Welcome to TidalClan! This has been a journey to put together; Sand and Bucky have been hard at work since late 2017 to piece this role play together, with the exception of some breaks in between, and we are proud to present to you our finished product! — Role Play Rules —follow all rules ☄ — [ # 1 ] This includes the forum rules. If you can't follow these rules, then please don't join because if you break them, you get ONE (1) warning, and the next time you'll be deleted. The terms for deletion will be listed below. This role play was co created by a forum mod as well, so things are a little more strict than an average role play.
● Owners — The owners are, well, the owners of the role play. We, ⋆ ɑetɧeɾ « and Sand , created this Clan. We will allow one (1) other Mod of the role play to keep a lookout for things if we are offline, but they have minimal power since they won't be able to do much such as editing or rule bringing. However, average members of the role play must listen to them if they tell/warn you about things, or we'll be told, and then we are to do action. Do not ask to become our Mod as we will choose in the meantime━it will also be an unbiased, fair choice.
● Respect — Don't be mean, like, seriously. Don't bug people to reply, don't be rude about anything, or just━just don't be rude. Be respectful to everyone on the role play. This means you as a person, not your character.
● No Spamming — Any trolling or spamming or any weird nonsense will be ignored and reported. Do not give the user any feedback to their posts, you ignore them as if they weren't there. Just report their post and move on.
● Anything Else? — If there's something we missed, or if you have ANY questions at all, you talk to one/both of the owners and see if something should be added or to see if your question could be answered. If it's a bad idea and you have a hunch if it'll end badly, don't do it alright? If you second-guess, it's usually wrong.
● Have Fun! — This is supposed to be a fun little idea, don't make it a chore!
 activity ☄ — [ # 2 ] Now, here's the deal. You are allowed to have a life outside the forums lol, and you're allowed to be in other role plays, but you must remember this one once you're a member. Two weeks of absence and you'll be deleted. Only exceptions are if you have a strict online limit or something, only have so many hours to be on, have a job, etc. Another exception are holidays and/or school; but in order to use this as an excused absence, you MUST tell the owners, and we'll mark you until your return. But don't abuse this, because if you do return and never come back to this role play, then you'll be marked as inactive.
● Terms of Deletion — Once you're deleted from this Clan━whether it be from rule-breaking or inactiveness, whatever━and you are still interested in this Clan, you may tell the owner and you'll be on the 'suspended' list; this meaning, you'll be basically in time out for about a week, and if you're willing to wait, you'll be re-added into the Clan. But that will be your only chance; break the rules again or become inactive, then you're permanently out and your characters will be written to die in illness/battle. So, keep this in mind, and just follow the rules, okay?
● Literacy — This Clan is a literate role play. This meaning, you must write in full complete sentences, use correct grammar and punctuation and such. Your replies must have at least 5-7 sentences. This allows your partner(s) to completely understand what you're projecting, what your character looks like, is doing, where they're at and what they're saying. Use 'awesome' words! (Meaning, don't just use "said" "and then" etc because those are boring.) There's plenty of places on the web to extend vocabulary. This rule is for you to know that we do not role play with "They sat down."; "They laughed."; etc.
powers & abilities ☄ — [ # 3 ] As this is not an average Clan role play, we do have powerful cats. Below in the information will have a more detailed explanation of said powers, but to state here in the rules, here's what you need to know. Not every cat is the same, but they are also not extremely powerful━even if they are high in the ranks with moons of experience. Not every cat is a master at the start━and not every cat can be a prodigy. They start with nothing, and they grow learning. To refer to a rule above, do not make a mary sue/gary stue with your powerful cat; they are to not godmod or powerplay, or they will be ignored. Also, if you are joining as a rogue/loner, they are to not have powers UNLESS SPECIFIED that they were exhiled, but exhilation must have a legitimate, serious reason. More information about powers are down below.
● Powerplay — Don't be an attention seeker! Don't make your character the best of the best, or not get any hits in a fight, or kill everything in sight. It's kinda boring, really, and a bit annoying. Yeah, the cats have powers, but there's rules and limitations to them! Godmodding and spotlighting are literally the worst, so don't have your character(s) do anything that's powerplaying because if you do, you'll be ignored until you get the point.
● Power Ratio — Just like rank and gender ratios, we would like to keep all powers evenly spread out in the clan. The regulations of the powers will be explained better in the Powers section, but for a brief rule, please be aware to even things out with your characters. We wouldn't want 15 pyrokinetics and only 2 or 3 of the rest, and etc. The idea is for everyone to have an even number due to mentoring and training customs—a pyro trains a pyro, hydro's train hydro's, and so on.
joining ☄ — [ # 4 ] All joining for the Clan or rogues/loners will be on the joining page provided in the Important Links section below. You must state what group you'll be joining, and fill out each section of the form to the best of your ability. DETAILS ARE A MUST! We want to be able to picture your character vividly in mind when we read the form. It doesn't have to be long, however, but it must not be three sentences long if put together in a paragraph.
● Plot & Planning — Don't plot/plan anything major; if you discuss what could be a cool idea, you must tell it to the owners, and we'll decide whether to do it or not. If we agree to do it, then we'll announce it as such.
● The Books — They technically wouldn't exist in this universe, but I'm not going to stop you if you name a cat after someone in the books; just make sure it abides by the terminology and guidelines provided.
characters ☄ — [ # 5 ] DO NOT MAKE YOUR CHARACTER A GOD. If they were human, I would use that as a reference, but they are living things that get hurt and have flaws and are not perfect. Mary Sues/Gary Stues will be declined immediately. Give your character some flaws to balance with their strengths, give them some fault to their code, you know what I mean? (Clumsiness is not a flaw, by the way. Neither is shyness unless it's used correctly and not just slapped onto your form.)
● Realism — Other than the fact we're role playing talking cats in the wilderness like everything is peachy keen with elemental powers, be real with things! No rainbow or glittery fur, no extremely abnormal eye color, no bangs for crying out loud. Only exceptions will be violet and red eyes; violet meaning a pale purple-y/blue color, and red for IF AND ONLY IF your cat is albino (and, for albino cats, if their eyes are a pale pinkish red their sight is slightly poor, OR if they have pale blue eyes then they are usually deaf. Keep this in mind.) Keep things real! Use realistic feline breeds and styles as a guide! There are PLENTY of cat breed websites around the web, use them!
● LGBT+ Are Allowed — We do accept LGBT+ characters in this role play! In regards to that, please be respectful. As for same-sex mates, we have a system where surrogate mothers and donor fathers are allowed so wlw/mlm mates can have families if they so wish—they are also available for cats who cannot produce due to unfortunate circumstances. However, if you’re in need of a surrogate/donor, please ask anyone who has an available cat before assuming! (You can also just make up a nameless npc if you don’t want the hassle).
● Clan Positions — Do not ask to be an important role (leader or deputy) right off the bat; first of all, role play owners will be the Clan leader and deputy by default. And, like the books, the leader will be in charge of ceremonies and appoint mentors and apprentices and such. On your forms, you may request warrior names and future roles if you join as an apprentice/kit, that way you'll be given what you want. Only thing is if there's already a medicine cat apprentice and someone requests to be the same role, you'll be declined.
● Queens & Kits — You may join as a kit! But you must join with a mother, though. Only exceptions will be if their mother died and the kit is raised by denmothers, the other nursing queens (IF AVAILABLE)━you must ask those character's owners FIRST, however. Otherwise, you must have the kit's mother there to raise your character, and if you please, they can be discarded or be left as a neutral character to be role played by anyone in need of a free character.
● Character Ratios — Normally there isn't a problem with rank/gender ratios, but to keep things fairly even before the role play gets too complex, here's the rule. For every Clan rogue/loner you make, you gotta make a Clan member. For every tom/she-cat you create, make the opposite gender. For every apprentice/warrior you create, of either age section, create the opposite. It helps keep things even!
role play posts ☄ — [ # 6 ] To keep role playing neat, organized, and helpful to everyone, we are going to be using a standardized role play post layout with information about whichever character you're using. We will provide an easy copy/paste code if you don't know how to properly code, but you are also welcome to use your own! Every post layout must contain the same information regardless if you use the code given or your own. More information about post layouts are down below. They are required for role play posts only, so you don't have to change your personal post layout. They are an absolute must so that it helps everyone know who you're role playing, with whom (a tag is needed), where, what time, etc.
● In-RP Time — To keep everything on the same page, there will not be divided times or time skips for a couple of people, etc. We are to all stay on the same time of day, etc, to keep plots lined up. If you are confused on where everyone is, just look at the latest role play posts as they have the information. Only the owners will change the times if things need to be moved forward.
● No Kit-__ing — Anything like this will be ignored, and if happening more than once, anyone responsible will be reported and ignored until the problem is solved. Only exception is kit-stealing, and that will ONLY be accepted by our own members who role play the outsiders for plot advancement and the like. But not from random people from other pages, just no, you'll be ignored.
 — Elemental Kinetics —pyrokinesis ☄ — [ f i r e ] Those chosen to hold the power of fire will have a multitude of abilities. They appear to be the most lethal in battle, the more strongest in a fight. However, all elemental kinetics can be as lethal and powerful as the fire, yet this particular can do most damage. A pyrokinetic feline can do various abilities such as;
● Flame Resistance — the ability to not be harmed by extreme heat and fire itself unless it is of tremendous strength, such as a forest fire or molten lava

