Territory:
BlazeClan lives in a forest full of (spruce) evergreens. There are barely any streams running through their territory, but just enough so that they're able quench the thirst of the entire Clan. The main one they drink from borders their territory with LightClan, Clan of the hills. They hardly have any Twoleg difficulties, although sometimes the Twolegs will chop down a tree or two. During harsh weather with strong winds it is possible for a tree to fall down. When there's harsh weather, often times BlazeClan's weaker cats (such as elders, queens, and kits) will be moved to a safer area of the forest or possibly even nearby the border with LightClan where there are little to none spruce evergreens. (No trees.)

Their camp is in a small clearing without many trees, somewhat similar to Fourtrees but much smaller. (But big enough to hold a camp of cats.) The leader's den is a hollow in a large evergreen, with it containing the leader's nest. The nursery, elders' den, and apprentices' den are also hollows in the trees, but not as large as the leader's den. If the space becomes overcrowded, then some cats will sleep outside instead. This doesn't apply to the nursery, as the nursery queens would have to move to the elders' den instead of the nursery if there is no space.

History:
BlazeClan was founded by a she-cat named Sparks, around the same time MistClan and LightClan came into existence. Her goal was to train cats within her borders to blaze like fire in their loyalty and prowess. She and her followers went to the evergreen forest, as fire burns brightly even in the darkest of places and because wood cannot prevail against the searing flames. After BlazeClan's first medicine cat Poppyclaw received a sign signalling the rise of the new Clans, Sparks and Poppyclaw went to the sacred place soon to be known as the Whispering Hollow to receive Sparks's nine lives. Sparks became Blazestar that day. Being the most aggressive of the three new Clans and with Sparks's impulsive personality, BlazeClan was quick to go to war with the other Clans over something trivial. Blazestar lost her final life in a battle she started, and it was taken as a sign that some battles were unnecessary in the way of every Clan's life.

Seasons later BlazeClan is still known as highly territorial and battle hungry, but not as they were back in the days of Blazestar. They're also still the most likely Clan to declare war, however.

-Don't start a sideplot without running it by the owner(s) of the roleplay.

-LGBTQ+ characters are allowed on this roleplay.
-No force-mating.
-Roleplay your own characters, they're your characters for a reason.
-Any raiders/kit-stealers will be ignored.
-No descriptive fighting, birthing, or mating. Please, just use your imagination on that part if you wish to think of that.
-If you take a role such as medicine cat, deputy, or leader, then please know that you're going to be active as those are roles that we need active roleplayers to take on.
-If you're going to be inactive for some time, then tell us beforehand.
-Inactive roleplayers that haven't posted in 2-3 weeks will have their characters deleted, or in a sense, killed off. If they have one of the claim-a-cat characters then they will be put up for adoption.

Characteristics & Traditions:

-BlazeClan cats are known for their muscular builds. They aren't the best swimmers around the territory, and naturally despise water.

-BlazeClan cats are naturally strong.

-Their pelts usually consist of cream to dark brown.

-BlazeClan cats usually love competition.

-Once every moon BlazeClan has a giant competition between its cats for activities such as climbing, racing, and hunting. The cats who win get prizes, such as the best/first piece of prey on the fresh-kill pile.

-Every so often BlazeClan has their warriors and apprentices "train" each other to help hone their battle skills.

-If two cats wish to be mates, then one of them must hunt for the juiciest piece of prey for their loved one and if plausible, their family. If the family and the cat accept, then they become mates. The Clan celebrates by hosting various activities such as fighting/climbing competitions and races.

Plot Information:

The main plot that the owner of this roleplay (Marrowfrost/Hazelholly) came up with is a plot where the Dark Forest slowly takes over the Clans, with them controlling the medicine cats' every move and training cats to fight for them when they make the final strike.
