I'll claim TempestClan. I'll work on the rules first if thats okay.

~Forum rules must be followed AT ALL TIMES.

~Be active! I will understand and will accept you being gone if you tell me if you’re going to be gone or out of town, but if you’re inactive without warning for two long, you will be deleted. If you are deleted, you can rejoin, but if you had a bigger roll in the Clan, such as deputy or medicine cat, I can't promise that you'll get that place back.

~Do not godmod, unless a person asks you to role-play their character for them.

~No spam; spam is annoying and unnecessary. If you’re asking someone to come to a Clan or a thread, I will let it slide. But no trolling, bashing, or flaming. All will be reported, and, if you are a member of the Clan, all will lead to suspension or deletion.

~RESPECT OTHERS! If I see any exclusion, bullying, or any rudeness of any kind, I will either warn you, suspend you, or delete you immediately, depending on how big the negativity is. Do not kill anyone’s characters without asking permission.

~Please don’t make any characters that are unrealistic. No wings, magical powers, strange pelt colors, etc.

~If you are leader, deputy, medicine cat, or medicine cat apprentice, you can't be any of the other big roles (ex. person role-playing deputy can't be medicine cat).

~If you're on the forums, please come here. It's annoying to see a member on the forums, but they're not posting here. If you don't want to be part of the role-play, just say so, and I can delete you.

~Don't spotlight yourself; every person deserves to have the main attention every once in a while, but not all the time. If you're making your character the center of attention for too long, die it down please. We all want a little bit of attention here and there.
~When talking out of role-playing, please use (), {}, or [].

~If you are absent without warning, you have two weeks before you're deleted

~You can't role-play until you've filled out the Joining Form. Once you post on the joining page, please let me know so I can accept you into the Clan

~You don't have to ask me if you can make more characters, and can make as many as you want to, but please don't go crazy.

~Please make sure that all your characters have at least one flaw. No character should be straight-lined perfect, but their flaw can be small.

~Please keep romance appropriate. No toms liking toms, or she-cats liking she-cats. I am not against that kind of behavior, but for some people it makes them very uncomfortable when they see that happening. Please try to stay away from that. (This one is debatable.)

~Apprentices can't have mates or kits, but they can have crushes. Warriors have to be twelve moons or older.

~Do not have your cats commit any sort of harm to themselves.

~If your cat is depressed or has issues similar, make it possible for them to be happy again. It'll save everyone a lot of trouble. (Another debatable one.)

And the rules look good, but it may be better to take out the ones where tom likes tom, etc. It's okay to have it, as long as all romance is pg.

Intros:

You stumble through a territory, soaked to the skin. The rain that pounded down upon you refused to let up, and you slip, falling heavily into a large, muddy puddle. Exhausted, you could barely stand, trudging through the mud and pulling yourself out of the water. It was nearly impossible to see where you were going, much less hear over the thudding rain. It caused the bushes to rustle, leaves to crackle, and even twigs and branches to snap. Moving forward again, you are so focused on where you are going and not falling again to see them until it was too late. A heavy force slams into your body, and you hit the ground hard, only now hearing the heavy breathing of the cat that attacked you. He hissed.

"Who are you?" His voice is gruff, as if barely used. You stare at the tom, unable to speak. He leans closer. "Who are you, and why are you trespassing on clan name territory?" Again finding yourself unable to speak, you simply shake your head.

"insert clan cat, let them up," a voice ordered. Looking over, you can barely make out the shape of a she-cat. Her pelt was slick, the rain drops rolling off easily. The weight of the tom lifted, and you scramble to your paws, looking up at the two cats.

"Who- Where--" You struggle to reply. The she-cat smiled.

"You look exhausted. Come with us, we will lead you to the camp. Then, you could join our clan, or, if you wish, risk the storm." She turns, disappearing into the rain, followed by the tom. Do you follow? Or do you brace yourself against the rising storm?

Yeah, you can. I tried to make it so that it could be edited easily.

I'm going to work on Rainclan territory.

My idea was for the clan to be based where the weather of the names is most common, like Rainclan in a forest, Tempestclan on a mountain, and Lightningclan on the border of woods and grasslands. But that doesn't have to be the case.

Well tempest is winds, which is more common in alpines which was why I thought that clan would be in the mountains, but like I said, it could be changed.

Rainclan Territory/Camp:

Rainclan is found in a forest. The camp is near the center, located on a slightly elevated part of the land. To the north of the camp is a river, where fish can easily be caught. Past the river is the border to Tempestclan, a giant crack that is possible to cross by way of fallen trees. To the south of the camp is another river, but it floods regularly and cannot be crossed safely. To the west of the camp the ground starts to slope upward to start climbing another mountain, and the border is slightly on the incline. To the east lies the crack that is the border to Lightningclan, and can be crossed due to fallen trees. The gathering place of the clans lies where the cracks meet, the point that the first clan's camp was.

Rainclan's camp is slightly elevated. The nursery is near the center, in the roots of a tree. The elders den is on the other side of the tree, also under the roots. The leader's den is located in the roots of the tree next to it. On the other side of the nursery is the medicine cat den, under the roots of a tree, where the medicine cats can use the nooks and crannies to put the herbs on. Beside the tree is a fallen tree, where both the warriors and apprentices dens are. The small elevation the camp is on is surrounded by thorn bushes, which protect the camp. There is a stump by the warriors and apprentices dens, where the leader calls the clan meetings.