● Flame Reading — the ability to read omens, prophecies, and/or see visions; this ability is mostly a practice learned by medicinal felines who are closer with the Clan's spiritual ancestors. The readings are not always accurate, however

● Fire Cloak — the ability to cover any portion of their body with a flickering flame - such as their paws, fangs, tail, etc. If the fire is uncontrollable (such as for a young apprentice) or an opposing enemy is fighting, this fire can be put out and the cat is fine [see 'flame-throwing' for additional abilities]

● Flame-Throwing — in addition to fire cloak, one can cover their tail in flame and learn to whip and flick their tail tip to produce and throw small fireballs at enemies or objects

● Living Flame — the ability to become fire itself, not just coating themselves. This ability is the most powerful skill among the pyrokinetics, but it is also the most dangerous; one can start a wildfire if not too careful. Also, if the fire is put out before the user can return to their normal state, they will be severely weakened, or die. The cat must turn back to a full-bodied feline before this happens

● Fire Spitting — the ability where a cat can spit fire. At its weakest, felines can only spit a few small sparks; however, if properly trained, they can then spew a steady stream of flame. They must be careful on the direction, as they could start a serious danger to the wildlife around, but they could cause severe burns to an opponent

● Flame Manipulation — the ability to control a pre-existing flame in the world; the cat cannot create one out of thin air. They can increase or reduce its intensity, shape it, etc. The level of control varies from cat to cat, but wildfires and volcanic eruptions are generally beyond the control of any cat (however, they can help reduce most damage around these disasters if they focus on the edges of the flames, ending the dangerous trail, halting them in its tracks)

● Spontaneous Combustion — the ability to raise the temperature of any inanimate (non-living) object until it melts or bursts into flame; they cannot use this on other living animals, however

● Radiation — the ability to raise one's own body temperature and radiate heat; overuse can cause temporary internal damage to the user, where they'll become violently ill for a period of time

● Weather Mastery Assistance — with the help of aerokinesis, a fire-powered cat can provide some energy to assist in changing the weather and changing the temperatures of various levels of heat

hydrokinesis ☄ — [ w a t e r ] Those chosen to hold the power of water are seen as cool personalities - calm and collected. Every cat can be calm and well put together, but the powers are granted via personalities, after all. Felines with hydrokinesis also seem to be a bit arrogant with the pyrokinetic cats, with their opposing abilities; this is simply the clashing personalities. A hydrokinetic feline can do various abilities such as;
● Underwater Respiration — the ability to breathe underwater; every hydrokinetic cat has this ability, however they cannot do so indefinitely. For most cats, the limit is about an hour, but it takes time and patience to grow the skill to train the lungs to hold a breath and learn to filter the water properly

● Wave Reading — the ability to read omens and prophecies, as well as see visions, in any small body of water; this ability is mostly a practice learned by medicinal felines who are closer with the Clan's spiritual ancestors. The readings are not always accurate, however

● Liquefy — the ability to turn oneself into water. This can prevent injury, or provide camouflage to enemies or prey if the cat is hiding in a pool, stream, the ocean, etc. However, this power can be difficult to maintain, and even dangerous if the water forming the cat is evaporated

● Water Orbs — the ability to form small orbs of water by drawing in moisture from their surroundings and then fling them around using telekinesis

● Water Mastery — the utmost powerful ability to control existing bodies of water using telekinesis. The amount of water that can be controlled varies with the user, but they cannot control extreme large bodies, such as the ocean

● Freezing Water — the ability to change water and general moisture to ice; this is a tricky power, as it's a quick skill to learn, and with the habitat being a hot tropical island, the ice quickly melts. The ability is an easy skill to use in combat or hunting; gathering moisture into an orb, a cat can freeze the orb into ice or soft snow, then use their tail to fling and flick the frozen orb at objects. However, they cannot freeze another animal's blood, as the body heat will prevent the freezing

● Evaporation / Condensation — the ability to change moisture and small gatherings of water into a vapor, then to change a vapor back to gathered water; with a skill learned, a hydrokinetic cat can have help from a pyrokinetic to create steam in a partnered fight

● Weather Mastery Assistance — with the help of aerokinesis, a water-powered cat can provide some energy to assist in changing the weather and creating various levels of torrential storms and/or blizzards

aerokinesis ☄ — [ a i r ] Those chosen to hold the power of the air seem to be a little like the hydrokinetics; calm and easy-going. Their abilities are also the kind to be easily judged from other powered felines, as it just appears that these cats simply control air. But that is not necessarily the case, as they can do a lot more than manipulate the wind. An aerokinetic feline can do various abilities such as;
● Prediction — the general ability for all aerokinetic cats to predict changes in the weather; they are extremely sensitive to changes in baromatic pressure. They are not always one-hundred percent accurate, however

● Voice of the Wind — the ability to listen to the wind, and read the patterns of air on various objects such as leaves and dirt; they can make out any voices or other sounds which can prove to be warnings, omens, or prophecies. They won't be able to see any visions like various other kinetics, but with great skill they can listen to get a visual image in their minds; this ability is mostly a practice learned by medicinal felines who are closer with the Clan's spiritual ancestors. However, these are not always accurate

● Wind Direction — the ability to change the general direction of the wind. No cat is capable of doing this with extremely powerful winds, such as ones from heavy storms

● Dampening — the ability to create a sort of air 'pocket' which dampens any sounds that come from within the pocket. This is useful to temporarily deafen an enemy or prey. The cat cannot affect large areas, however

● Gust — the ability to summon a sudden gust of wind; this can be used on oneself to give a little more height in a jump, or cushion a fall, or used to push and/or pull objects and other animals, such as a battle move. The gust cannot be maintained for very long

● Twister — the ability to summon a small twister (dust devil); though they can choose a general direction, once summoned the twister can no longer be controlled, though it can be dispersed by the cat

● Dematerialize — the ability that a cat can become nothing but a breath of wind. They become invisible and light as air. In this state they cannot be touched, but they also lack the ability to be felt by anyone as anything more than a breeze. They can slip through the smallest of openings. However, they cannot pass through solid objects, only around. As no power can be maintained indefinitely, this one can prove deadly if a cat returns to their normal state at an inopportune moment. This is also one of the most skilled traits to learn, as it takes a long while to control and get used to

● Current Sensitivity — the ability to tune in to the wind currents and become aware of any disruptions. In this way, a cat can pick up on any movement within a certain range. However, distinguishing exactly what is moving around is difficult, if not impossible, even for those experienced with this skill

● Weather Mastery — the ability to temporarily change wind and air patterns to create a small storm, or change the weather, for only a moment; this skill can be helped with the other elements, however. Aerokinetic felines can change wind patterns to blow in or out clouds or calm breezes, but to temporarily change the entire weather, they must need the help of any of the elements. To create a torrential storm or snow, they would need the help of hydrokinetics; to create extreme heat, they would need the help of pyrokinetics; to change seasons for a moment, they would need the help of geokinetics; to create a sunny day or a dark night, they would need the help of both photokinetics and erebokinetics. This is the utmost powerful skill that takes many moons to learn

geokinesis ☄ — [ e a r t h ] Those chosen to hold the power of the earth appear to be more peaceful and mellow, though that is usually another kinetic's interpretation. These cats prefer to be out of the caves and enjoying the island's atmosphere. They are also ones who don't mind getting their paws muddy after a rainstorm or getting a little dirt on their fur after hunting or training. A geokinetic feline can do various abilities such as;
● Natural Instinct — the ability to possess an instinctive knowledge of plants, animals, and the living earth around them. They can, for example, intuit which plants are helpful healing herbs and which would be toxic if ingested, and they often see disruptions in nature that others may not notice. This ability is inherited in every geokinetic cat, so not every earth binding feline is foreseen to become a medicinal healer (however, the ability is very useful in that rank)

● Natural Patterns — the ability to see signs, omens and prophecies in the pattern of leaves on the ground or an arrangement of stones, even the gnarled bark of a tree; this ability is mostly a practice learned by medicinal felines who are closer with the Clan's spiritual ancestors. ● Tremors — the ability to cause the ground to quake within a radius of up to ten tail-lengths. The power of the tremors vary

