I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'm genuinely interested to know others' opinions on (or defense for) their favorites. It seems like a great way to improve opinions on less popular books, and it may even be a reminder of forgotten gems. Can be any medium-- main series, manga, super editions, or novella.
For me, I'd probably say Fire and Ice. I recently re-read the original series, and this book really stuck out to me. Every scene contributes to characterization and plot development, and its writing is so crisp. I wish the Erins had studied the unique camaraderie, thematic cohesion, and compelling travel description of Fireheart and Graystripe's journey to find and restore WindClan when they wrote travel books like Outcast and The Fourth Apprentice.

forest of secrets is a big one for me. i love mysteries, so seeing fireheart crack down the case of what happened to redtail and oakheart was a lot of fun. tigerclaw being kicked out is probably the highlight of the book for me, plus silverstream's death. so much drama and chaos packed into one book, i loved it!
a dangerous path and the darkest hour are really close runner-ups. i'm just really in love with the prophecies begin in general.
as for the other arcs, i've always had this odd fondness for the sight, the fourth apprentice, and (of course), shattered sky, my favorite book in avos.
before any of the other arcs after tpb, though, crookedstar's promise is one of my favorites, with tallstar's revenge close behind

Midnight is my favorite Warriors book because that's when I was first introduced to my two favorite characters. And the traveling wasn't that bad.
