Firestar strikes me as something of a jiu-jitsu guy personally, a lot of up in your face grappling and holds and such. Scourge seems muay thai to me, very much a powerful striker. Tigerstar I get the impression of a wrestler from, with brute force and throws.

I dont understand much of martial art but I think that Windclan would take a Chinese fighting style while Shadowclan would take a street fighting approach with a lot of dirty tactics.
Your idea of Tigerstar being a wrestler made me think of Incineroar that is based in a real world wrestler persona Tiger Mask, and I love the suggestion.

Whitestorm strikes me as that stoic old but buff karate master who could whoop almost anyone's ass. I don't remember reading much about his fighting style and to be fair I don't know karate that well so it's moreso his archetype.
I guess Karate to me seems to rely on less specialized stuff and more fundamental moves and that's how I see Whitestorm fighting.

Karate is sort of a stand-up fighting style with a lot of striking with the hands(the trademark chambered punches that spin the fist 180 degrees) and kicks of course. A lot of karate is indeed very simple punching and kicking over any weird kicks, elbows, knees, grappling, etc.