● Upheaval — the ability to cause the ground to heave upward, forming a wall around themselves. Creating a wall more than two cats high is rare

● Growth — the ability to restore dead or dying plants, or stimulate the growth of healthy ones. This skill can be very tiring to use

● Healing Touch — the ability to emit one's own life-energy to heal the wounds of others by simply touching them. Not all wounds can be healed, and depending on the injury, use of this power can be devastating to the user

● Summoning — the ability to summon nearby creatures to come to their aid. True communication with the assisting creatures is not possible, but general intent can be understood. This is not recommended for use on any creature which would normally pose a threat

● Vibrations — the ability to feel vibrations through the ground, allowing the cat to sense approaching foot steps or other disturbances, and guess at the general weight of whatever is approaching

● Camouflage — the ability of a cat to turn themselves into stone, allowing them to hide more easily. Though nearly impervious to injury in this form, if the stone is cracked, the cat will be in serious pain for a great amount of time; if the stone is broken or crushed, the cat unfortunately dies

● Weather Mastery Assistance — with the help of aerokinesis, an earth-powered cat can provide some energy to assist in changing the weather and changing the seasons

photokinesis ☄ — [ l i g h t ] Those chosen to hold the power of the light could be seen as more graceful, angelic - but only in the assumption of appearances. When a powerful cat harnessing the ability to control Light, the idea of angels and god-like abilities come to mind. However, that is not the case. They merely can control and help dual-power other elemental abilities, such as fire, darkness or air, for example. A photokinetic feline can do various abilities such as;
● Light Absorption — a feline can absorb visible light or its partial wavelengths—while removing it from the source—into their body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage. The power can be used to enhance themselves to recharge some of their energy or used to charge up some other ability
➥ Difficulty Level: ★
● Light Bending — one could focus on any existing light energy and bend, morph, swell and throw the energy as a weapon and/or shield. In addition, light bending stems into various other abilities such as holographic projection, invisibility, and visual illusions. Holographic projections can use the trick of lighting to throw out a temporary illuminated image to trick enemies and/or prey; the projection isn't a solid image and works only as a beam of light and cannot be physically touched. Invisibility can be performed by harnessing a feline's own energy to mute their physical appearance, rendering unseen to the naked eye; it takes a lot of experience and practice to perform this maneuver. Lastly, visual illusions are one of the easier abilities to learn; in a little bit of a mix of holographic projections and invisibility, one can temporarily change their image using light illumination and partial invisibility

● Color Manipulation — a cat who can successfully bend light can also use the color spectrum in a beam of light to alter colors of objects, nature, various living beings and even themselves. This talent is temporary however it can be used in camoflaging techiniques

● Light Speed — moving at the speed of light is one of the most powerful—and, ultimately dangerous—ability of a photokinetic. A cat of this power could harness most of their energy to move faster than any living creature on the island, moving in a blink of an eye. It temporarily gives the user a powerful strength that, if used properly, they could attack extremely lethally, using the speed and force to attack and slam into an enemy. It's considered the most dangerous ability of this elemental power because if the user isn't careful, they could jostle their internal organs and create internal damage that could possibly bring death

● Beaming — a feline could harness energy from any light source and project it into a beam of light that could momentarily blind an enemy as well as moderately burn an enemy—not as powerful as a pyrokinetic cat, but enough to produce small burns on skin if directly used

● Shard Throwing — in similar fashion of beaming, one could harness light energy and produce physical light crystals; to do so, the end of the user's tail glows to a brilliant white, and with precise flicks, the user can throw particles of physical light at enemies

● Scorching — similar to shard throwing, a cat could also illuminate their own paws to a brilliant light that could enhance their clawing for attacks and can cause minor burning; if not properly trained and/or used accurately, the user could accidentally burn themselves

● Weather Mastery Assistance — with the help of aerokinesis, a light-powered cat can provide some energy to assist in changing the weather and changing the day settings to various levels of sunny

erebokinesis ☄ — [ d a r k n e s s ] (FULL) Those chosen to hold the power of the dark were immediately deemed to be cold-hearted souls; it was a mutated phenomenon from the very beginning in the dawn of the elements. In the beginning, there were only five elements given to the First Ones. But in the next coming of generation, a set of twins in a single litter were born, both presented in the ceremony, and the ancestors were confused on what to do. One was given the accustomed power of Light, and the other was given the assumed opposite: the power of darkness. It became the adopted element, as it created a power, but in the train of events over the years, it has been learned that the Darkness element creates wrongful accusation - and sometimes, a danger. An erebokinetic feline can do various abilities such as;
● Animated Shadow — any erebokinetic cat can transform their or others shadows into living beings. As the rule of anything happening to the real body happens to the shadow, this ability may allow the user to manipulate the shadow and cause damage in reality by using it to attack. This means anything that happens to the shadow will be reflected in the true body; in short, a form of "reverse" shadow puppetry

— RP Post Code —how to reply ☄ A role play post will be generally set up similar like your character page, using the character stats and their image, along with the location and time of day—just so we're all on the same page and know where everyone is. As stated in the rules, we will not veer off in multiple 'timelines' with various time skips and such; it gets confusing after awhile and then everyone will be in a jumbled mess of plots and events.

