Snowfetaher was in her nest resting quietly. She wanted to sprint around the forest wanting to do action besides being a queen excepting kits.

Once he dropped his prey on the fresh kill pile, the tom purred delightfully and poked his head into the nursery. His eyes glowed with warmth as he saw his mate curled up in her nest. Without her noticing, Bramblestorm padded over and curled up around Snowfeather. One eye open, the other closed. |

Snowfeather felt some cat's fur press against her. The white queen opened her right eye to see Bramblestorm curled against her. Snowfeather's ears flicked and she lift her head to lick his forehead quickly. The queen smiled to him and purred to herself quietly.

The tom purred and curled his tail around his mate protectively, he whispered in her ear affectionately, "How are you?" He looked at the she-cats belly and hoped nothing was wrong. |

The queen fully opened her eyes and whispered back,"No, not really, except I was resting earlier, but don't worry you didn't disturb me." Snowfeather licked her fur softly and reapetedly.
