After walking for a few minutes Fireblaze found an area that would be good for hunting. "I think this is a good spot." He announced. "Let's split up and see what we can catch and regroup in a bit. Dawnpaw, follow me. Let's try in this grassy area over there." He flicked his tail in the direction.

Badgerfall got low in a crouch, and turned the opposite for the warrior and apprentice.
He lifted his nose to the air, and began to search for prey.

Fireblaze parted his jaws to taste the air and caught wind of a mouse. He looked forward and saw the small creature not too far from Dawnpaw. His stomach growled at the thought of such tasty prey but knew he must hunt for his clanmates first. "Why don't you try for that mouse there?" He suggested.

Badgerfall caught scent of a rabbit.
I'm up for a good chase. He thinks with a smirk.
Slowly creeping forward, he catches sight of the rabbit. It's ears swivel around, and it bursts into a run, Badgerfall on its tail.

Spottedpaw sniffed through the herbs in the medicine cat den. She sighed and flicked her ears, her tail moving slightly to wrap around her. She sniffed some more of the herbs before pulling a few of them to the side, noticing the difference in their scent.

(Okay, they dont have to have mentors right away if there isnt enough warriors.)
Stormpaw sat inside the camp, his eyes glancing around. His tail flickered occasionally, giving away just how bored he was. He stood up and paced around, hoping his mentor would be back soon enough for them to do some practicing today. He sighed and looked around, wanting to get out of the camp.

Well, you have a bunch of apprentices, and everyone mentors at least one of your cats, so yeah. xD ]
I've go Streamstar open at this moment, though. ]
Btw, I switched Streamstar with Rainheart for Snowpaw's mentor. ]
Dawnpaw nodded. She made sure she was downwind before she crouched down, her crouch slightly off. She silently stalked up to the mouse before shaking her haunches and leaping, landing on the mouse but almost letting it slip out of her paws. She quickly bit its neck and snapped it. She picked it up and padded over to Fireblaze. "How was that, Fireblaze?"
Cloudwhisper scented a thrush nearby, and she stalked it. She leaped up as it took off, and she hooked her claws into its wing. She brought it down and broke its neck, buried it, and moved on.

Spottedpaw padded out of the medicine cat den and gingerly sniffed the air. She turned her head some, flickering her ears before slowly walking to the fresh-kill pile. While she was used to being blind, it was still difficult for her to get around.
Rosepaw watched her sister. She wrapped her tail around her and put her head on her paws. She sighed to herself and glanced around.

Fireblaze gave a small smile and made his way up to his apprentice.. "Not bad." He commented. "The only thing I would watch out for is your form, it was a little off. The next time you crouch try and keep your weight more balanced like this." He demonstrated the move and then stood back up. "You're shaping up to becoming a great hunter Dawnpaw." He praised. "Why don't you see what else you can find on your own while I catch something?"

Rainheart gulped down the last bite of her fresh-kill, swiping her tounge around her jaws to clear any bits that might have stuck around. Standing up, she stretched her legs out and exhaled deeply. She saw Spottedpaw and Rosepaw from afar and waved her tail in greeting. Seeing the apprentices reminded her of her own and she headed over towards Rosepaw. "Hello." She greeted. "Have you seen Snowpaw?"

Badgerfall ran after his rabbit, leaping when he got closer enough.
He landed on the rabbits back, and pointed it down with his claws. The room quickly snapped is neck with his teeth, and buried it under a couple of leaves.

Snowpaw stretched inside her nest. She yawned and slowly padded out of the apprentice's den. She saw Rainheart talking to Rosepaw and realized that she woke up late.

Fireblaze trotted across the area, leaving his apprentice to catch her own prey. He soon spotted a sparrow and crouched down and slowly crept up towards it. Once close to it, he lept forward and brought it down, bringing his teeth to its neck. He then caught another bird that had been close. Sastified with what he had caught, he made his way back towards the meeting area. He saw Cloudwhisper sitting in the area and he waved his tail in greeting, mouth to full to talk. He set his catch next to her and looked admiringly at what she caught. "Looks like you had good hunting." He commented.