Bucky's Characters  Ravenflight | ♀ | 19 ½ Moons | Erebokinesis [ black shorthair | warrior guard ] DESCRIPTION: Ravenflight is a pitch-black she-cat. Her fur is sleek and that of a short-haired cat, and she is proud to wash it daily so it stays soft and silky as a kit's and as shiny as the night sky. She's a lithe feline with a slender body and long sturdy legs, medium-sized paws, and a long plume of a tail. She's quick-footed and fast when she puts all her speed into action. When fighting or guarding—and occasionally hunting—when speed is needed, she's a blur of a shadow, attacking quickly. Her paw-pads are a soft pink color, unlike her soft black nose. And, her eyes are the color of a clear blue sky reflecting in the river, just like the one running through the island and out into the ocean.
PERSONALITY: She is a kind creature with a loving heart—but in a split second, she would turn sharp and vicious in a severe fight or if her Clan is in risk or attacked. But, she's usually in a calm and collective state; normally she's embarrassed if the attention is directed at her. She was always a bit shy and insecure, not quite timid but she prefers to be alone most of the time—and as a recently-made warrior, with a brand new apprentice, it's been a bit of a struggle to spend time on her own outside of patrols. Her favorite past time would either be hunting if she has the time to do so or, if the day is nice, sit by the water's edge by the river. She would watch the cool water swell and fall as if it was breathing, watch as it came to a stop just by her paws before slinking away. Somehow it calmed her, giving nostalgia to when she was small; she didn't remember fully of her kit days, just small bits of textured memory, like some scents and her mother's voice, but she remembered sitting by the river next to a hazy memory of her mother on a cooler day. When she was given her first apprentice, Komodopaw, she wanted to try her best to train him as well as her adoptive father and former mentor, Stormpelt, did.
BRIEF HISTORY: Ravenflight was born to a rogue cat named Violet—a pretty black and white she-cat who has almost purple eyes. Her previous name was Midnight, having been named after the darkest point in the night, her eyes the color of the sky glowing around the moon. Midnight was separated from her mother after Violet was chased by Komodo dragons; she dropped her kit in the shallow river to get away quicker, but when she went to the outlet on one end of the beach, Midnight was nowhere to be found. What happened was, during a patrol, a warrior guard named Stormpelt heard distressed mewling from the water and rescued the tiny black kitten. Not knowing where her mother was—and noticing how the river water washed most of the milk-scent off of her fur—he took her back to camp. Stormpelt was a strict observer of the clan Law and had sided with the few warriors who agreed to drop the kitten off in the rogues' area in hopes her mother, or a relative, was there. But in the middle of the argument, one of the denmothers named Birdsong pushed aside her peers to sit next to the upset baby cat, wrapping her tail around Midnight, silently challenging not only the determined warriors but her mate, Stormpelt, as well. It was then agreed that since the kitten had no scent and no trace to track her former home, TidalClan adopted her, and Birdsong named her newest and youngest daughter Ravenkit for her soft black fur looked as dark as the bird. It took most of Ravenkit's kitten life for Stormpelt to even associate with her; he would play with his and Birdsong's own kits, take them exploring, but he would ignore the black kitten that looked nothing like the little family. When she was five moons old, the Clan believed she would be powerless as she was born rogue, but a healer insisted she come so she wouldn't miss out on clan events. And to their surprise, she was able to not only visit the Astral Realm, but was greeted with the original Erebokinetic bearer of TidalClan. It was clear there was some sort of vague resemblance, but it was never mentioned out loud as he granted her his power. When the clan—and Stormpelt—learned that Ravenkit indeed bore powers and abilities like a Clan-born cat, he felt guilty for disregarding his adopted kit and assuming she was just a rogue kit. He then came to terms since he was the only available erebokinetic cat, and once she became his apprentice, he began the process of changing his outlook of her. Throughout her training and into her early days of warriorship, Stormpelt and Ravenpaw(/flight) became as close as true-blood father and daughter, and good friends.
STRENGTHS: Being long-legged came to be a great help as she grew to be an intelligent and quick hunter and fighter as an apprentice, and an excellent guard once she graduated into warriorship. She's quick on her feet, whether it be for catching fast prey or attacking an opponent. Though she's not a hydrokinetic feline, she uses her sturdy and lithe build to swim in the river and even the ocean's shallows waters on occasion. She may not have been born in the Clan, but she has a loyal heart to her home where she was raised, proving to be a top warrior, despite slowly working on being trusted as most of the older cats still believe in the Law where rogues are to never be brought into the Clan.
WEAKNESSES: Even though she's named after a bird and her warrior name has 'flight' in it, Ravenflight has a slight fear of heights. She's not scared of being up high, as that sort of worn off as she grew up and becoming a warrior guard to serve and protect her Clan, sometimes having to sit up high in a tree to observe the surrounding area. But, she still gets a nervous uneasiness when she climbs trees and such. She tends to avoid hunting birds if they are in trees.
RELATIONSHIPS: Real parents are unknown despite her vaguely remembering what her birth-mother looked like. She somehow has Clan-blood relation, though, but not immediate as far as she knows; when she was brought to the clan as an almost two-moon-old kitten, she was adopted by Birdsong in the middle of heated speculation between the patrol who brought her since they couldn't come to a conclusion on whether to keep her or not. She has three older adopted siblings; Grayfur, Featherwhisper, and Heatherpelt
OTHER INFORMATION: Ravenflight is an erebokinetic cat and amazingly a long descendant to the original Erebokinetic bearer. When she uses her abilities, her vibrant blue eyes turn stark-white somehow.  Moonpaw | ♀ | 07 Moons | Pyrokinesis [ blue-silver tabby | warrior apprentice ] DESCRIPTION: If one didn't know beforehand, no one would've guessed that Moonpaw and Spottedpaw were sisters—or even from the same litter, at that. While Spottedpaw took after their mother, taking the tortoiseshell look, Moonpaw looked more like their father with the tabby look. Their father was a dark gray tabby, but Moonpaw is a silvery-blue tabby. It was hard to tell whether she was blue-furred or silver, it was always a question. Her base coat is a standard silvery-blue, and she's striped with a darker blue-gray color, having the standard tabby markings; an 'M' shape on her forehead, two stripes on each cheek, four to five stripes across her spine and sides, and her tail is ringed with a stark-white tail-tip. She has shorter legs than her tall sister, and her small paws are snow-white compared to her tabby fur, as well as a completely white underbelly that stretches to her chest and neck, and ending as a small white mask over her chin and muzzle. She has a berry pink nose as well as paw-pads. Her fur is the same length as her sisters, being just an inch long, appearing to be short-haired. And, her eyes are a bright blue, almost the color of a bluejay.
PERSONALITY: Moonpaw, to say the least, is very loud. And not in a bad way; she loudly expresses her thoughts and emotions. She's the type of cat who always has a word in on conversations or Clan meetings when things are discussed. When she's with her sister and training with her peers and/or mentor, she would loudly boast her achievements. She doesn't mean to be smug or annoying, she's actually not, but she just likes to have the center of attention on her, without sounding rude. She's not a rude cat at all, as a matter of fact. She's helpful when need-be, but she's not as determined and straightforward as her sister. She likes to help, but she's always reminded to help, and it is slightly embarrassing being she knows that she should help but she's always reminded of what to do while the others knew automatically. Moonpaw isn't so much as annoying or weird or anything, she's just...slightly the opposite of her calm and quiet sister. Her personality is also sometimes feisty, almost fiery if anything, and it was the result of her assigned power, pyrokinesis.
BRIEF HISTORY: Moonpaw, same as her littermate Spottedpaw, was born and raised in TidalClan. She has always wanted to become a hunter for the clan as she prefers the peace, ironically. To say the least, she has a bit of a reputation with her clanmates as she used to sneak out of the nursery to go to her favorite spot just outside the camp and watch the ocean through an open patch in the forest; she, unfortunately, would always get caught and punished by her mother and was forced to stay in the nursery for a whole day.
STRENGTHS: Moonpaw, unlike her loud personality, is very quiet and stealthy when hunting or stalking towards an enemy. Though she's not darkly colored, her tabby pelt helps with overcasting shadows, making her easy to blend into the environment, especially at night. She's also significantly smaller than her sister, despite being the oldest, so she's easiest to hide.
WEAKNESSES: Just like her sister, and even though her legs are a tiny bit shorter, Moonpaw is also quick on her feet and fast; but, she's not graceful. She was a rambunctious kit, always getting into things or running around with her peers, playfighting and tumbling around, but she was never graceful. Sure, she walks well, but she usually trips on flat surfaces or isn't sure of her footing. And for the Ebbing Warriors' sake, do not let her climb trees.
RELATIONSHIPS: Moonpaw is very close to her sister, Spottedpaw; she is the oldest of the litter. (Open to a tortie mother and gray tabby father).
OTHER INFORMATION: Moonpaw is a very friendly cat and always loves making friends, and despite her slightly obnoxious front, she tries to befriend the new apprentices to make them feel comfortable in the group.  Spottedpaw | ♀ | 07 Moons | Geokinesis [ tortoiseshell | warrior apprentice ] DESCRIPTION: Spottedpaw is described as a very pretty tortoiseshell she-cat. Her base coat color is a pitch black-like darkness, and she's splashed with various orange's, brown's and white's. She has the fur of a short-haired feline, about an inch and a half long, giving her a sleek look, but her tail is quite fluffy; it's almost thick-haired and like a dappled cottontail plant. It's dappled like her body, but the tailtip is black. She also has black 'socks' on her legs, covering her paws and bottom half of her long legs. She has a white chest, but right under her chin it turns to a dark gray as it turns to black fur that covers her chin and muzzle. She has a black nose that almost blends with the dark fur of her muzzle, and the black stops just where her nose begins except for the 'cheetah-like' black stripes that travel up her snout and to the inside corners of her eyes. Her eyes are a brilliant amber color, almost like liquid, always bright and shining. Her ears are a moderately normal size, and are also black.
PERSONALITY: When she started as an apprentice, Spottedpaw was almost chosen to be the next healer apprentice, because as a kit she would voluntarily help the healer with herb-sorting and -gathering, but it was just an assumption because Spottedpaw, at heart, is a very helpful feline—it was also a reason why her ancestors gave her the power of the earth. She helps no matter the cause, whether it be helping with the medicinal duties or taking over the chores for the elders—where she likes to spend most of her time, sharing mice when given to and listening to old war tales—and even if exhausted she would make numerous trips to the woods to hunt for her Clan. She isn't a goody-two-paws, she's just a kind and naturally helpful cat. She would go out of her way to help someone before herself, and one time her sister told her to eat and sleep because she hasn't done so in a whole day due to hunting for the Clan. Spottedpaw is also the calm and semi-shy one between the sisters; she's usually quiet, too, not really voicing her thoughts and feelings to anyone except her sister. She talks to others, but it'll be soft with short words.
BRIEF HISTORY: Spottedpaw, same as her littermate Moonpaw, was born and raised in TidalClan. Unlike her sister, she doesn't know which rank of warrior she would like to be; as of right now in her training, Spottedpaw likes the quiet and stealthiness of hunting, but she also strangely likes the patrols, the brisk morning stretches and enjoying the sunrise peeking over the ocean. One day, however, she will be one of the ranks, but she hopes she'll do her clan right with her talents.
STRENGTHS: Spottedpaw is a great tree climber, and has no problem climbing trees to hunt prey. Her long legs are sturdy, with powerful hind legs to hold her, and her claws are long that sink deeply into the bark of trees to keep her up. Her legs are also quick, though not as swift and nimble like older warriors with experience under them, but she is pretty fast-paced.
WEAKNESSES: She loves the heights, but she cannot stand below-ground; her first trip to the Astral Cave as a kit left her feeling claustrophobic and feeling like she couldn't breathe. The whole time she felt like a thousand cats were pressed right up on her and she felt like she couldn't move at all. She endured it, though it was a very long session, but she was shaking like a leaf when they got out, and she spent the rest of the early morning curled up in her mother's nest, unable to shake the fear and discomfort of that feeling.
RELATIONSHIPS: Spottedpaw is very close to her sister, Moonpaw; she is the youngest of the litter. (Open to a tortie mother and gray tabby father).
OTHER INFORMATION: She's really shy and softspoken but Spottedpaw is friendly once a cat gets to know her.  Viperpaw | ♂ | 9 Moons | Aerokinesis [ brown tabby | healer apprentice ] DESCRIPTION: Being named after a snake is blatantly obvious when you look at this cat. He is a skinny tomcat, his base coat the color of river stones, a grayish-brown color. He is marked with thin pale black tabby stripes all over his body, with no white on him; this was useful for hunting when he was a warrior apprentice, lurking quietly in the shadows because he blended into the trees very easily. He has a skinny build, with light lean muscles, and long legs with small black paws. His tail, originally his namesake, is long and skinny with short-striped fur, looking like a snake slithering across the ground when he's laying or sitting down. His eyes, however, are a bright green, like leaves with sunlight filtering through the skin. They stand out against his brownish-gray and black pelt, giving him a striking look. Viperpaw was also born with elongated top canine fangs, the teeth draping over his bottom lip and against his chin; this gives him a little bit of a lisp that he's practiced to get over since kittenhood, but he sometimes still has a bit of a struggle to say certain words—which he gets a bit flustered over but he covers it up with sarcasm.
PERSONALITY: Viperpaw is, to put simply, a bit of a hot head—meaning, he is never not in an argument or being short with someone. He has a sarcastic sense of humor, occasionally pulling a joke once in a while, but most of the time he's dry and sometimes blunt with his responses. He's never [wip]

