and people would also surely open things like banner shops create-a cats etc. for things they want.
I'm so bored of my cash just sitting there when it seemed like an idea that had real promise when it was first added and I'm sure other people feel the same.
Along with this, we might also be able to hold smaller events throughout the year that have big forum dollar prizes or special designed cat acessories and titles too. Which removes the pain of always wondering what exactly prizes are going to be for the next event because you can just default to those if nothing else.

I like these ideas. I’ll expand my reply when I have the time, but for the part of pixels and what not or drawings— we’d have to find someone (or multiple people) who would be willing to devote a bit of time to it. Plus I am not sure if we could pay them and it would be unfair that they don’t receive funds for their work.

Like I said, I'd be willing to help pixel and I have quite a bit of time on my hands as is. Real word money is nice so I wouldn't argue if you insisted but I also wouldn't care if I just did it for free.

I promised a reply, so here it is. - 2nd avatar bit: These are already contest prizes along with the colored username thing. I feel like it's a decent reward, but gets kinda old once you've got past them. - Signature Space: currently at 500 characters. However, there is a plugin that expands to 4000 characters, but I find this very unnecessary. It would take up a lot of space on threads and not to mention would be low-key annoying. - Badges: Do you mean like the ProBoards type that you buy with money or something completely different? - Cat Pixel: I don't have much experience with ProBoards' platform when it comes to the theme or coding. This would be up to Roswell & Felix. - Smaller Events: Speaking of which, I'm not sure if I should really do anything for Easter?? Since it's a religious holiday, I don't know how everyone else feels about it. However, I like the cat pixel idea and giving forum dollar prizes out. Obviously this would all take time to implement and get the ball rolling on, but knowing if the Cat Pixel idea is possible is one of the first steps. |

Scrap that idea then. - Different, something to maybe just have as a collection on your profile or similar to the achievements. Like something to show your favorite clan affiliation, cat/bear/dog, book, or part of the forums. Like if you post X amount of times in a section you can then buy a badge for that section maybe even rank those up like clan titles too and have them different colors ex: FanClan Kit(Wood)>FanClan Apprentice(Bronze)>FanClan Warrior(Silver)>FanClan Deputy(Gold)>FanClan Leader(Platinum) - @roswell Felix ??? owo - Seems a bit late to do much for Easter, but maybe we can celebrate Be A Millionaire Day by having contests in certain categories and the winner of each category gets a million forum bucks to get people more excited and engaged about having some kind of forum store or way to spend it. I see. So does that mean all the forum bucks people already have will go away?
If thats the case I may still make the pixel cats and extra badges one of my own projects. I have a bunch of things set aside for it already. I'll either dump them in art or we can figure out how else to impliment them in some capacity?