DESCRIPTION: A tall, thin she-cat, Clearstar is not far from appearing gaunt to others due to her thin frame. To match her frame are a pair of tall, large ears. As for Clearstar's coat, starting from above her medium sized comes stone grey fur that fits snug and is coarse. From her long front limbs and upward, though stopping short of her eyes, this she-cat's fur is stark white. There's also a narrow white blaze that starts at her nose and ceases directly between her moss green eyes.
PERSONALITY: There's no doubt that Clearstar is a malleable feline. She's the type that goes with the flow and rarely interjects which easily turns this she-cat susceptible. Once she's susceptible, she's exposed and prone to the unbelievable things that she'd rather not experience. Thankfully, Clearstar is able to adapt in most situations unless there's an issue that stands larger than her. She's also cooperative with her clan and clanmates, though if she's unsure about another feline, she strides to find a solution for a common goal instead. This she-cat does all of what she can to be supportive to her clan and make sure things are at peace. When they aren't, she's antsy and easily spooked.
BRIEF HISTORY: Clanborn to Greyshark and Hazeberry, Clearstar was the second and last kitten of her litter. Her littermate is Palmchill, a guard of the clan. She was a former hunter before becoming vice. Greyshark died due to injuries from a poisonous snake bite, and Hazeberry succumbed to old age.

He is a large tom though quite average for his age nonetheless, with a sleek coat that fits tight to his frame. He has dark cream colored fur that cloaks his entire body. Across this cream base is spotted tabby markings which are a few shades darker than his the base color of his fur. He has a short, narrow white blaze above his peach colored nose. Along with that come a pair of sharp green eyes.
PERSONALITY: This tom is a ruffian, though might be better known as a "tough guy." He's one to show off how tough he is, no matter what he is asked to do to prove it. Canarypaw is a risk-taker and nothing stops him from doing daring tasks. Something he can't stand to be called is a coward or a weakling. When he is over-courageous, some say that he isn't the nicest cat around. Sure, his ego is big; though how big? Honestly, this tom admires himself more than he does admire others. This causes him to disobey orders from anyone whether it's his mentor or fellow clanmates.
BRIEF HISTORY: Clanborn to Mothshade and unknown father, Canarypaw was born in a litter of two-- himself and Viperpaw. Soon after, Mothshade had another litter consisting of one kitten, Komodopaw. Canarypaw and his brother, Viperpaw, created (and still do) a lot of havoc as kits and early apprentices.

BRIEF HISTORY: Clanborn to Sorrelflank & Newtslip, Tamarinleap was the first born of his litter. His parents were older when they had their litter, so his mother didn't produce many kits. It was Sorrelflank's only litter. She wasn't the most affectionate mother either, but his father made up for that. His kithood was nothing special other than watching some fights between his parents. Once Tamarinleap became an apprentice, they struggled to hold a romantic relationship and broke up.
Tamarinleap, to say the least, is nervous about becoming a father. He hopes he doesn't act the way his mother did but hopes to be more like his own father, Newtslip.

This caused the young cat to become the cat they are today.

Toucanflight is coated in a soft, frozen white color, head to tail, and would be solid were it not for the vibrant calico pattern trailing it's way from the tips of her ears to the tip of her tail. For the most part, her patterning stays on her shoulders and back, though it does dip down to just barely brush her legs on the outer sides of her body. Toucanflight has vibrant green eyes that match much of the foliage that can be found on the island.
PERSONALITY: Have you ever met someone that just screamed "Restrain me before I do something to hurt myself"? Because if you know Toucanflight, you have. She's wild, impulsive, and just gullible enough to be convinced to do almost anything. That's not a joke, either. Toucanflight once climbed a tree, on a dare, mind you, and then got stuck - once she realized this, she promptly started crying. So, yeah, Toucanflight is a bit of a wild card when it comes to what she'll do at any given moment. But there's no one else to have on your side in a fight. Toucanflight is what one would call a pit bull when it comes to family. She's viciously protective, and loyal to the point of refusing to believe that someone she cares about is doing something wrong. She's a sweetheart, though, and will do just about anything to cheer up those that might need it. She's a total mother-hen, and hovers any time her friends or family are sick or injured.
BRIEF HISTORY: Toucanflight has a simple history - she's clan-born. With two loving parents, and at least one best friend in her brother Aracarisong, Toucanflight had a pretty normal kithood. Once her apprentice ceremony came and passed, she took to her powers like a fish to water - ironic, since water is the basis of her powers.

Toucanflight is a lithe young molly with legs like a rabbit - she could leave you in the dust in three seconds flat. Her long legs, however, make her clumsy, and her should-be-silky pelt is almost always mussed up and covered in dirt or mud from falling or jumping around. Toucanflight is coated in a soft, frozen white color, head to tail, and would be solid were it not for the vibrant calico pattern trailing it's way from the tips of her ears to the tip of her tail. For the most part, her patterning stays on her shoulders and back, though it does dip down to just barely brush her legs on the outer sides of her body. Toucanflight has vibrant green eyes that match much of the foliage that can be found on the island. Have you ever met someone that just screamed "Restrain me before I do something to hurt myself"? Because if you know Toucanflight, you have. She's wild, impulsive, and just gullible enough to be convinced to do almost anything. That's not a joke, either. So, yeah, Toucanflight is a bit of a wild card when it comes to what she'll do at any given moment. But there's no one else to have on your side in a fight. Toucanflight is what one would call a pit bull when it comes to family. She's viciously protective, and loyal to the point of refusing to believe that someone she cares about is doing something wrong. She's a sweetheart, though, and will do just about anything to cheer up those that might need it. She's a total mother-hen, and hovers any time her friends or family are sick or injured. Toucanflight has a simple history - she's clan-born. With two loving parents, and at least one best friend in her brother Aracarisong, Toucanflight had a pretty normal kithood. Once her apprentice ceremony came and passed, she took to her powers like a fish to water - ironic, since water is the basis of her powers. Toucanflight is loyal, brave, and strong. She can stand through anything without breaking - at least around her clanmates. When alone, she lets her emotions out, or else she fears she might drown in them. Some of Toucanflights talents include swimming, climbing, and hunting. But put her on the battlefield and she might as well be a sitting duck with how clumsy she gets. CHARACTER NAME: Whiteseed

DESCRIPTION: This healer is a proud, stout tom with long, downy white fur. Upon Whiteseed's head and the entirety of his tail is a light beige color. This color also encapsulates his strangely curled ears and paws up to his 'elbows'. The rest of his body remains profoundly ivory. His gaze is a pale blue, appearing like the sky just before storm clouds roll in. They're just on the cusp of such a dreary, grayish color. He must remain careful to keep himself looking clean, as white stains easily. And in his line of work, its impossible to avoid. Whiteseed is determined and blunt. He will be straight to the point and tries to never sugarcoat things. This may make him come off as rude at times. He expects a lot of his students and is therefore a hard-butt mentor to the healer apprentices. Whiteseed simply believes that bitter work is more rewarding, better to learn and cement in their minds, and they'd better be taught right by him. He is a tad vain, both in appearance and in practice. Though many might not know as he is quiet and cold. Despite this icy exterior, and anything he might say to claim otherwise,Whiteseed does care a lot about his clan and his duties to tend to them. BRIEF HISTORY: He was about six moons old when he began seeing shapes in the water. At first Whiteseed believed them to be fish. It was later discovered that this was accidental wave reading. He had never been all that interested in becoming a guard or hunter, so this was just the final push to the healer's den for him. Honing his wave reading skills was a penchant for him. He thoroughly enjoyed prophesy and spirituality, something that distracted him in his apprenticeship for the first few moons, to his mentor's chagrin. Herbs and healing techniques were soon found to be just as interesting and so Whiteseed was a fast and able learner. DESCRIPTION: Tiny. The first and most obvious word that comes to mind when seeing this female. Though fully grown, she is the size of a young apprentice. Obviously, this causes physical challenges. Smallstep is ginger, nearly tan, in color, with short rough fur. Her stomach and chest fade from the ginger tone into white. She has wide, round eyes that are vibrantly olive green. Upon her back, tail, and the backs of her ears are the faintest hint of darker ginger markings. Smallstep is wholesome. For lack of any other way to describe it. She is family-oriented and nurturing. One might also call her innocent, or naive, if they are so inclined. She is soft-spoken but doesn't keep to herself--she tries her best to be friendly. Camaraderie is important in a clan. She believes in second chances and is very slow to judge or raise her voice. However, that doesn't make her a pushover. If something angers mama, mama got claws. It just takes a lot to get her to that point. She is small but it doesn't make her necessarily weak or anxiety-ridden like others may believe. Smallstep is sweet and caring to a fault, willing to trek miles or risk her life for those she loves. She doesn't care what it takes because if the goings got tough for her, she'd want someone to do the same. She is the last one you'd expect to go rogue. Smallstep would go down with the ship, defending to her last breath. She is way more of a lover than a fighter, though. Clever, she is able to use her size and speed to hide and hunt quite well. BRIEF HISTORY: Her mother was about as small as Smallstep is when she was born. Thus, she was her only kit. She never revealed who her father was. Smallstep had a generally uneventful apprenticeship and became mates with Tamarinleap. They have just learned that she is expecting their first litter. DESCRIPTION: Feathercloud is, as her name would suggest, a massive ball of long, fluffy and incredibly soft fur. Her fur is a beautiful shade of cream with stripes that are just slightly darker and difficult to make out unless she is standing in direct sunlight. Utterly massive and intimidating in appearance, Feathercloud has wickedly sharp claws and vivid yellow-green eyes. She's a strong fighter and very quick despite her large size, though she has difficulty keeping up in tight turns and over rough terrain, the main reason she's a Guard rather than a Hunter.
PERSONALITY: Calm, and even-tempered, Feathercloud is difficult to rile up. She has little time for jokes or twisted words and has been known to start fight unintentionally by being too blunt when telling the truth or speaking her mind. Feathercloud hates personal conflict of any sort. She refuses to take sides between those she's loyal to and she is very loyal, to the point of being naive. Still, in her heart she's a sweet cat who rather enjoys both fighting to protect her Clan and providing the next generation of it. Be warned though - Feathercloud loves her soft, silky fur and takes incredibly good care of it. She can and will hold a grudge against anyone who knows this and messes it up anyway.
BRIEF HISTORY: Feathercloud was born to Cloudwhisper and Snakefang and raised in TidalClan. She's had a fairly typical life for a Clan cat, with little fanfare beyond a few scraps here and there. Her mother died not long before her Warrior Ceremony and Feathercloud requested her mother's name as a suffix in remembrance of her. She eventually fell in love with a fellow guard - Obsidianblaze and was delighted when she was told she was going to have his kits. She adored Mangokit, and was incredibly surprised but very pleased when she was informed that she was once again expecting, having loved being a mother. She is looking forward to getting back into being a Guard when this litter becomes Apprentices though.

DESCRIPTION: Teakwhisker is a serious old Guard with a grumpy face and bright green eyes that always seem to be glaring at something. Though average in height, he is sleek and slim, giving him a distinctly delicate appearance when combined with his graceful, elegant way of moving. However, Teakwhisker is far from delicate. He's much heavier than he looks, with muscles that ripple under his short, reddish-brown fur as he walks. He's an excellent climber, often ambushing attackers from trees.
PERSONALITY: Though grumpy in looks, Teakwhisker is a fairly social cat. He much prefers to be around others and can often been seen lying in the sun, chatting and sharing tongues with his Clanmates when not on duty. He is, however, exceptionally proud. Teakwhisker is a fine guard and knows it. He can't stand criticism, especially from those younger than him, and often feels the need to be in control when out on patrol.
BRIEF HISTORY: Teakwhisker was born to Duskclaw and Sandrunner into TidalClan. He got some trouble from his fellow Apprentices when he was younger, as his Mother was an abandoned Rogue kit taken into the Clan, but he proved himself as loyal and worked hard to perfect the techniques he was taught. His mother and father weren't mates, but his mother wanted kits and had no interest in taking a mate, so asked her best friend to help her out. Despite this, Sandrunner spent plenty of time with his son and made sure Teakwhisker knew that he loved him, even if he and Duskclaw weren't mates. Because of this Teakwhisker gets along fairly well with his younger half-sister.
STRENGTHS: Social, Hard-working, Attentive, Excellent Climber.

DESCRIPTION: Wavedapple is a long-legged, pretty she-cat with a sweet face. The phrase 'Bright-eyed and Bushy-tailed' would definitely apply if it weren't for her short, sleek coat and beautiful dark blue eyes. Her fur is a bright, slightly off-white colour with dusky grey-brown rosettes that get darker as they approach her points. Slim and muscular, Wavedapple is a capable young Warrior ready to take on the world to feed her Clan.
PERSONALITY: Wavedapple is the kind of cat who loves to be in the thick of things. Social and energetic, she can get on the nerves of some of her calmer Clanmates, but she means well. Generally good-tempered, Wavedapple has ambitions to rise up the ranks and wants to be Leader one day. She can get aggressive when she's challenged and can be rebellious if she doesn't like the person giving her orders, but she tries her best to cultivate positive relationships with those around her.
BRIEF HISTORY: Wavedapple has always had an affinity for the water. Even as a kit she could be found sneaking out during rainstorms to feel it against her fur. It was one of the only things that could calm her down. As she grew, much of her free time as an Apprentice was spent sneaking out of Camp to swim in peace and catch fish. Now, as a Hunter, she still prefers to hunt alone, swimming through the Serpentine's River and snagging fish as she goes.

DESCRIPTION: Leopardpaw was always too long for his own good. In body, legs, tail and face, Leopardpaw is just long and thin. Even his eyes seem more slender than most of the clan, complimenting the bright green colour in the way they're thickly lined with black. His short, thin fur is a dusky-grey brown colour and struck through with dark brown tabby stripes. He still hasn't quite grown into himself and is slightly awkward in his movements. It took him a long time to stop tripping over his own tail and he still has a bad habit of tripping over nothing at all.
PERSONALITY: Leopardpaw was never one for roughhousing, even as a kit. He much preferred snuggling into his mother's side and watching the other kits play. Occasionally he'd take part in the less boisterous games, but more often he would sneak away to listen to the Elder's stories, enamoured with the tales of ancient warriors and great feats of courage. Despite wanting to be bold and confident, Leopardpaw is a sweet, soft boy who hates confrontation with his Clanmates. He adores the quiet presence of others, much preferring to have his fur pressed against another's, sharing tongues and relaxing in silence.
BRIEF HISTORY: Leopardpaw was born in a litter of three and the only one to survive past the first week. He and his litter-mates, named Streamkit and Mistkit, were born early and his siblings were unfortunately too weak to survive. Leopardpaw's mother tried hard not to smother her remaining kit with affection, but often failed, keeping him close to her at all times. She was pleased that he had little intention of straying, only leaving the Nursery for a rarely-played game or a story from the Elders.

DESCRIPTION: Of medium build and height for his Clan, a first glance at Foamsnap would leave you with an average impression at best. But his long mostly-white fur covers the heavy scars that run down his right side and over both of his flanks, a remnant of the vicious fight he got into just after he was made a Warrior. Instead, the only interruption to the bright, pure colour is the light orange fur that starts on both ears and runs in a thick stripe down his back to cover his entire tail, run through with ginger tabby markings. Foamsnap also has bi-colour eyes to go with his bi-colour fur - The left a soft green and the right a bright amber.

BRIEF HISTORY: Fairly typical life as a kit and apprentice. Three days after being made a Warrior, he got in a fight with a Komodo Dragon. The ensuing infection nearly killed him and the scars still ache when he does too much. He worked incredibly hard to get back into fighting shape and was rewarded with an Apprentice.

DESCRIPTION: The type of tom to tower over the majority of cats, his impressive bulk coupled with veteranned fighting skill makes him an intimidating opponent to face in any situation. Whilst his speed takes detriment due to his larger size, he is difficult to outmatch on the battlefield given that for the most part he outmatches others in strength, but is susceptible to faster cats he struggles to keep up with. Characterised by an almost cartoonishly thick, soft coat, its silky nature seems to contrast bizarrely with his rather sharp attitude, pluming around him to create a cloud like appearance. His colours are predominantly a deep, golden ginger shade though patterned with stripes of darker and more faded gingers. To culminate in splashes of white which end each paw in a sock like pattern.
PERSONALITY: In his presence, most would likely describe this tom as being independent in nature, though outside of his earshot more apt descriptors would likely be hostile and unfriendly. Never a tom to use ten words where two would do just as well, though not outright unfriendly to his clanmates, he had no problem in demonstrating that he'd rather not be talking to you, and to this extent could be considered rather rude. Despite this, he has a loyalty which few could truly question, and burrowed deep beneath seemingly infinite walls, he does have a heart. It just takes a lot of digging around to find it, and that achievement by no means will be welcomed by this stone hearted tom cat.
BRIEF HISTORY: Born of a union between two especially competitive guards, Scorchgold prides himself on being nothing like either parent, and always strives to differentiate himself from their well known antics. Whilst he by no means dislikes his parents, and though he wouldn't admit it wants them to be proud of the tom cat he has become, Scorchgold wishes to become a worthy warrior in his own right.
STRENGTHS: Despite his pride, even Scorchgold recognises that he is hardly fleet footed, verging on clumsy at the best of times his hulking size means that his speed suffers quite tremendously. Aside from this, his tendency to isolate himself can be detrimental and he needs to learn that he can't do everything by himself, and has begun learning those lessons accompanied by scars and battles. This hotheaded and overly determined nature might well be the end of him one day, unless he learns to reign it in.
WEAKNESSES: Even those who tend to dislike him tend to acknowledge the fact that this tom is a tank when it comes to the battlefield, his willingness to do what is necessary for his clan coupled with a remarkable strength make him a worthy clanmate, even if his unkind tendencies tend to make him not the most likeable cat. Surprisingly intelligent, he is capable enough to use both brains and brawn, though the latter tends to win out in the heat of the moment. But his strategic capabilities are nothing to scoff at.

DESCRIPTION: Set on a small and lithe frame, this shecat is slender and rather beautiful in appearance. Marked with a silky soft coat, that plumes at the tail, had it not been for her especially nervous temperament its likely she'd be particularly popular, but given she avoids socialisation like most do the plague, most don't really get to know Lilyecho all that well. Though she suffers on the battlefield due to being particularly small compared both to her clanmates, and the majority of predators, she is surprisingly fast even for a shecat of her structure, coupled with quick wit means she shouldn't be underestimated on the basis of size alone. Cloaked in a silky pelt of calico, her coat is a patchwork of colour, predominantly black but splashed irregularly with patterns of dark orange and white, with dark blueish grey eyes.
PERSONALITY: Well adapted to her power given she’s little more than a shadow most of the time, preferring to keep to herself and especially shy of other cats, she blends well into the background where she is happy to spectate without interference unless she deems it strictly necessary. To those she considers good friends, she is in truth a very sweet and almost charming young cat, who is gifted with a silver tongue she in truth doesn’t have the heart to use. Despite her misgivings, Lilyecho is a truly kind hearted young cat who would do anything for a friend in need, its just her circle of friends is especially small.
BRIEF HISTORY: Having had a reasonably simple life up until now, she recently became pregnant with kits, a prospect which whilst she likely isn't going to admit it, terrifies her for fear she will be a terrible mother.
STRENGTHS: Fleet of foot and quick of wit, though she wont be destroying every threat to the clan, she can at least keep herself alive. Her true talent comes to the hunt, where her surprising tracking skill also comes into play. Though the majority of cats don't get to see it, Lilyecho is a charasmatic and silver tongued young cat when she wants to be, simply she almost never shows it. Complimented by a kind heart and a sweet temperament, she knows how to cheer those she's close to up, and can see beauty in even the smallest of things.
WEAKNESSES: One of her main weaknesses is simply how small she is compared to the majority of others, best described as a slightly taller apprentice means she struggles on the battlefield. Generally very shy of other cats she doesn't know very well, whilst she wont be outright rude to those around her don't be expecting days worth of conversation from this young cat. Part of the reason for this is she is particularly insecure and nervous, never sure of herself and worried about letting down her Clan.

 Typhoonsnarl | ♂ | 52 Moons | Hydrokinesis [ turkish angora | guard ] DESCRIPTION: Typhoonsnarl is a black smoke tom cat with cold yellow eyes. He is tall and has a long, slender body. He has a narrow face with pointed, tufted ears. His dark black-and-grey coat is thin, but the silky ruff around his neck and feathered tail gives him the appearance of a long-haired cat. His tall, slim shape coupled with his penetrating yellow gaze grants him the graceful power of a predator. In the shadows, he often looks more leopard-like than domestic cat.
PERSONALITY: This warrior's intimidating appearance comes with a personality to match. Grumpy and aloof, Typhoonsnarl is a feline of few friends. His face is often wrinkled in a disapproving scowl, which seems, unfortunately, to be his default expression and thus his name sake. He manages to be self-deprecating and imperious at the same time, using sarcasm as a defense mechanism to conceal his emotions. Typhoonsnarl has struggled with social cues for most of his life, over-analyzing a simple expression or misinterpreting another cat's words and twisting them up in his head to mean something else entirely. Though he seems reluctant to let anyone grow close to him, those who are persistent enough will discover a very different cat behind the ever-present frown. Beneath the layers of snark and social awkwardness, Typhoonsnarl is gentle and patient with a wry sense of humor, and cares a lot more about others than he would ever admit.
BRIEF HISTORY: It escapes no one that Typhoonsnarl is the spitting image of his father. He was born to a young mother who was swept up by a charismatic older warrior. The courtship was brief, and Hibiscusnose became pregnant soon after. His father's intentions with her were unclear; whatever they were, they were insincere, because he didn't stick around. Even if Typhoonsnarl had wanted to know who his father was, he never got the chance. The older tom must have died while his son was still in the nursery. That's what Typhoonsnarl tells himself, anyway. So his mother became his world, and he adored her. She was, unfortunately, rather young to have endured childbirth, and was sickly for awhile after. When he was apprenticed, it looked as though she would pull through. But Hibiscusnose didn't survive the winter. Typhoonsnarl, who loved her ferociously, developed a deep-seated hatred for his father for abandoning them, and internalized guilt for his own existence. He has no desire to learn the identity of his other parent.

She has the small and sturdy body of an american shorthair. Her face is rounded and youthful, and she has short, powerful legs ending in petite paws. She also possesses the markings and some physical traits of a siamese. Her tail is long and tapered, and she has tall ears which grant her acute hearing and a quicker cool-down rate on hot, humid days. She has the fine, short, glossy coat of a siamese, and though her eyes are not vivid blue, they are almond in shape.
PERSONALITY: Gregarious and naive, Conurehop genuinely wants to see the good in every cat, even when there is none to be found. She is one of those naturally optimistic personalities that are either annoying or endearing, depending on the viewer. One of the louder voices in camp, she always manages to find something to say about everything. It seems almost as if she dislikes quiet, or is uncomfortable being alone with her thoughts. So she talks. And talks and talks... Conurehop also tends to see the world through rose-colored glasses. It's very easy to gain her trust, but once you lose it, there's no getting it back. Because of this, many of her peers don't take her seriously. This stings more than they realize, for although she is, admittedly, a foolishly wishful thinker, she's no idiot. Even so, Conurehop has made it her personal mission to befriend every cat in the Clan -- whether they like it or not.
BRIEF HISTORY: Conurehop had a fairly standard upbringing, so there is not much to be said about her personal history.

Her fur is medium-length and wispy on the backs of her legs, tail plumed. Her chest, belly, and the insides of her legs are an off-color white. The rest of her body and face is dappled with soft greys and oranges, and the occasional very small patch of black.

Her posture is deliberate, sitting tall or standing with her head held high. Her long legs and face only add to this image, as she steps with grace and a level of confidence that is obvious to those who see her. Short, gray fur frame her face and body well, clashing with green-amber piercing eyes PERSONALITY: Most of the time Shellstream is stoic, focused on her work and what needs to be immediately done. She puts her responsibilities above herself, wanting nothing more than for something to be done (and done correctly) before she's finished with it. Shell makes it a point to expedite and keep daily tasks moving, often reaching into the realm of controlling to those not looking for such orders. Her hyperfocus on her duties and those of her clanmates do come from a place of love. She wishes for her clan to thrive, and believes that constant work and preparation is the best way to achieve that. BRIEF HISTORY: She was raised by two now deceased TidalClan cats to always do her best. Her father was very similar to herself, stoic and focused. And as she grew she only took after him more, often believing that the survival of herself and her clan were far more important than anything else. Through her time as a warrior this mentality has only gotten stronger. STRENGTHS: Gets things done. Works well on schedules and keeps herself on a disciplined one. Rabbitleap | 14 Moons | ♂RANK: Warrior Hunter POWER: Geokenisis BREED: Burmese DESCRIPTION: The first thing most notice about - is the eyes. A pair of bright yellow amber eyes often stare out and dilate with curiosity. He's bit of a pudgy cat-- at least, as much as a clan cat can be, which is only made more prominent with his round face and flat nose. As well at the mid-length brown fur that darkens around the face and paws and lightens on his flank and back. PERSONALITY: His bright eyes often stare with curiosity. - is often seen taking in information, getting lost in thought when alone, watching other cats or the scenery around him. Being approached while so lost in thought usually results in a light jump or shock, a bit of embarrassment at being seen seemingly slacking off. Generally, - is very cheery around other cats, enjoying the casual banter that comes with meal or leisure times. BRIEF HISTORY: Rabbitleap has lived a very short, very typical life for a TidalClan cat. His apprenticeship went as normal as it could have and he became a young warrior just recently. Now he's excited to prove himself to his clan and himself. STRENGTHS: Very eager and go-getting. He loves to experiment, learning and trying new things. Creative and supportive. WEAKNESSES: A bit inexperienced, he's a new warrior after all. Easily flustered, which often leads to things spiraling out of control for him. |

Juniperblaze 🔥

DESCRIPTION: Juniperblaze is a rather fluffy, smokey black tom. So fluffy, in fact, that he has a relatively regal, mane-like amount of fur around his neck. Which he takes care to groom often, not wanting his appearance to look too unkempt. The larger than averaged-sized tom cat has tall, pointed ears, and a pitch black nose. He's got bright, sharp pale green eyes that seem to glow, even in the middle of the day when the sun is shining its brightest. His tail is almost as long as his body, if not longer. A serious expression is likely to be on his face if one were to observe the tom on his own, as he's often alone thinking to himself.
PERSONALITY: A grumpy looking tom who is often mistaken to be cold upon first meeting, but really this bear of a cat is just a gentle giant. Juniperblaze likes to take the time to think about what he's going to say, taking careful consideration and construction of his sentences before speaking. On surface-level, one may think him to be boring, or stubborn. However, with his guard down, Juniperblaze may be playful, but generally only towards kits and those he thinks would appreciate his humor. He often doesn't like to be involved in other cats' troubles, not liking to speak up in arguments that he didn't start. Though, if he's passionate enough about to topic, or the speaker, then he's likely to speak up. It takes a lot to get this tom angry, but when he gets to his boiling point the claws will come out.
BRIEF HISTORY: Juniperblaze was born the only tom in his litter, soon becoming a big ol momma's boy. His mother, Littlespot's gentle nature turned the fluffy tom into a total softy right away, a trait his father wasn't very approving of. Coalstrike, his father, was afraid it would make his only son weak and be more susceptible of being misled by the wrong types of cats. Unfortunately, Littlespot died right before Juniperblaze(kit at the time) would become an apprentice. Supposedly, she was killed by a rogue while the she-cat was out in the territory hunting. This not only left him and his littermates heartbroken, but his father as well. It left the older tom angry and with a fuel for revenge, so not much time after Coalstrike left to seek out the one who killed his mate. Around this time, Juniperblaze was an apprentice and close to getting his warrior name. The absence of both of his parents left him confused and upset, and he would often wonder where his father was, as he's yet to return.
STRENGTHS: level-headed, calm under pressure, not so easily angered, kind, meticulous, strong

DESCRIPTION: A short, red-point birman molly. Peachfern has long cream-colored fur with bits orange as well. She's got a soft berry-nose where orange fur erupts along the bridge of her nose, the center of her forehead, as well as just under her eyes. Her ears are round and completely orange, while her fluffy tail runs orange along the top of it with flecks of white towards the tip. Her thin paws match the base of her fur coat, with three orange strips around each of her legs. Peachfern is admittedly very pretty, with a soft, demure face. Her eyes are a striking, clear blue, a nice contrast to the light redness in her fur around her face. The she-cat moves with an air of gracefulness.
PERSONALITY: Peachfern may seem reserved and shy upon first glance, however that is completely the opposite. Peachfern in an energetic and bubbly molly, often talkative and bumbling around like a busy bee. She loves conversing and meeting new people, enjoying to hear someone's life story and figuring out why one acts the way one does. Her questions could be annoying for some, as they certainly were at times for her mentor when Peachfern was a young apprentice. She can be rather naive at times, making mistakes often but usually learning from them fairly quickly. A passionate, and playful cat, Peachfern is open to new ideas and new perspectives.
BRIEF HISTORY: A clanborn cat, Peachfern was raised as a single kit as she was the only one to survive birthing. This left her with three brothers and a sister she'll never meet. Her parents, Sweetblossom and Ashfeather tried not to grieve their lost kittens too much as they had only Peachfern to care for now. She grew up with a fairly normal kithood, a close relationship with both of her parents, however there were times - especially when she was younger - that Peachfern could tell her parents were still upset with the loss of their other kits. This would make her feel guilty sometimes for no reason at all, but Peachfern has since grown out of feeling this way for an event she couldn't possibly control.

DESCRIPTION: A young, long-furred she-cat. Mallowpaw has sleek, mostly russet colored fur, with various shades of darker and lighter browns on her coat. She's got thin, long white whiskers that are a contrast to her darker fur. Her ears are a little too big for her head, with tufts of white fur budding around them. Mallowpaw is rather tall for her age, and she can be a bit insecure about this at times. She has deep, emerald green eyes that often expose her true feelings when the she-cat is trying to pull-off a poker face.
PERSONALITY: Mallowpaw can be quite stubborn, once she makes up her mind it's hard to change it. She's often teasing others, which can come across as rude sometimes if one doesn't know her that well. In fact, Mallowpaw has a hard time coming across as genuine, normally opting to make jokes at her own expense to brush off any insecurities she has. She doesn't open up to others often, but when she does Mallowpaw wholeheartedly lets that person into her life. It's difficult for her to admit when she needs help, trying to be strong enough to do things on her own. She likes to make her own decisions and judgements of people based on her personal experience with them, and not gossip she hears from everyone else, which could possibly lead her to trouble if she befriends the wrong type of cat.
BRIEF HISTORY: A relatively simple kithood, Mallowpaw grew up her mother mostly taking care of her. The two held a close bond, until the ultimate split of her parents matehood when she was still young. Her mother grew distant and Mallowpaw never really knew how to deal with her own heartbreak over her parents split.

DESCRIPTION: A very sleek, and already very handsome young tom. Serpentpaw is a thick-furred white Turkish Van with ginger ears and a ginger-striped tail. He's got long legs and powerful paws that make him an already excellent swimmer. Serpentpaw has light, clear blue eyes and a very pink nose. His tail is almost as long as his body, making the tom look bigger than he actually is, which he's not complaining about. The tom is always making sure his pelt is well-groomed, as his long fur can get easily tangled if he's not careful.
PERSONALITY: A rather impatient young tom, Serpentpaw gets easily bored when something doesn't hold his amusement for long. He'll often excuse himself from conversations that he's lost interest in, or move from group to group, not fully committing to any denmate friendships. That's not to say he doesn't like to make friends, he just wants to invest his time in the right people. If others knew his true intentions they might think this to be conceited, but Serpentpaw just doesn't want to waste his time. His cunningness can come off as charming, and he certainly has his way with words. Whether he knows it or not, Serpentpaw can grow to be rather manipulative, often to get his way.
BRIEF HISTORY: Serpentpaw was born the runt of his litter, often getting teased for his size and bullied by his littermates. He had to be clever in his ways to get attention from his mother, who would often look at the tiny tom disapprovingly as he didn't have much potential. This was especially the case when he, his mother, and his littermates all came down with whitecough. Surprisingly, Serpentpaw was the only one to recover of his siblings, both him and his mother having to be quarantined from the others since they were the only ones to recover. With no one but her tiny tom to care for, Serpentpaw's mother began to grow kinder to her surviving son, just grateful that she was still a mother after all of this. However, Serpentpaw doesn't forget the cold attitude she showed him when he was younger.
